Keylan Kinder: Horrible experience!! They keep missing the dates i have scheduled and then schedule me for different dates and then when i drove all the way out here they said they didnt have me booked! Complete waste of time. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Jill Sager: I have been going to this business with Dr Richman for 7 years now and I still receive exemplary service every time. Dr Richman/Dr Kramer and Denise are always kind and patient and go out of their way to explain all things related to hearing. I just received my new pair of hearing aids and I am so excited! Dr Richman took time out of her busy day to fit me in for my hearing test and had my new aids available the next day. Wow! Is all I can say!

My Docor, Kristen Kramer sat and listened to all my hearing concerns, did a complete hearing exam, explained to me why I wasn't hearing things and and ordered my hearing aids. After tuning them to my hearing test I'm hearing things now I haven't heard in years and could not be more grateful for the care and concern she showed. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

She will provide you options of choice on what the hearing aids do for you within the bounds of the cost you do not want to exceed!Finally, all the follow up services are provided as needed without cost except for the very few maintenance items needed.

THE KING: After getting used and High pressured into buying new hearing aids from two completing business I took up a suggestion from my Primary Care Dr.I made appointment with Dr Basler. Not only did she work with me I had to ask her if I could buy new heating aids.Never was I pressured to buy.If I had met her first I would have saved thousands on hearing aids that WORK for me.Amazing experience.
Chris Miller: Every time I see an ad for hearing aid chains I think back to my first experience visiting them. Not good. High pressure sales pitch. Fake doctors. Then I met Dr. Colleen Basler at The Audiology Center. Great attention to detail, thorough examination and kept her appointment with me on time. I choose Starkey aids and now, six years later I’ve had them serviced and they’re still great! Go to someone who cares, cares about your time your hearing and your pocketbook. My advice is to go to Dr. Colleen Basler at The Audiology Center!

Dr. Tina Daher McWhorter, Audiologist has been very thorough with my husband's hearing problems and new hearing aides (Starkey). She sees him until he is very pleased with his new aides, answering all questions. She wants him (and his wife) to be happy with his new aides. Also the office staff has been very thorough with appointments, and questions.

Daniel Ruppert: Here is the place to get the Baha external hearing aid device. Surgery to mount the device was done in conjunction with the audiologist objective to mount & program the unit to hear again what had been lost from a viral infection of the ear. Was able to connect it via Bluetooth to the smartphone and interface it with the app for volume control.
