Tanner Heeb: I really enjoyed my first trip here. My child is 4 and loves going to.class every week. The pool is large and split into lanes with 1 class and the end of each lane. Lots of classes with all different age groups. Instructors all seemed very nice and attentive. Several life guards are on duty and patrol the pool. There are plenty of restrooms, changing rooms, shower facilities and a hair drying station. The facilities were all very clean and staff really help coordinator the start and end of class which keep everything moving smoothly. The pool smells very clean which was surprising considering the number of kids in the pool... very impressive. I highly recommend

Instructor Lauren K is the best!! She’s always happy to see my daughter/vice versa. Cheyenne at the front is who really explained tuition/how classes work- & made me feel comfortable signing up. Really happy we went with goldfish swim school!! The facility itself is clean & nice, I love that they have a hair blow drying station.

Susie Jostes: We have loved our experience with Goldfish. We started at the lowest level and my son has come so far in his swimming journey. They staff is super patient with my toddler and I feel like they are just as excited when he succeeds or reaches a milestone. When my youngest is old enough we will be enrolling him as well. Highly recommend for those looking to get the little ones to learn how to be safe in the water, but also get confidence being independent.
Jessica Lee: LOVE Goldfish! Friendly, bright, clean, and welcoming. They have everything you need. Some instructors are much more engaged than others, and it's very expensive. However, I still feel that our daughter has benefited from the program.

We love Mr. Tyler, he’s very encouraging and gives individual instruction and assistance to each student. We love how each level has clear goals for our daughter to attain and once she meets them, moves up. It’s very exciting to see her progress and watch her become such a confident swimmer!!

Maggie H: We have had a great experience so far. I recently enrolled my little to start swimming. Each person we have encountered has been very helpful in learning the routine of swim class. They also have communicated any schedule changes quickly so we were aware. It’s only been a few classes and my kiddo is already getting more confident. They have great instructors who make the child and parent feel comfortable while being taught.
Cody Esch: Barron Swim has been great! We have had many different great teachers but I would like to specifically call out Tim. He does such a great job giving that extra attention & instruction when a child needs it. He is also very positive which helps with their confidence. We have had a great experience at Barron and will continue to bring our children & refer our friends/family.
Amela Talic: EXCELLENT! All of the teachers always have a smile and positive attitude. I have seen them all handle excited kiddos, crabby kiddos, and kiddos screaming in their face for 30 minutes straight (my daughter). I am in awe of their patience and dedication. They don’t just “deal” with the scenarios they work thru them and still teach the kids a valuable life skill. I was amazed when the pool deck manager told me to leave my daughter even though she was fussy and throwing a tantrum. I was fully expecting them to tell me to go calm her down and return her when she’s ready. Everyone here deserves 10 STARS!!! They are absolutely phenomenal. Teachers, staff, everyone!

Lauren has been so patient and calm with her while she gets used to being fully submerged. Prior to swim class she hated bath time and now loves getting to play in the water! We can’t wait to see all she learns overtime.

Our girls are so comfortable, yet safe, around water since we started lessons and it’s so fun to see them apply skills when we go to the pool. We’ve been with several different swim instructors and they’ve all been extremely patient, friendly, and enthusiastic.

She just didn't take well to the other swim class... she didn't get the hands-on treatment that she really needed. We then switched over to Barron Swim School and saw an immediate difference! Patrick Hanna: I signed up my sons who have ADHD to learn to swim. The staff is very understanding and work great with them. I am personally happy with how well they are doing with their progress. I have seen them work with other kids that are not exactly excited about being there, and they are amazing at getting those children comfortable and excited about swimming.Each student is allowed to learn at their own pace, and age group. There are milestones set that the student needs to meet before advancing to the next level. The facility is very clean and professional looking. You can keep track of your child's progress through their website, plan for absences, and make up classes. They also have an app for your phone to be able to do these things.My sons really enjoy going to their lessons and are excited about advancing to the level that they can compete. I highly recommend Barron Swim School.
Alyssa Lipsinsky: Barron has been amazing! My daughter is such a water baby. Which has been terrifying because she bolts for water any time she sees it, and knowing she doesn’t know how to swim has been so nerve wracking. We started in the Parent&tot class and after just a handful of classes she was catching on so quickly that they moved her up a class. She is now swimming under water after about 2 months or so of classes. And she just loves her teacher. Swim classes are her favorite part of the week. And it puts this mommas mind at ease knowing when we swim she has that water safety knowledge. She no longer bolts for water! She understands she can’t go in by herself!!
D D: Both my kids have gone to Barron Swim school and I cannot say enough great things about this place. Our favorite part of the school is that they offer accelerated classes, which we found super helpful to refresh my daughters skills and confidence before the pools opened for the summer. Barron’s offers life saving skills as well as a fun learning environment.

Xavier Joerger: Barron Swim School is amazing. My 4 year old and 8 month old both attend. My 4 year old started out scared to even let us wash her hair in the bath and after only a few months she is going under water. The staff at the south county location are amazing and know how to handle children who have a fear of water. I love that they test skills each class and have an app to track them too. The app makes it so easy to reschedule a makeup class if you ever have to miss a class too. We started our 8 month old in hopes he will not have a fear of water as he ages and to teach water safety. I highly recommend to everyone.

Jan Maxwell: We take our one year old twins to lessons at British Swim School - St. Charles, and we ALL love it! As a parent, I find it imperative that my children not only learn to swim, but first learn survival techniques and to love and respect the water, and that's exactly what we have found with British Swim School. The instructors are wonderful with our babies, and all of the singing and fun activities during class makes their time in the water all that much more enjoyable for them. I would recommend British Swim School to anyone!

Olivia Chuang-Smith: My daughter and I love Foss Swim School! Coach Rachel is an amazing teacher—she is fun, silly, great at motivating kids, encouraging, friendly and very skilled as a teacher. The other teachers and staff we’ve interacted with are all great as well. My husband and I have been very impressed with the progress my daughter has made just after one quarter (14 lessons). She’s gone from not wanting to put her face in the water and wearing a life jacket to going underwater completely (and enjoying it!), doing the front float and tiger paddle, back float with bird flaps, diving for rings and learning the flip to breathe technique. She doesn’t have to use a life jacket any longer and now can move onto the next level! I feel so much more comfortable to have my daughter around water now that she knows how to swim. Thank you all for making Foss Swim School a great place to learn how to swim!

We have loved all of our coaches at both locations. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for helping our son develop a love of water.
John Meyer: Foss has been the best for our family! The registration process was easy & the payment plan option is appreciated! We have done 1 quarter of the first baby class and plan to continue year round and move up the swim path! The instructor is so fantastic with the kids and the parents; the flow of the class keeps the kids engaged and the skills they learn are important, but fun!It is much much more than singing songs and splashing. Our 18 month old has learned how to close their mouth under water, be submerged and moving for at least 3 seconds, and climb out of the pool safely! And while enjoying it all!Thank you Foss!!

They gave us a credit for swim school when i asked for a refund and i had no way of using it because my child would not attend, i came in later to ask for a refund and the workers said they would file like a refund or something and someone would reach out to me. I need someone to reach out and give me back my refund or i will file a complaint with better business
Katie B: We decided our kiddos needed swim lessons after an incident at the pool last summer. None if our three children would even put their faces under water and even convincing them to enroll was a challenge. I was also a little skepticaI about how much they could really learn during a 30 minute session, but I have been blown away! All three kids are now comfortable swimming underwater and diving for toys. The instructors are patient and encouraging. All 3 kids agreed to enroll in a second quarter.

My son had participated in lessons during the summer in a different swim program, and over the course of 3 years, I wasn't seeing growth. I am so impressed with Foss, their curriculum, facility, and instructors. My daughter was terrified of water and now LOVES to go to swim lessons! I'm one happy mama!
Michael Goedeker: Our 18 month old ended up thriving here. The first class he cried the whole time and stayed in the corner of the pool. By the last class Teacher Marissa had him going under water for 3 seconds, jumping off of the pool wall, and being far more comfortable in the water. Fantastic school with a fantastic swim teacher.

Jennifer Johnson: My husband and I were thrilled to watch our 5 and 6 yrs olds on the last day of their first 2 week session ~ they feared not the water, and they were swimming all 4 strokes to boot!! Our six year old also learned to dive, which is something that we never would have thought possible because of his cautious nature. We highly recommend this camp, the instructors are highly-trained and most of them are competitive swimmers! This legendary camp was highly recommended by many: our nanny's son was enrolled in this camp 15 years ago, and my daughter's classmate's mother went to this camp as a child and went on to swim competitively. Our children LOVE Mrs. Ackermann's swim camp, they had lots of fun in and out of the water playing games and doing crafts during break time, and we look forward to returning year after year!!
