Tallawah Track and Field: what do users think?
Steve Haar: We love Tallawah Track. They have the best coaches. Both our daughters tried track for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. They’re learning a lot and staying active.
Dru Petty: Excellent program made up of talent young men and women who exemplify the sport with great integrity.Coach Scott shows the attrition and care to connect with all athletes, while also having a PhD in chiropractic, making his expertise unmatched by most.
Louis Paese: 10/10
Jason G: Tallawah Track and Field is not just a track club to me, but a place of positive progression to my goals mentally, physically, and emotionally. From the amazing environment and teammates to the outstanding coach that Coach Scott is, it truly is a place that creates many heartfelt memories for me. Coach Scott is the best coach I could ever have because he wants to see us become the best person we possibly can be inside and outside of the track.
Cicely Mitchell: I’ve been training with Tallawah Track and Field for 4 months now, and it’s the best thing I could’ve ever done. Coach Andrew is so amazing at what he does. I’m 43 years old and I’ve never ran track before in my life but he has helped me reach goals that I never thought I could accomplish. He’s very encouraging and always pushes me to do my best. Working with a knowledgeable coach, as him, is such an honor.
Tremaine Bobo: TallawahTrack for me is more than a track club because it’s helped me grow in so many ways other than physically. Being a part of TallawahTrack has taught me mental toughness, as well as how to be a selfless person. TallawahTrack has shown me the importance of smiling through challenges, in life, because they allow us to grow. Lastly, through my experience, I have grown to push outside of my comfort zone.
Kegan Mills: Best track and field club in Saint Louis, I highly recommend them.
CJ Bobo: I started running track in the spring, and my times when running were alright. I then joined Tallawah and my times when running got even better. I went from running 12.4, to 11.8. Coach Scott has helped me through practices, meets, and others different occasions. He’s a great coach, and I love Tallawah.“You don’t know how great you are” -Coach Scott
Ethan Butler: Always a very fun and learning experience. Most impactful coach I have had by far in both athletics and life situations. He knows and understands exactly what he is doing and only wants to help everyone that he can in any way possible to succeed.
Donavan Wright: This coach knows exactly what he is doing. He makes any and everything fun, and he has a great sense of humor. He’s not at all boring coach. This is definitely a team you would want to be apart of. He has helped me add distance to my jumps and cut time off my sprints. Every single meet I’ve competed in I’ve PR’d. I’m grateful to have been apart of his team and I plan to be apart of it again. THANKS COACH!!!
Morgan Leake: Coach Scott and the club are both absolutely amazing. He is one man yet somehow manages to focus and individualize workouts for everybody depending on what they want to focus on. From jumping to marathon's he knows what he is doing. Not only that the club and the people in it have an amazing supportive dynamic that makes it a super inviting club to workout and encourage each other to do their best. 5 stars does not give it enough praise.
Peter Nieman: Great coach!
Ellie Margulis: If you are looking for a coach who not only knows what he is doing, but also makes running fun then this is the team you want to be a part of. Although he primarily coaches field event athletes he can pretty much coach any event and make you good at it. I trained with Coach Scott last summer before cross country season and ran some of the best times I have ever ran in my life. This is one of the best track clubs in St. Louis with the best coach I have had so far.
Lauren Scott: Personalized and QUALITY track and field coaching. Couldn't find a more knowledgeable and empathetic coach, Coach Scott is the best jumps coach in the St. Louis area but great at coaching all events!

Missouri Athletic Club: what do users think?
B Abs: Stay for the historical nature and beauty of the hotel not the room quality. Elegant hotel lobby, restaurant and event areas. Dress code for the restaurant which felt appropriate for the decor. The room I had was small and outdated. All the staff was fantastic. Security to the building was tight.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
William Hu: Very nice hotel
Jamie Haruska: This was a great boutique hotel! We were cautiously optimistic, given the cost was so affordable for such a great location in the city, but it was an awesome space. We explored some of the hotel and it was beautiful. Our room was nice and clean, although worn (duh, the hotel was built in 1915). Highly recommended this hotel if you are looking to walk around the city, just a block from the Arch park and less than a mile to all other places.
pedro fernandez: Hotel antiguo, pero cómodo.El parking caro.
Scolly: Ideal for the price and overnightRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Brandi Stoddard: Lots of history here. A bit of road noise we where on 9 th floor.Has parking garage very friendly staff restaurants in walking distance that we are ate where sugar fire bbq and aubergines. There is a step up to bathrooms since they where added later. Don’t forget collared shirt to go to restaurant that is with in the hotel.
Tina Rubio: Only downfall was restraunt had dress code & wouldn't allow us to eat thereRooms: Out dated but comfortableWalkability: Very local and easy access to downtown
Sarah Shaffer: Old style charm with dress restrictions in bar & restaurant areas. Clean, secured and tasteful which is hard to find in most places. A time of the past but worth enjoying currently. Military personnel honored.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Brett Benyo: Awesome athletic club for exercising and social events.
Jack Michael: Arrived at around 2pm to be told the room wasn't available until 4pm. Personally this is far too late for a check in. We had driven down from Chicago and needed to get into the room to change and shower for dinner before catching a cardinals game at 6pm and we had to rearrange some of our plans because of this. The location is fantastic, it's a very short walk to the arch and busch stadium. This and the nice lobby is probably the only good parts of the hotel. Parking isn't included its $18 a day, considering the room itself is on the higher end this is greatly disappointing. The room was very small, no fridge, tiny bathroom which the plug to the sink didn't work. Also no breakfast included and there's a dress code in the lobby which considering it's an ''athletic club'' is a bit ironic. Overall pretty poor experience, check in time is enough for me to not return let alone the poor room. Location only thing keeping it from a 2 star review.
Cheryl Wambach: Beautiful buildingService: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Donna White: Nephew had his wedding here. Tremendously attentive servers. Quick to respond and always checking on us. Beautiful dining room. Something we would never be able to afford on a regular day, but a very fun experience.Walkability: Not for those of us that have trouble standing and walking. I made it, but it was difficult.Food & drinks: The food was amazing. Tender and delicious. So so good. The bartender wasn't as nice or helpful. After asking what drinks she had, she said everything. They were premixing drinks to serve more people. I get it. She pointed to one she had just made and I asked what was in it, to which she replied everything and went back to mixing drinks. I told her i can't do mango or peach flavor. I grabbed one of the drinks, because I didn't want to hold up the line further. Took a drink, it had peach schnapps, and I immediately felt nauseous. That continued thru the rest of the night, so I had one ship sip of an open bar. But the rest was amazing!!
Nicholas Clarke: Recently stayed in the hotel whilst the Cards were on a home stand. Hotel is in a decent location downtown and less than 5 mins walk from the metro station. Room was large and clean, albeit dated. Receptionists were friendly. Hotel is dated, served a purpose for a 1 night stayRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Joseph Gilligan: Awesome facility
Kyle Rawling: Location is convenient - the stadium, Arch and park, and restaurants are a manageable walk. Staff is super helpful and informative. The lobby is beautiful as well. Rooms, especially bathrooms could be updated and soundproofed a bit more, but it wasn’t unreasonable.
