B Raney: We have been trying for years to get new flooring for my parents' home. Because of the age of the house, the flooring companies refused to take up the two layers of vinyl flooring without certification that there was no asbestos. I called St. John Environmental Consulting, LLC and left a message. The owner, Ian, called me back within 10 minutes or so and I had a tech (John) at the house the same day. John was able to take samples from both layers of flooring in a discreet spot. Unless you know where to look you won't see the sample areas. I got my results back the next day via text, followed by an email with the certification document. If I had known it would be this easy, I would have called years ago. Oh, what really impressed me was Ian was out of town in a different time zone and still got back to me! Now that is service.
