Einstein Bros. Bagels: what do users think?
Jeevan Reddy: This place serves some amazing refreshments at affordable prices ,located inside the library of St louis University.
Faith Ikede: Located inside the libraryThe bagels and smoothies are really good. The staff is very nice and the customer service is very good. The only downside is that this location doesn't participate in the Einstein Bros. Bagels rewards programme but this is a corporate issue.
Ty Howard: The service there was not up to par, food wasn't so that good and the location made it difficult to find
Awkward_Snacks: I was just there a few minutes ago, and they got my order wrong TWICE. It's not even the same item on the menu I ordered! I ordered a Chocolate cold brew Shake but they just gave me a Chocolate shake. I'm super disappointed and wont be going back until they can fix their orders AND their attitudes. They were rude and didn't take my order right. Unbelievable. I would know, I used to work in service.Edit: Wow here I am again! I was at this same Einstein bros because I wanted some quick coffee, and sometimes the Starbucks on campus can get quite a wait. Absolutely horrendous staff they have here. The woman who took my order was INCREDIBLY rude. When they called my name, I went to go ask "Hey, this is the caramel coldbrew right?" because my name is very common between males and females so I didn't know if anyone else with the same name had ordered. The woman interrupted me and said very snarkily "Is your name ---? Then that's your order." and walked away. I would give 0 stars if I could, this place has terrible service.
Jacob Huls: I'm not sure anyone knows what they're doing there. Seemed wildly disorganized and slow. Out of lots of different products.
George Bisson: Not here, can't call. I think this place has closed but still says open on Google maps. If it is still there, not a single sign or inclination of where it is. If it's hidden inside the campus library then say that in your Google maps profile. Might make it easier for out of town visitors. Thanks
Latoya Vanderford: First time eating toasted bagel
Lord Rev. Shaun Boswell: Haven't been in a while but, bagels were good,, service was decent. Will review again after reopening
Madeline Daus: This is one of my favorite places to eat on SLU’s campus. The food is great! However once in a while they mess up my order. They forget to take tomatoes off my food or add an extra egg when I pay for 2 eggs. This won’t stop me from going there, and 90% of the time nothing is wrong and i have a great experience. They also took away the potato roll and turkey toastini from this location which makes me very sad because that was my favorite thing on the menu. Bring back the turkey toastini please!!
Tony Asberry: The staff is great. Bagels and drinks are pretty good. I think what is needed is SOUP. Many of the staff and students here would like soup because the library is always cold.Thank you
Ryan B: The younger staff is very friendly and motivated. However, the few older individuals are very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It's seldom a pleasant experience to order from here.
zeshan ali: lady first made the wrong shake, then when i very kindly informed her of her mistake she proceeded to give me a bad attitude and also complimented that with a very poor drink. pretty sure she spit in it, but i have a lot of studying left tonight. so therefore i will drink it and worry about this tomorrow gn.
Noor A: This place is garbage! They are slow, mess up every drink and are rude!
Daniel Webb: This location usually offers fine, but not stellar, products and services. Einstein Bros. Bagels is a chain, and so you usually know what your getting into when you go to one. But this location is on a University campus and, as often inexplicably happens, this has a somewhat negative impact on quality. It's still fine, it's just not superb. There are several other great cafes in reasonable walking distance from Pius XII library, if you want to make the journey. The big selling point for this location is that it's right here, so you don't have to take a big break from your studies. NB: it is closed for the summer (usually reopens around mid-August).
Jessica Bradish: Just got to work with the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Dryest bagel I've ever had, the cheddar that was supposed to come on the sandwich isn't there, nor is the tomato or avocado I requested and was charged for. It is also on the wrong type of bagel. Don't waste your time or money here.
Nima Ehsani: Lovely staff. Fast and great service. Ordered a bacon egg sandwich was not able to swallow it without coffee! The bagel felt over microwaved! It was my first and probably last time in any Einstein.

Bagel Factory: what do users think?
Bob Muehlenbrock: Best bagels in town. Sad that the current owners are burnt out and have forgotten what customer service is about.
Jesse Lynn: Go to spot for bagels in St. Louis. Get there early! Cash only
Margaret: The best bagels on the planet!!! Don't waste your money on any of the fakes in town claiming to be bagels...there's just no comparison to the BAGEL Factory!
Julie Gremaud: These are the best bagels! My family and I love them. The owner is so kind and friendly. We have been going here for years. Highly recommend!
David Schmieder: Best Bagels!!! Visiting from Illinois and they were very friendly and helpful.
Sara Park: The most delicious bagels with a side of surly customer service. It's perfect! I recommend the everything, the pumpernickel, and the blueberry.
Dawn Allen-Carlson: Good bagels.
Chad Van Dyk: Best bagel place in STL hands down. I grew up in NJ and lived in NYC for many years and this place reminds me of home.
chris caouette: Very abrupt to deal with. Good bagel, set up for wholesale only. Not a responsible retail facility.
Annette Spillars: Best bagel in St Louis!!!!
Richard Rice: Best bagels in the world!
Holly Brown: Great bagels. Horrible customer serviceVery rude staff.
Harry Liebman: Delicious, good price, nice folks, a real local institution. My relatives always load up on their way out of town.
Laura Harris: So good!! Wish I had gotten a stockpile before I left town
Jim Clark: Best bagels in Saint Louis, just wish they were closer to me
Karen Wood: My first experience with a New York-style bagel, and I'm not impressed. Too dense, not much flavor. I'll take Panera bagels over these anytime.
LeQuisha Carter: I was disappointed with their flavorless and bulky bagels. One person allowed inside at a time which is fine unless it is raining or freezing outside. Rushed to order. Staff not friendly. I would NOT recommend.
Patrick Smith: Great bagels, great people.Bring cash!
Madison Meyer: The best bagel I have ever had. They had every flavor you can think of and the lady working the counter was very nice as well. Highly recommend going out of your way to come here!!
Adam Minnick: The best bagels in STL. They make them now they are supposed to be. Just bring cash when you order.
Michele Williams: Great Bagels.

Great American Bagel: what do users think?
Torrey Thomas: The bagel is fine but the way the way th place is run is not! Someone PLEASE tell me why I went up to the counter and BOTH employees walked away and went into the back. #RUDEThe girl at the bar was nice enough. I had to ask her how the process worked since the employees behind the counter (the third one included) weren't about too!I am sure the other restaurants in the terminal appreciate customers....Congratulations, I travel A LOT for work, and rest assured I won't be back!
Erin Elder: Food was okay. Ordering system disorganized and unclear. Mainly disappointed by the staff. Servers were abrupt, cold and unhelpful, bordering on rude. Would not buy from this vendor again.
Jalen Rose: "The nice lady here is wonderful. I landed and there were so many busy bars at the airport, too many people for me to feel comfortable enough to relax. Then, I stopped here and it wasn't too busy, and the lady was very friendly. When I went to the bar to ask for the menu, she kindly asked what menu I wanted. There was no menu, so she whipped up the fastest Moscow mule ever and asked me if the price was okay before we finished the order. Sometimes, airport prices can be way too shocking. But she was super nice and made the whole bar laugh and have a good time. I hope she owns this place because she deserves all the gain from this little bar
mari alexander: I ordered a bagel sandwich and a cup of coffee using a voucher issued by southwest airlines. I then asked for a second cup of coffee which I used my bank card to pay for. Low and behold both the bagel and coffee were charged to my bank card. I have tried calling the store and got a voicemail message saying the mailbox was full
Thomas Cila: To the woman closing on 02/07/23, it looked like you were having a pretty rough day. I am sorry for that. I genuinely hope your week gets better and I wish you the very best. Just remember you are loved and cared for even if it may not seem like it at times. Please take care of yourself. Also, the baguette and bagel were great :) thank you for making them for me.
Christina Bone: Love these bagels. I make sure to grab one everytime I travel
Loren Fennell: The sweet black lady that works nights is the best! I got the Italian Trio on a plain baguette. 10/10 would recommend.A little pricey, but it’s the only food place at baggage claim in STL Airport
Candice Bankston: The c.u.n.t working the front counter (in her twenties probably and African American) is VERY rude and unprofessional at her job. She was asked one question and proceeded to be very rude the rest of the time we were checking out. She needs to be removed from her position if she does not like the job she signed up for.
Alonzo A: Whoever is responsible for the management of this place, check your cameras on 12/16 around 12pm. Workers talking on their phone ignored me as a customer & complaining about their work schedule. Had to speak loudly just to get their attention. Sandwich made very sloppy, should have just left. If y'all don't want to work, go home.
Paul Veren: Lazy worker wouldn't get off phone so we left. The bad thing is we watched it happen again. She got what she wanted, not to do anything.
Tim Weber: If you like your hot coffee cold you can get it here!
Scott Thompson: Meh.
Rachel Lee: The man who makes the bagels has a bad attitude. Proceed with caution.
Lisa Law: Food Is Nasty
Huliyar Arjuna: Good fast food place just behind baggage area, outside security zone.
Nicolas Manderfield: The cashier would not accept our travel vouchers from spirit airlines… this voucher is a Mastercard gift card that works anywhere that accepts credit cards. We received the gift cards when our flight was canceled. This cashier had the opportunity to make our day a little bit better, but instead decided that she couldn’t be hassled to type in the gift card numbers.
Gwendolyn Scott: Always nice to stop by and purchase a hot coffee and a bagel sandwich. Happy Camper!!!! Thank you😇
Mark Wathern: Had to wait several minutes for someone to actually show up and take my order. The lady was not very friendly, but she was professional none the less. Prices were really high, but its in an airport, so not surprising. Food was quite good though! Over all, if your in Lambert Airport and hungry, it's worth checking out.
Christine Johnson: The service was very bad and confusing and the sandwich was also terrible. Would definitely not recommend.
Tery Prince: Only open till 7pm
December 26: Sunrise bagel is great

Lefty's Bagels: what do users think?
rebecca tullberg: Finally St. Louis has gotten a good bagel place! This place makes my soul happy. I am never disappointed by their delicious bagels.
Serge Suprun: Good bagels. After few weeks of long lines, we finally tried them. Fairly easy online ordering experience and pick up. However, many bagels (including wheat and multigrain) were not available even early on Sunday. Also, because I tend to compare all bagels to CA Western Bagels, Lefty’s Bagels are not there yet. But glad to have them in Chesterfield!
James Baker: Best bagels we've ever had!
Jonathan Smith: Great food. Bagels are fresh tasting and I suggest anything here. Had the plain bagel, next added some tuna salad on it, then had a roast beef on another plain bagel. Wonder food. Come here!! Breakfast also available!
Tyler Ball: Wow! My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised this morning by our breakfast at Lefty's. I got a pastrami bagel with mustard, and she got a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. We also got an everything bagel with cream cheese--the ultimate bagel test. Everything was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. One of the standout items of our meal was the pickle--my wife and I agreed it was one of the best pickles we have ever had.We had tried Lefty's a few years ago when they were back in the Baker's Hub, and it is so cool to see how much they have grown and improved their craft. We cannot wait to go back!
Alan Barasch: Real boiled and baked bagels. Good spreads
Les Sterman: Finally, some genuine bagels in StLouis.
Anthony G Luna Sr: The bagels were delish. I also had the cream cheese to add to the bagels and WOW, which is also a good choice. I believe tomorrow there will be cinnamon and raisin bagels. I'll be there for that.
Renee M: I’ve been anticipating the opening of Lefty’s after hearing good things. Tried an egg and cheese bagel and a tzitzel bagel w/cream cheese, paired with Lefty’s coffee blend—delicious! Glad I made the lengthy drive to try this and I’ll be back! These are reminiscent of proper bagels you get in NJ and NY, not a hunk of bread with a hole in the middle. Texture and taste were terrific. Pretty large selection of bagels as well as bagel sandwiches.
Barry G: Closest you get to s NY style bagel in StL but still not a true NY style bagel. There are about 5 tables for sit down in the restaurant. You order at the counter. Most people take orders to go. Huge parking lot.
Mary Kate Soule: Highly recommend visiting for exceptional bagels and bagel sandwiches. The service was great, even though they are new to the storefront. Due to the high volume of orders, there may be an extended wait to get your food, but it is well worth it! All the employees were helpful and working hard to meet the high demand. Can't wait to be back soon!
Christopher Gold: Not another bagel around like this!
Chris H.: I used to wait a half hour in line when they were at the Forum center location. It’s great to see that they finally have their own shop now. Being able to order online is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the great bagels.
Chris Flanigan: My wife and I tried Lefty's for the first time today. Our bagels were delicious. My wife got a sesame bagel with nova schmear. I got a tzitzel bagel with plain schmear. The nova schmear would be much better with more salmon. The tzitzel bagel tasted much like a plain bagel with a cornmeal dusting. From all descriptions I've read, it's supposed to be a rye bagel with caraway dusted in cornmeal? I tasted no rye or caraway - but it was still a good bagel.
cherie hyman: This place is amazing. If you want a bagel, you better get there early as they constantly sell out.
Molly W: I come from the East Coast and I’ve been in St. Louis for 20 years and these are the best bagels I’ve had since I’ve been here.
Lydia Pohlman: Everything was wrong with our order. Food was cold moments after it was bagged and handed to me. Drove 20 min each way - never again. “Poppyseed” bagel…no poppyseeds. Wrong cream cheese on the wrong bagel…butter on the wrong bagel…bagels were not toasted. $35 for 5 items, all of which were wrong. Very disappointing.
Amanda Klein: We checked out this great new place today for the first time. Great service and even better food. We will definitely be back! Thank you
Kevin Baker: Used to go to the bagel factory so was thrilled to hear of leftys opening. Texture of bagels was great. Only problem was that there was very little salt on the salt bagel and onion on the onion bagel. My wife thought the tzitzel bagel was great. Overall a step below bagel factory. But will visit again.
Kelly Haines: Yay! "REAL" bagels. So good and don't miss the cream cheese.
Doug Mamroth: Lines out the door but it moved at a good pace.

Einstein Bros. Bagels: what do users think?
Aaron Graham: Current staff at this location do not seem to understand what the store hours are and seem like they just close when they feel like it. I wouldnt be airprised if they clock in a full 8 hours on their time sheets for the 3 hours they keep the location "operational"
Kyrsten Larson: Friendly service, good quality food and coffee, and it came out quickly. Non-dairy options.
Emi Gautier: Came at 7:37am when they said they were open at 7:30am. There wasn’t anyone there.
Just Kara: Used to come to this place all the time for my morning coffee, but I had to stop because the employees who work there are so rude. They never say thank you, having a nice day, good morning, etc. They rush you through your order. It’s not a very pleasant experience to have especially in the morning. I go to TJ’s cafe now and they’re great over there.
Brianne Grenard: Came for my free birthday egg sandwich, delicious!
J S: We loved our food and drinks here.We took our food home because of covid indoor tables being closed. I think we will enjoy eating here again.
These Girls Are Loved: The staff at this location are very rude. They weren’t open during a normal business hour, and instead of explaining what the issue was, the woman just rudely says “we’re not open, we’re not open”.
James Mullen: Good snacks and service. Too expensive though.
Chase Kohler: Absolutely poor customer service. Was told after ordering a large coffee that spoons were only available for food orders, and they only have a set amount of plastic spoons to give out each day.... WHAT?The sign says "Utensils available with purchase", it does not specify a food order. Further, what quick service food brand limits their amount of plastic spoons? Sodexo and Einsteins make millions each year, so I wont buy it as a cost saving measure. That is pure greed.Honestly, none of this would of been an issue if the ladies behind the counter were not so rude to people all the time. As someone who came here for both undergrad and graduate school, its only gotten worse.Avoid.
Autumn Bess: I ordered a sandwich and after waiting awhile I realized that people who ordered after me were already getting their food. When I asked where my food was the employees ignored me and began arguing with each other about whose fault it was that my sandwich wasn’t being made yet. I had to watch them go back and forth arguing about this for several minutes before someone actually started making it. When I asked how long it would take, the employees either ignored me or couldn’t hear me over their own yelling to give me an answer. When I finally received it it wasn’t even that good. I’ll never order from here again.
Malik Lendell: While the food offerings are generally good, there aren't many breakfast options that allow for pork to be substituted with other meat (i.e. turkey)
luke niemeyer: I went to get a cup of coffee and they were closed about 40 minutes before they actually close, as they do everyday.
Dwayne Isgrig: Excellent bagels.
Tiffany Brust: Highly unprofessional. No matter how good the food is, It's not worth the terrible customer service.
Madelyn Witkowski: I think this is becoming my new favorite quick breakfast place. Food is great, and staff is very hardworking. Awesome!
Davona Rankins (Kowala): Bagels are delicious
Catherine Hawkins: HORRIFIC customer service. I didn't get what I was going to get.
Kelly: Staff are hard working and kind
Dejan Karan: Rude, moody and the poor quality of the food that I got so I throw it away
Andrea H.: They are incredibly stingy with the cream cheese. On multiple occasions now, the cream cheese doesn't reach the edge of the bagel. You have to lift apart the bagel slices to see any cream cheese, and it's just so pitiful looking.
Ed Reggi: Best spot for a lunch on campus!

Einstein Bros. Bagels: what do users think?
Past Customer: These guys tend to make mistakes when punching order and I have experienced this twice. The screen at register does not work so you don’t know see a summary of what are you paying for.
Michael Binkley: The location could be better staffed as the workers tend to be chaotic during rush periods which happen everyday. Would love if they opened seating indoors again at this location.
Devin Ganka: Food was great and same with service. But, dirty and run down location
shayna preston: First time here. I always avoided it cause it was a bagel place. I love bagels but not on the go for me. I tried a breakfast sandwich, I think avocado egg white and it was good! They have alot of options id like to try like the brisket one. Service was fast and friendly
LaTrice Johnson: Very fulfilling and great tasting sandwiches. I just have to remember this place.
Brandi Redmond: Fresh and excellent service!
Joe Platz: Classic einsteins but always solid, especially in a city with mediocre bagels!
MJ Jess: Stopped here on our way through and couldn’t be more delighted. Mark, the GM, was so kind to both his guests and employees. The bagels were fresh, the sandwiches were well put together, and the store was very spacious. Great experience!
Jane A.: Great bagels and the honey almond shmear is my favorite 😋👌
Travis Kohler: Relatively quick morning snack! Food was decent and service was good.
j kat: Every single employee there deserves a massive raise, especially the cashier. He listened politely and showed a lot of compassion to the woman in front of me, as she rained negativity at him and the other employees. For literally no reason, I think the rain was wet. After she left, instead of crying, (or quitting as I might have,) he took a deep breath, looked at me, smiled genuinely, and was determined to not let an abusive person ruin his day. Or mine.Coffee was okay, food was good.
jon ranney: Be careful. This location has trouble getting very simple orders correct
John Nelson: Breakfast sandwich was delicious!
Robert Barnacle: New chorizo burrito is amazing.
Devin: Best Einstein’s in the Lou, the manager really creates such a great atmosphere for the customers and employees. Thank you to all the employees who make it a welcoming and wonderful place for my Saturday coffee and bagel:)
B Lane: I order a lox bagel often. The staff is nice and pleasant
kim bosco: If you see the apple & cinnamon gourmet bagel, get it! Delicious. We don't come as often as we'd like (need one closer to home) but stop by whenever we're in the area.
Dawn K: Great bagels and friendly staff
Rami J: Fresh bagels everyday
Tametha Wilson: The store can definitely use a good cleaning!
Dylan S: Ordered an egg sandwich and a coffee. 20 minutes later I go up to ask for a status and it was just sitting on the table. No one had called my name or anything. Walked the 5 min home and my sandwich was JUST above room temperature.

Einstein Bros. Bagels: what do users think?
T S: A favorite of mine, I wish there were more locations. Love the breakfast sandwiches.
Jerry Perks: Good service and a friendly staff.
i2go bananas: This is a nice place to get breakfast. The place looks empty and kind of depressing. It's a big open space it looked like it can sit lots of people but, its empty of people talking and laughing and enjoying the food.
Miss Lady: Raw Bacon 🤮
Char Schindler: I used to love coming here for good food & coffee, sitting at a table surrounded by neighbors, enjoying time with a book or iPad. It has literally been more than 2 years since shutdown ended and this store insists on remaining EMPTY of furniture! If management is going to continue to be so “concerned” then space tables 6 feet apart! But if you don’t want people to return to your store and buy your goods and become a neighborhood gathering place, then don’t.Please make up your mind whether you’re going to be part of our neighborhood again or not. And if not, move out, so someone else can move into that space and welcome us all back again.
chelsea kiser: Just okay.
Sue Wilbert: Fabulous assortment of bagels. If you can't find something to love here...well, you probably didn't want a bagel in the first place!
Stacy Boyd: Great place
Sasha Moore: Best bagel sandwich I have ever had! The all nighter!
Alyssa Kelsey: While I enjoy the bagels here, I do not enjoy interacting with the older woman that is working about 80% of the mornings I visit this location. Somewhat passive aggressive in my opinion.
Cinnamon Muthonjia: bacon was not cooked bruv
Bill Gomes: Smiling faces and a warm greeting! Ample supply of a wide variety! Happy Thanksgiving!
Christina Martin: No indoor seating and the bagel breakfast was cold
LA Jones: No seating since 2020, pour your own tea and still ask for a tip? Cows eat standing up, not me
Jake Staab: Bagel
Eric Sitterle: It’s October 2022 and they still have the dining room closed? The food is good but the building is pitiful.
sophie price: I enjoy the bagels from here but it’s ridiculous for the webster location to close at noon now, why not until 2 like normal, can’t work a normal 8 hour shift? we can’t even eat in the restaurant, so there’s no point to go to this location and store anymore. Also every time i’ve gone in i’ve gotten rude service from the women behind the counter (the man there is super sweet). bread co is still 100% better at everything
Fifty Amp: Fail.I went in ordered a plain bagel toasted with a slight schmeer of cream cheese. After I ordered I was told I could not eat in. Hmmm. So when I got to my car,I found a cold bagel jammed together with like eight ounces of cream cheese. Just a huge mess. Hard to eat and not what I ordered.Fail.
Mark Megl: Fantastic food, great service.
Rhiannon B: Ordered ahead and the food was ready right on time! And it was super delicious
Laurie Solheim: We ordered ahead on the app. My sesame seed bagel with plain cream cheese is delicious!
