She goes above and beyond every time and it really makes a difference! She answers me every time…. even at 6pm on a Sunday if necessary! I called to try to get a title number because in the process of selling it and the titles department refused to give it to me. Even though on their bill of sales they are supposed to list the title information. So they don't do their job correctly and they have really rude customer service.Funny we had to call corporate to get the title number and they gave it to us with no problem. They also said that there is no reason why Manheim st louis couldn't give it to us.
Auto Max: We have been doing business with this company for over a year and yet they hold our vehicles that we purchased for no reason other than corporate hold. We chose no to buy anymore from this company and we don’t know how this management operate!

Smart Buy Car Sales: Don’t buy cars from them especially if you online buyer they guarantee is no good . I bought 2017 Altima with 120k miles for $14k and has bad computer took back paid transportation and they denied it. Their mechanic unhooked battery and claimed no check engine light on anymore
Sid Beck: Absolutely impossible to get a phone call back about a truck that I sold and a month later the buyer returns it to the auction with all kinds of issues it did not have when I sold it. This place is shady. Watch out.
Larry Barnell: Just a bunch of money hungry people that’s all. Have no desire to help or even respond once given a problem. I have been waiting for over a month for a response to just one problem. Not to mention the “inspection people” can’t find anything wrong with a vehicle if it comes from a big dealer that pays them! Hmmm

Deyan Kolev: Worst company i have dealt with. After paying the crazy fee's they have, i got a fee that was incorrect, I called and they said it was their mistake, this happened FOUR more times so i just paid the fee.. horrible customer service and organization. picking up the car was a nightmare as well because it turned out it wasnt on their lot and i have a "40 minute window" to pick it up..
c r u n c h w r a p: I've used this company twice now. It's kind of like playing a slot machine. There's one lady who works in the office who is really kind and helpful, the rest are pretty difficult to have a conversation with. When I called to ensure that copart had all necessary paperwork to complete a transaction, I was questioned vaguely, and greeted with ill manners and short temper from the woman on the phone. I'm very sick of having my day further ruined by the customer service representatives at this location, therefore I will be avoiding any further business with Copart. I hope you people can get it figured out sometime.

Ross Trittler: Management really needs to step it up in this location. I've purchase multiple vehicles at all 4 Copart locations in Missouri, and the St. Louis location is by far the worst. All of the staff avoid eye contact when you walk in the door and it usually takes 30min to an hour to get someone to help me pick up the titles, even when theres only 2 people in line. Everyone's morale is super low, it must be a terrible place to work.
CM: My son's car was sent here by state farm after one of their policy holders totaled his car. When we originally called copart, they claimed to not even have the car. We informed them we would be buying the car back. When we picked it up, the brand new license plates were gone as well as the license plate holder and window decals. According to state farm, the plates were removed before the car was determined to be a total loss. Went to report the plates stolen and bridgeton pd acted like this was a common occurrence. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Don't be like me and think because you're dealing with a "reputable " insurance company that your car is safe- remove your plates!!

Bounty Construction: Horrible communication, horrible service. I was on the phone for two hours none stop and they kept ending the calls and transferring me. Finally 2 hours later an employee named Brixy helped me out and got me what I needed 5/5 for Brixy, 0/5 for everyone else there.
Jennifer Ott: One of the loaders at this location damaged my trailer loading a vehicle. I was told this was not a first time offense for this gentleman. The manager was nice and helpful saying that they were going to put in a claim to take care of the damage and has since stopped taking my calls and responding to emails.

mrmaverick59: Copart marks cars with misleading information and will keep you waiting for hours to collect your car. Then days after you pick it up they will try to charge you storage fees even if you picked up the car same day.

sean starling: This has the potential to be a great auction house. Shady practices keep it from reaching it's potential. The start the bid at a set price. In a room of 20 people, 4 of which are with me, no one is bidding. We are each looking at each other because the prices increased as though someone bid. I found out later the higher value cars are on consignment. This makes a fair auction harder for the average joe. Lower priced lower quality cars are auctioned with higher priced consignment vehicles giving them all the air of value. Be smart. Utilize the time for previewing the vehicles. The ones with the highest starting point usually have the highest consignment attachment so your wiggle room will be decreased.
