april woods: To place a order for product is a pain, I called the supplier directly for cost and shipping on Friday 1/11/19 at 1045am. By Monday 1/14/19 when I called at 12:26pm to check the status I was informed the cost AND the shipping had gone up. HOW?? There was no notice from the company. We have to fax over the paperwork manually. Its 2019, why is big corporation still using manual fax machines. Not only that, they still did not receive the fax on Monday. I was told by Jon, it usually takes 24-72 hours to receive a fax. The paperwork being improperly miss managed, does not even being to describe how long it takes to physically get the part you need. Professionally speaking, I suggest a direct contact line, email confirmation, directly shipping tracking via fedex, or UPS. I also recommend the supplier digital update.

Alfred Hofer: Check Amazon first for your repair parts I didn’t today and found I could have got my water inlet valve for less than half of what they charged with free delivery and with out the extra handling fee of $0.87.

Russell Hinman: Read this.Amazing service, above and beyond. I bought a refrigerator defrost timer from Ebay. As usual, the part wasn't right. Called this place Saturday morning. He was out of the part. BUT: He spent nearly a half hour helping me on the phone anyway! Looked up my fridge. Told me why the part wouldn't work. Told me what part to get. Walked me through how to troubleshoot the problem. Then, instead of trying to order the part, he got online and found a place near me that had the part I needed in stock. Never tried to to sell me on a service call either.I'm always looking for that tiny handful of good places for service. This one made the list today.
Pimp K-D.: They had a selection of fridges. I needed a smaller one to fit a 31 inch wide space. It was clean and running and came with a 90 day warranty.All the staff was very helpful, from the sales men, to the loaders, workers, etc.I would recommend this company for used appliances fast and reasonably priced.I did not get delivery; I picked it up myself.

Thomas Sommers: Walked in, met the owner. I had a washing machine I was trying to repair. He tested my capacitor, then we brought the two (!) motors I had to the basement where he had his repair man stop what he was doing, take apart a similar washing machine to what I had, and test both the motors showing them to be functional. He easily spent 1/2 hour with me trying to diagnose my washing machine problem. His repair man said it was the timer. The cost for that was over $100 on the website, so I decided to buy one of his used washing machines which he helped load into my van.This isn't a fancy place, and it's in a rougher than average neighborhood. I was unsure where to park since it's not obvious. But there were a ton of options of appliances (used, scratch and dent), and my washer came with a 90 day warranty.It's hard not to be impressed with someone who runs his business in this way. His efforts to help my diagnose my problem could have easily have cost him a sale. Instead I was happy to buy from him.

Matthew Zide: I was shopping online for the part but wanted to find a local shop that might have the part in stock. I called when they opened and was pleased to find they stocked the OEM water inlet valve for my KitchenAid dishwasher. They set the part aside and I was able to pick up same day. Within an hour my dish washer was back in full force. So nice to have a shop that carries these parts, price for OEM part was less than online retailers. A great resource for anyone looking to repair an appliance on their own.

Andrea Nappier: I had Bob out to a client of mine's house recently to check out a trash compactor and dishwasher that had recently called it quits (both only two years old, ugh!!). He was right on time and quick with the diagnosis, curteous and friendly. He ordered two parts and repaired them both within the same week! I am very impressed, as was my client. Eric L: (2023) I wish I could leave a second review. I needed to go back, for a heating element for a dryer this time. I called ahead and talked with Trish who confirmed the make/model of our dryer, the part, and that they had it in stock! If they don't have the part(s) in stock, they can usually order it in faster than any of the online stores.(2017) I called ahead to see if they had a part in stock for my dryer. Lonnie was super helpful and took the time to make sure they did have the correct item I needed. When I picked it up, he was just as friendly and offered several suggestions and tips to help me with the repair. I'll definitely go back!

Robert Allen: This place is my problem solver. They usually have the part I need. If not, they can get it soonish. This time it was dryer tumbler support rollers. I've done the timer previously. If you think you're appliance is done, hit the internet and diagnose it, get the part, and try to fix it yourself. YouTube is a life saver, but only if you can get the parts. These guys have the parts! My washer and dryer are over 20 years old! Support your local shops!

Michael Newsham: If there were negative numbers they would get as low as possible. I called to order a part after a recommendation. They stated the best the could do was 3 day delivery. While I was hesitant I couldn’t risk not wait another day delay. So I placed the order thinking I would call back and cancel if I found a better option. After a 2 minute search I found I could get it in 1 day for a third of the price. I called back to cancel after 5 minutes max. They said they were unable to cancel that it was already being packed for shipping. I said that is impossible. I literally just hung up the phone with you guys less than two minutes ago. After arguing with the representative with no resolution I am now working to cancel payment as I had informed them I would do. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
