He gave me an estimate and set up a time for an appointment.After arriving, Adam verified the estimate and said he could take care of it right away. He also found a second ding on the roof that he fixed for a reasonable additional price, all agreed upon prior to starting. Adam did a fantastic job removing both dings — I was amazed. Robert Vogt: My experience started with texting Randy from their website. Very responsive and made my appointment via text. A golf ball had done the damage to the passenger door and it was quite deep. Randy worked on trying for correct the problem for nearly 2 hours and the dent kept showing backup because the metal was stretched from the ball. Randy was diligent and fixing the problem and was able to take about 99% of the dent out completely. Since he was not 100% satisfied, he refused to charge me for the repair. He’s a perfectionist and handed my vehicle like it was his own, cleaning every last fingerprint before giving it back to me. I will definitely use The Dent Squad for any future dent repairs that I need! Thank you Randy!

Dana Stil: I took my car to Dents Express after someone left a large dent in my car and scratched the paint on my hood. Since mine was a larger job(I think) it was going to take two days. I opted to drop it off while I was on vacation, which meant leaving my car there extra days. They allowed me to do that and when I picked it up, I was so excited that my car looked brand new, like it never happened. They were easy to work with and confident in that they could do the job well. I did not want to go through insurance since this would end up raising my rates. I think I made a good choice.

Wilson Tour: My home garage door ran off the rail and one of bolts falling down on the rear quarter panel of my 2021 911 and left a small but deep dent. Went to Dent Express on Manchester Road. Patrick and BJ Penovich helped me on the estimation of PDR, and got my car in shop the next day. BJ is extremely skilful and did a fantastic job removing the dent which looks like it never been there before. Both Patrick and Grey were making sure to keep me posted with the progress while I am waiting in the shop. They got the job done within an hour with very reasonable price. Thumbs up for all of their friendly and attentive employees. It will be my go-to shop in the future for sure if I need some dent removal work again but hopefully not, LOL. B S: My 3 vehicles received the full treatment. Tom, the owner, goes over and above any person ever in any service industry. He did the Ceramic Pro treatment on my Genisis G90, which was only a couple weeks old, it looked amazing the black paint was better than a mirror, he brought out the beauty of the car. He did another treatment of G Techniq on my 2016 Black Escalade ESV and 2004 Red Hummer H2. The Hummer took some time, however the end product was better than the day it rolled off the show room floor. With these finishes, the cars stay cleaner longer and look new. Tom pays precise attention to every detail, well worth the time and price.

John T: This is my second consecutive year returning to Shine Time. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail owner Tom and his staff perform. They have kept my 4 year old black car looking better than new. These guys are straight shooters, very upfront about what to expect and don’t oversell or mislead you on products or services. They have great customer service and prices are very very good compared to some other high end detailers I’ve been to over the years that charged me more and delivered less. I have a ceramic coating applied on my car that has really helped it avoid the harsh elements and kept the paint in excellent condition. The coating adds a good amount of protection and makes it very easy to clean. Things like rock chips, swirls, bird droppings, insects, sap and road salt are easily dealt with when you have a good coating. My car also stays clean much longer. Shine Time has maintained my car flawlessly and black paint is a full time job. They also do amazing custom vinyl wraps, and when Tom showed me some of his current works in progress, I was very impressed. Shane Jones: I took my BMW M4 convertible to this shop. The car has metallic black paint. It had hundreds of TINY hail dents all over it. You couldn't really see these dents unless the lighting was right, and from the right angle. These guys were professional and efficient from the get-go. I arrived without an appointment, they immediately pulled the car in, put it under special lighting to get an accurate assessment of how many dents there were, and wrote me an estimate within 15 minutes. Based on this positive experience, and the other positive reviews, I decided there was no need to visit another shop. I dropped my car off the next day. The shop took care of taking and emailing pictures of the damage to my insurance adjuster, got everything approved, and had the work completed within two days. I was surprised I didn't have to front the entire amount due before picking up my car. Instead, I only had to pay my deductible and the shop waited for my insurance company to send them a check directly.From start to finish this was an incredibly smooth, professional transaction....and by the way, I'm thrilled with the workmanship, the car looks brand new!! It also had a significant crease that was several inches long. It was brought back to 100 percent. I am rarely so impressed as to take the time to write a review. They pulled my truck into their garage and I went in to talk to a guy at the counter, before he was even finished taking my information, the guy working on my truck stuck his head in the door and said it was done. I looked at the door and it was perfect, no more dent at all. They do fast, great work...
Ben Oheron: These guys do amazing work. They fixed all the hail damage on my car in only one day! When I saw my car it looked like it just rolled of the lot the work was that good. I can't say enough good stuff about this business. One of the few third party auto repair places that is honest and not trying to get money out of you or over estimate the damage to your vehicle. The owner was actually trying to find ways for me to get the same work done for less at his business. That says a lot. Anyone with hail damage should give these guys your business.
