kim young: Went in for a diagnostic reading 15 minutes before they closed. My check engine light had just come on or I wouldn’t have gone in so late. No customers were at the counter, maybe someone was shopping but no one I could see. Not busy at all. I just needed to know if my car would make it home safely but they said it was too late to check. After they told me they open at 7:30am, I asked how long it would take. The man behind the counter said -oh it’s fast, doesn’t take long at all. So, he could’ve had it done by 8:50 with time to finish counting out that drawer he was in the middle of counting at 8:45.Why don’t they just lie to us like O’Reilly’s and say the machine got stolen. Again.

I will make sure I never come to this location again for any reason.

I purchased my battery and despite the place being packed to the gills the manager Antonio installed my new battery. I am extremely greatful for the excellent level of customer service. Another man had to speak to me and helped me, but I felt so uncomfortable. I started to leave, but I am a 57-year-old black woman with a disability and did not feel like going to another store. But I have not been treated like that since I was a little girl he did not even want to touch the product that I was buying and did not offer a bag I had toask for a bag. Totally unacceptable.

Schimera Blue: I went in this place and it seemed like the lady was nice and ready to help me so I went forward to ask her for the stuff for my oil change and I seen they had a deal for like 40.99 so that’s the deal she says she was giving me so so she went to adding things in the computer and told me my total was $76.00 so I say what happened to the deal and she said it’s because my oil is higher so I say take everything off except for the oil and the filter so I can see the total and then she says your total is 39.95 I say ok that’s all I want the she goes to get it with the biggest attitude and mind I wanted to buy spark plugs thermostat and a lot more things but she was so rude I just told never mind about the other things I will just get the oil and the filter and it just seems to amaze me how this auto zone is still up and running and the vibe u get when you walk in and the manager and this other lady is there it’s not welcoming at all it’s like what you want today really need to reevaluate who u pick as management
