Pat Gray Sr: Please I mean please do not shop here. The manager is very rude. He hollered at me like I was a kid. I didn’t have my fender or bumper 24 hours nothing fit I didn’t want money just wanted parts. I didn’t have packaging only because I didn’t have plans on returning. This manager needs training bad. I’m not going to stop until he unemployed this should never happen to anybody what I experienced. Corporate was amazing.

Dolly Webb: My grandfather and mechanic referred me to this place after a person hit my car. All I needed was a front bumper and fender. Normally I don't go to any auto body shops alone because of how women are treated. But yesterday my grandfather as well as my mechanic were busy so I figured I can grab the parts on my way home from work. I was told by Ronald or Donald, that they only have the fender but the bumper would still be out of stock for the next few weeks. I asked him did he think I should wait on the bumper so that I can purchase both parts at one time. He told me that the company didn't care whether I bought the parts are not, that it wasn't going to hurt their feelings. I was so utterly confused by this comment because I asked a valid question. I'm not sure if he was trying to impress another man that came in that he was friends with, but he just was so rude. All he needed to let me know, was that I have the choice of waiting on the other part to purchase both, but by that time the part may be gone. It's that simple. Why bring up anything about me hurting your feelings when it was SUPPOSED to be a place of business. My dad was livid when I told him about my experience because he always gets my parts from the location in Hazelwood. He also tried to offer me a job after talking to me with such disgust and rudeness. I wouldn't dream of working in a place like that alongside a person like that !! I won't be spending another dime here. This was yesterday by the way. I've never wrote a review online but I was so surprised. Another customer suggested I go to well fit. They have similar parts and maybe better customer service. Ronald you should be ashamed of yourself ! I know that was you who answered the phone.

Scott Hemelstrand: Ive bought numerous parts from them and as an example- a headlight assembly was like 25 bucks when Autozone was charging 126 and a hood and fender both for a Corolla was not even 100 bucks. Its far better than salvage yards and they typically had anything i requested in stock. Great place.

Tanner Aljets: These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

Give them a call if your ever in need of plug wires to spark plugs to oil or exhaust Etc Etc. They have the resources to check with over 40+ different warehouses through out the US. I'm right in between Andy's Seasoning and FedEx on Chouteau down from the QT on Chouteau and Jefferson so fairly easy to find. Give them a call.. 👍

My three stars is because of the online purchases........I specifically searched and ordered a certain part, but was sent the opposite part.I know these employees are in the receiving end just as it am so I wasn't upset at them.It was however confirmed by an employee that this had been an ongoing problem yet he depot apologized for the inconvenience which helps soothe the anxiety and frustration a bit.
