Rainbow Power: Naveed was the best taxi driver I ever experienced; just an overall good person. I was in a rush to work with my presentation on my mind and forgot my favorite coffee mug in the taxi. Naveed reached out to me and offered to drop it off with valet at my work. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Louise Bauer Davoli: Cab driver was unfamiliar with area around the airport and asked me to input the address of Enterprise Car Rental into my phone for directions. Belayneh G. Getachew was rude, unprofessional and argumentative. Mr. Getachew needs training in cultural appropriate behavior and how to interact with American women. Women traveling alone, beware of this taxi service. Next time I'll call Uber or Lyft.

Linda M: I highly recommend Apex Transportation. I went to St. Louis for a conference, and Arsen Babayan picked me up from the airport and he waited for me at the baggage claim. He’s very professional, communicates well, came early, and is a safe driver. Most reliable transportation service I have ever had! I will definitely be going with Apex Transportation again if I ever need to go back to St. Louis.

Called Apex from airport before I took off and had a confirmed ride home that met me in baggage claim to help with my bags and a short walk to vehicle. Jody Randall: This review is long overdue. Apex, and specifically Arsen was our best option for an early morning transport to the airport in January and again on our return flight to the US. Worth every penny to have Arsen pick us up exactly on time and quickly get us to the airport. When we returned to the US, Arsen was there greeting us and helping us collect luggage efficiently and on our way back home quickly.We have a neighborhood group that I told about our Apex Transport services as well and so our neighbors are using them this week for their trip as well. We need to use Apex again next week for another trip and look forward to seeing Arsen again.
