Taylor Madden: Dr. Emmert is amazing. She’s super knowledgeable and friendly. The shots are easy and scheduling is flexible (which is good for my busy schedule). 10/10 would recommend!
Casey Peetz: Dr. Ashley Emmert is great to work with. I see her to manage my asthma and allergies, and get allergy shots. The medical appointments are helpful, and getting the shots is flexible and easy. She does a great job.

The office feels very relaxed and the bedside manner of the Doctor is perfect.Before my allergy shots I had major issues with my eczema, my sinuses and occasionally my breathing. I couldn't be around my pets and was having increasing issues with dust and seasonal allergies.Now that I'm on maintenance I snuggle all my pets and haven't had an ecema outbreak in months!10/10 would recommend. Words can't explain how much allergy shots changed my life. If you suffer from allergies, do yourself a favor and come here.

Mary Corley: Dr. Elyra Figueroa is a results-oriented physician, drawing form years of medical and maternal experience. Our child had suffered with allergies and asthma since infancy. We could count on an ER visit at least once or twice a year. Under her care for over four years and we have not had a single ER visit since. The allergies are well-controlled and we almost don't remember the asthma. Don't hesitate to consult with Dr. Elyra.
Dawn Sturmon: Dr. Figueroa and her staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. She has been my Allergist for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, then Dr. Figueroa is someone you should consider visiting.

Katie Franke: I saw Dr. Figueroa last May/June. She did a thorough allergy test and some immunology blood panels. She couldn't find any reason that I'd been sick for the past year, so she wanted me to try allergy shots. I said I'd think about it, but in the end I declined.In August, her nurse called me to ask if I wanted to start the shots. I said no, but that I would like my medical records. The nurse said, "Okay, I'll tell the doctor." I asked her when I could pick up my records, to which she responded again with, "Okay, I'll tell the doctor."Fast forward to October. No medical records. I called their office and again requested medical records from the nurse. She once again said "Okay, I'll tell the doctor." I asked her when I could pick them up. She took down my phone number and said she'd call me back in a few minutes.The next day, she had not called, so I called again. She once again said "Okay, I'll tell the doctor." I told her, I can pick them up this afternoon." She said she would call me when they were ready. No call.The next day I called AGAIN. They were closed.The day after that I called yet again, she said they would be ready the next day, and that she would call me to let me know when they were ready, most likely before noon.To my great surprise, she did not call. I called the office AGAIN, and got an answering machine stating that they were busy with other patients (they have a separate message when the office is closed). I drove to the office, and there was no one there. They were either closed all day or had closed early - I have no idea, since no one would answer the phone.I am now most likely going to have to pay for and go through all of that testing again, since this office will not give me my medical records.
Mary Bower: Dr. Figueroa is an excellent and very educated allergist. My children see her for their allergies, and she is amazing with children. Dr. Figueroa has treated my son for his seasonal allergies and my daugher for her eczema. She is very prompt to return phone calls, and she really cares for her patients. She is just like a family friend to us. We are raving fans of Dr. Figueroa!
Kim Stock: Dr. Figueroa is an incredible doctor. She goes above and beyond the role of a physician. My entire family sees her and she has helped us out more than we can say. I suffer from HORRIBLE year round allergies. I have never been able to keep them in control until I saw Dr. Figueroa. Unfortunately, my daughters suffer the same fate with allergies. Dr. Figueroa has finally helped us keep my little one from suffering.I work in the medical field and have worked with many physicians. Dr. Figueroa is hands down one of the best physicians I have worked with professionally as well. To see the care that she has for her patients made me want to bring my whole family to see her.
Andrea .l.: Dr. Figueroa is an excellent allergist! She cares deeply about her patients and is always available when we need her. I love that she regularly posts allergy numbers and research articles on her Facebook page. I would happily refer her to anyone needing an allergist!!!
Maxwell Oglander: Made me wait over an hour. Total visit time was 3+ hours because they "are implementing a new system".. She seemed averagely qualified. Her diagnosis was "I am an allegetic person". Well Duh... that is why I am there to begin with. She prescribed me allergy meds that work no better than over the counter meds. And after insurance she charged me $750 cash! Forget her. Save yourself the hassle and time. See a REAL allergist doctor..

J. H.: I posted five stars because I did not get the chance to meet this doctor, so I cannot make a negative judgment toward her. However, whoever answered my phone call to make my new patient appointment was unbelievable. First of all, she acted like she had no idea what insurance I have (HEALTHLINK; and it is very common, is this your first day in a doctor’s office?) Then when I told her I need to come in for chronic hives and to follow up on an anaphylactic episode (as instructed by ER doctor) she just kept loudly saying, “THERE IS NO TEST FOR RASHES!”...? If I don’t see an ALLERGIST for my ALLERGIES, who do I see? Anyway, I hung up on her because that was ridiculous and just plain bizarre, but I have heard great things about Dr. Berdy. Too bad I don’t get to meet her! Guess I’ll go to the podiatrist or something...

Colleen Piel: Dr. Kemp is a wonderful allergist. She always goes above and beyond, is very thorough, and an excellent listener. I also get allergy shots here and they are very efficient so that it doesn't take any longer than necessary.
John Smith: This office sent me a bill for a test with no results spent over 500 dollars and no results .Got another appointment for today Tues 440 pm and office is closed.Dont recomend using this company waste of money.

We didn't learn anything new and we got a huge bill. I don't appreciate being charged a absurd amount of money for something I feel was a waste of our time.
Haile Simmerman: Terrible office! They didn’t inform me that they didn’t take my insurance so I got a massive bill in the mail. My daughter saw the doctor for 10mins who didn’t do anything but then billed us for an extensive visit. I’ve called the office over 10 times trying to speak to billing and they conveniently aren’t ever there and same with the office manager. Left messages and never get a call back either. Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

Aruna Surukunta: Hamsa N Nandini is really a good doctor with tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. She takes care of her patients with care and love. The way she tested me in the office is really good and for positivity after my visit. She explained each and every minute details to me and how to cope with my allergies. Annabel Eyrick: Dr. Subramanian used to care deeply about her patients and their health and well-being. Unfortunately, her staff has all recently turned over. and patient care has drastically diminished from when I first went to see her nearly 10 years ago. Most recently, I had an allergic episode to where I was barely able to keep my eyes open and was writhing in bed, but Dr. Subramanian's first availability was in 6 days. Since I just saw her 2 months ago for my annual check-up, I begged if she could prescribe something to curb my symptoms until she's available to see me. She refused and said that unless I'm unable to breathe or function normally, it's not considered urgent and that I needed to wait for another consult before she'll prescribe anything. I was forced to turn to my primary physician who quickly wrote me a script to help calm my symptoms until I'm able to get some long-term help. Signature Medical Group has turned a caring practice into a churn and burn patient factory that cares more about dollars than patients. It is truly unfortunate.

Dr Subramanian was extremely thorough in her comprehensive assessment, explaining information pertinent to my symptoms, needed tests and next steps needed to be taken. She is very knowledgeable and did not throw medications at the symptoms but instead is working to find a root cause first. Highly recommend her if you have autoimmune/ immune issues/ conditions and are looking for a comprehensive approach to treatment.

John and Debbie Musielak: I have had great treatment and learned so much about my allergies and other conditions during my visits. Dr Onder and his entire staff are so patient and caring, as well as highly skilled. I recommend his practice to all my friends and family.
Arch Stellage: If you’re looking for Dr. Cajigal, she works elsewhere! I saw an NP here and the bedside manner just wasn’t there, nor were there any actual treatment plans. I left the office feeling pretty defeated by my allergies and feeling like I’d wasted the appointment just to make another appointment for skin testing. They told me to essentially wait until I had another allergic reaction, which is terrifying and also—money and Epipens don’t grow on trees. I’ve already had at least 2 severe reactions.This ain’t it. You’ll have better luck consulting the Internet or Reddit.

Onder is supposedly an allergy specialist yet he seemingly condones insulting our country's foremost allergy and immunology expert? Super weird. Super concerning.

I was changing my entire lifestyle to control what I thought might be the provoking factor to my hives. Dr. Cajigal was excellent in educating me that hives are manageable, and that I could return to my kickball team and running, as I wished. My only regret is that I didn’t set up an appointment sooner. A lot less money would have been spent on topical creams and oatmeal baths...oh, and a lot less tears!

laslo hollefeld: I can’t for the life of me figure out how this place gets 5 stars. First off, they are closely named to another allergy practice in the area, which makes it confusing with directions. It also doesn’t help when the office staff puts you on hold when you are lost. Office is in a the basement of run down building with little signage that is hard to find. I truly can’t believe any doctor would lease their office in the building. The office itself is cluttered, old, beat up and just generally in need of maintence/updating/relocating. Staff was short, had a lot of attitude, interrupted me and were generally unpleasant. Having had allergy shots as a child I know that you have to wait 30 minutes after injections to observe for adverse reactions. I watch multiple people get injections and immediately walk out of the office, there was even a large sign stating such.I walked out.

Melissa Henry: I received very poor care & bedside manner. I asked to switch providers and was told that is not allowed. I'm just stuck with this Dr. I was even recommended to switch by my pediatrician. She wanted to me to see someone specialized in the care I needed & was still told no. They do not have the best interest of their clients.
Pat Baum: I appreciate being seen in a timely manner; the doctor and all staff were very polite and considerate of my health concerns. I would recommend this practice and location to any of my family and friends.

My wife went in there of Feb. 7 @ 2:00 to see Dr. Warrior and he told us that he could not help us, he was sorry but he could not help. He did ask us to leave, which we did. We know have a bill for over a hundred dollars, but for what? The lady answering the phone was rude. I don't believe I should have to pay if you are not able to help. ALL I ask is that this charge be taken off. If the charge is taken off then I will rewrite a positive comment and apology. Please, if you are not able to help, fine, but don't take someones money. This is not right.Well it has been over two months and no one from the billing department has called. Poor customer service and very rude people. Please don't go there. I wish I could of gave them a zero, they don't even deserve a zero.

They charged me for 3 shots i didn’t even received and i have called billing MULTIPLE times to get my bill corrected and I’m either sent to voicemail and no call back or no call back in general after i spoke to someone. I am now sent to collections. TERRIBLE place to go to. I have called multiple times, no one will answer. I need an answer for this now.
Lisa Long: I cannot say enough great things about the care my family has received from this healthcare team (and I do mean all of them because we have been going to this office for many years and have met almost everyone!)We used to go to another doctor for allergy and asthma treatment and thought we were with the best practice in town. That practice did not offer OIT and we were interested in seeing if it could be an option for our child. We made a appointment to discuss OIT with Dr. Warrier and did not feel pressured to start desensitization therapy, but did decide it was the right option for us. It has been the best thing we have ever done and we are now working toward desensitization on our second allergen.While we originally sought out Dr. Warrier's care for food allergies and OIT, we are thrilled with the asthma and seasonal allergy care at this office. My daughter's asthma is better controlled now than it ever was with our previous doctor. In fact, I previously thought it was just normal that she would be on steroids several times a year but Dr. Warrier made a few small changes to her treatment plan and she rarely, if ever has exacerbations of her asthma like that now. It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Warrier, Laura, and Lauren at this practice have changed our lives for the better and we are extremely grateful.

John Mathes: This my first appointment with Dr. Borts. Appointment 9:00 AM. I arrived a little before 9:00. The receptionist checked me in promptly and showed me an exam room. Dr. Borts walked in at 9:04. These preliminary events set the stage for my entire visit. Dr. Borts and everyone with whom I interacted was friendly but professional. Based on this first experience, I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Katherine Markham: Pros: It is fairly easy to get an appointment here and have labs run.Cons: It has taken me 4 months to sort out a billing issue with this practice. They have three different billing departments, their internal billing department, a third party service they use for office visits, and an additional third party service that they use for test results. No one from their office has been able to provide me with an itemized list of services/tests being billed.
Zoe Ross: Go anywhere else but here for your allergy, asthma, or food concerns. This company only cares about money, not the patients. The staff will try to bill your insurance for charges and services you did not receive, ask for the break down of your receipt. I was unethically billed, the bill was cut nearly in half when I finally got ahold of them and they ran an internal audit. The bill should have been dropped as the front desk said I owed nothing. Sophia Xu: Referred to Dr. Park for a rash. She wrongly diagnosed me despite her treatment obviously not working. She continued to put me on very high doses of countless medications that never showed any effect. I was in extreme discomfort for months. Finally went to get a second opinion from a doctor who actually knew what they were doing.

Marsha Whitaker: Dr. Borts is an amazing, caring physician. My grandson has been seeing him for quite a few years for allergies and exercise-induced asthma. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and concise. He includes my 8 year old grandson in the conversations about his health and listens to what he has to say. You are given a printout at each visit detailing everything discussed - which is a great help for his parents to see a recap of visits they are unable to attend. He includes Mom via phone when needed. We very much appreciate this kind man.
