Justin Lupo: Amy and Kurt were awesome to work with! They were super kind by getting our 70inch TV hung up so quickly within the week we called. Kurt was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. He gave us so much information on how our new TV worked and what we needed to do to take good care of it. Definitely will be using them for any of our future tech needs, and I would highly suggest them for anyone else in need of any tech service.
bart bartlett: Tech2Call is among the best. We recently were introduced to them through a purchase we made for Ring Motion Detector Cameras. Kurt came out, installed the cameras, and was excellent. However, the cameras would not communicate with our eero mesh network. Kurt went way beyond the normal install to determine the issue. Everything on our network connected except the cameras. Kurt did a follow-up call and brought his own network and all worked well. I returned to the retailer, replaced the eeros, and now we’re at 100%. If it had not been for Kurt’s expertise and persistence, we may still be waiting. You can’t go wrong with Tech2Call.

Brad Phillips: Plain and simple......................Tech2Call is an excellent St. Louis company that is very customer focused. They are a husband and wife team and both are professional, friendly and hard workers. Kurt knows his stuff regarding installation options. Amy does a great job scheduling the appointments, while also keeping the customer informed every step of the way. My antenna was not a simple installation, but Kurt worked diligently to complete the job, connecting 2 older TV's to a new Antenna on the roof. And, most importantly, he made it simple for me. If you want to 'cut the cable' and you want it done right (at a very fair price), call Tech2 Call. They get 5 stars from me and my strong recommendation.

Jacob Appleby: Kurt did great work even though this was a giant pain in the rear end and I got a workout I wasn’t planning on getting lol. He wouldn’t give up until it was in place, we even took the tv down three times so he could adjust the Mount. Hind sight I should have just let him do the cord concealers but we shall see how I do and if I have to have him come back out. Definitely recommend and I didn’t even know they were a small mom and pop shop. I’m glad I didn’t do this myself, I would have died haha. He even offered to help move my furniture around to make my house complete. Thanks Kurt!
Ellen Wertenberger: Kurt and Amy are wonderful. We needed someone to mount a TV and sound bar in our master bedroom on a plaster wall. Amy responded very quickly with a quote and they were able to schedule the installation within 2 weeks. Kurt arrived within the time window and gave a 20 minute warning call. He was efficient and installed the mount perfectly. He taped out the height of where the tv would hang and had me check placement before installing. He cleaned up everything he brought with him. He reviewed the function of the sound at with me as we had not used it before. We had a wonderful experience with tech2call and will definitely use them again in the future.

Mark Hinkle: The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Sold faulty equipment and continues to try to charge to service their poor quality install. Technicians change over constantly and they are incapable of servicing their own install. Owner is rude and oblivious to this idea of customer service. Highly recommend stearing clear of this company.

Chris Dickey: Creative Audio Video & Automation was top notch. I found them online and appreciated that they were a smaller locally owned and operated business and not "big box". You certainly could tell this with amount of personal service and communication. Kevin, owner, personally walked me through the choice of equipment and provided his opinions when asked. He even moved some things around to install on the one day I could be home all day for the installer, which made my work life much easier. At the end of the day - I have two new 65in Sony OLED TVs with universal remotes. Everything was programmed for me and they even moved items on the remote to suit my preferences. They made sure everything worked and made sure I knew how to use the system before leaving. The installers were polite and worked the whole time they were there. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends. Top Notch company.

Judi Lund: We recently had Creative Audio Video mount a new large screen TV. The job involved moving 2 existing TV's to different locations and one was a completely new installation. All were wall mounts. Although I was very worried about everything working out, I couldn't have been more pleased. The 2 installers, Jon and Russ, were punctual, tidy, polite, and efficient. They got right to work and finished the whole job sooner that anticipated. They both were quite helpful and patient with the questions we had about the equipment. They did a great job explaining everything to us, and everything worked perfectly when they left, and it still does. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again for a future job, perhaps updating our wifi. I have had a couple of questions since regarding updates and minor issues. They were answered quite promptly and completely.
Johnny Taylor: Kevin and the entire staff at Creative Audio Video and Automation were great. I used them to upgrade my Control4 OS, and his team showed me capabilities and functions of my system that I never knew I had. The company that did my initial install never showed me these things.I also had them replace my existing alarm system. Devin and Jacob were on time and excellent during the entire install. They showed and explained to me, everything about the new system, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Creative Audio Video and Automation.

Andy Fisher: They did ok but my final setup was not what I expected even though the sales guy told me what he recommended and we agreed on it was not what was delivered. Just make sure what you are quoted is what you are expecting with these guys. I called them out on it and they basically told me I was out of luck because the wording in the quote had some tech terms that were not clearly stated. I feel like more was promised then was delivered.

Kevin is always the one that I go to for advice and purchasing of high end audio and video equipment. His showroom is amazing! Prices are much better than online or in a retail store. He and his crew have always been there to assist me in my search for the perfect product and I have taken his advice ever time on what to purchase. Each and every time I am floored with the performance of the product that I have purchased from him.His crew is always there to answer my stupid questions when I want to get something new. They basically ran the whole party from creating a schedule of events and announcing when it was time to move to dinner and the hora, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even got all of the teens and most of the adults out on the dance floor having a great time, despite it being an outdoor dance floor on an unseasonably cold Spring night (about 45 degrees)! I would highly recommend them for any party or event!

Matt Baker: The St. Louligans soccer supporters group were holding an outdoor watch party for a soccer match just outside of Schlafly Tap Room on a Saturday afternoon. Our plans A and B fell through and with very little notice, Joey and his team came through HUGE. He was very easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and made the entire process as seamless as it could possibly be.And that was all before we saw the gear. Day of our event, his crew was early in install, the guys installing the production were great to work with, and the tech worked so flawlessly. The quality of the video was amazing, especially considering the game was being streamed from our laptop and website, not even a channel or app. I would 100% recommend and go back to Utopia for any outdoor screen need. Their LED wall was very impressive and earned rave reviews from those new and old to our group and we had multiple positive comments from St. Louis CITY SC as well, who partnered with us to put this on. A truly wonderful experience all around.

Jim C: A great production house.Their rates are on par for around town, and they are always willing to help. As far as dry rentals go ; I love picking up gear here because you know it will always contain all parts, and be packaged properly to arrive at the job site.

Shelly Bunce: Hello I work in one of your stores! here’s the problem there should be at least two workers on the floor to get the floor cleared as much as possible! Give the workers sections to look presentable, what they can’t finish leave it for the last shift but leave left overs in area assigned to evening shift to put away plus go backs left through out the day! But it’s not plausible to expect two people to get the entire store in order! The workers could be like a traveling nurse idea! Customers would feel better and appreciate the change I’m very sure of it you will have a larger growth in every way! I’m not afraid of airing my observation!❤️To DG

So I said forget it that I was not doing it that was December 2021. So months later they deduct 105.00 out of my account I was refunded that back then months later they send me a bill for 361.54 I called the online people they were not any help at all told me to go to store I said why ya'll did this. So I called the store and spoke to someone told her what they said she said no they know better than to send customers to the store tell them that made this mess they can fix this. So I did which was hard to tell them. They kept saying we need pin number I said ya'll made this account up make up a pin number too. I finally ask how do not know i don't have service with ya'll my phone is not suspended cause it was never with ya'll. I got no where them. Then today I get another bill for 486.40 I have not called them again yet! I decided to speak here. It's very hard to speak to the people online. I don't know what else to do other than a lawyer. So how does tmoblie think I have service with them. I just can't figure that out nor i don't get it!

Chris in St. Louis: My church was in a bind a couple weeks ago. We had brought in a out-of-state speaker to do a Mission and our lapel microphone hooked up to the wireless pack was not catching all spoken from the active, moving speaker on night one of the mission. I tried several shops looking to buy a headset microphone, but with supply chain shortages, none were available for our Shure system that day.I contacted Brad at Arch Audio and he was able to provide a headset microphone set (Countryman) to us and it was awesome! I drove right down moments after hanging up. Comments on how improved the sound were heard. Arch Audio, and Brad are top notch in my book based on this experience.
