Terriale Moore: 89 degrees outside and the airport feels like 100. St. Louis needs a renovation as soon as possible! This is terrible I hate when I have to fly here.

Staff was a little bit unfriendly but maybe because they have to listen to the PA system on repeat for hours.

Peter Anak: The dirtiest airport I’ve ever been to. Flies and bugs everywhere In restaurant. Plus horrible customer service. I wish I took pics of the floors it was disgusting! I’ll reframe from connecting here.
Sheri Gurnow: Worst airport we have ever been in. Seems like always something they mess up every single time we fly either out or in (sometimes both). Flight got in at 12:34 am and we are still waiting on bags and it’s 1:14 am!! Unacceptable.

Clark Hugo: Just about my least favorite large airport I’ve had to layover at. There isn’t enough seating area to go around at the gates or anywhere for. That matter and the bathrooms are falling apart.
Shelly Wu: Pros: The people who work there are nice, there are a few decent food and drink options, and I got through the TSA line quickly.Cons: When I got off the plane, I didn’t see clear signs for how to find the Metrolink. Make sure you go to the upper level. Also, some of the gates had trash that looked like it had been there a while.

Jeff E: Absolutely horrible. They misplaced my luggage and it took almost 2 days to get it back …and it came in the same night I arrived just on a later flight! Unpleasant, unhelpful, complete lack of concern. Beyond disappointed.

Ozark Mountain Ranger: Arrives 2 hours before our flight (which is pretty standard) to check in and there is nobody at the check in counter. Called customer service and they said that the attendants only work 2:15pm to 6:30pm. So we got here early to wait on them.
Edlund Lynne: Alaska airlines is a great airline. Have used several times.
Angela Dal Ponte: Missed our flight and lady at counter wouldn’t help us. We were told we had to call their 800 number. Nobody answered or ever returned our call. Then they held our luggage, and again, nobody would answer phone or return our messages. Had to drive 2.5 hours, one way, and airport assistant got into their room to give us our luggage. Customers service with these people is terrible!!!

Debbie Berresford: A little crowded but otherwise great. They could use a little more seating.
Jerry Dangler: Food selection was pretty decent. Hard to find a place to sit down with an air vent blowing directly on you. Seemed clean and in good shape. Alot of electric plugs not working.
Jeff Templeton: Bad weather delays delays delays. But southwest employees Allan (Supervisor) and Nora (gate attendant) handled our situation with professionalism and compassion. Thank you so much both of you

Stephen Joseph: Effectively laid out shops and seat. Even when crowded, it is easy to navigate to your gate. Always judge a home by its toilets and the two I used were clean and stocked.
Renn Love: Pretty cramped up airport, it’s stuffy and musty so if possible bring your own portable fan because it is HOT in there. Not sure if AC work but def not a fun airport, not that any airports are fun but they’re at least cooler.
Katy Doggett: This terminal is far too small for both southwest and Lufthansa to fly out of here. The lines are excruciatingly long and cramped. Today, the line was out the door to the street.Plan accordingly and give yourself extra time just to be safe.The staff is very kind and helpful.

Kelly Alleyne: I like that there hardly any wait times when I'm there. It could be the times I tend to travel tho. I'm always first flight or red eye.
Rose Dusk: Definitely recommend taking a smaller vehicle if you have one. They are currently working on some of the parking garage and it is definitely not big truck friendly. Other then that great experience especially for an airport!

Matt Morais: Mike at the service desk was very helpful, and got me on a flight that was 2 hours later than my original, but was direct. My original flight was delayed, and I would miss my connecting flight and would need to spend an overnight as a result. He was very nice and super helpful.I know this may be an edge case, but I felt like I was well served!! Thanks Mike!

Jimmy: Front desk is Unpunctuality at work and seems less knowledgeable what they are doing .
C H: The attendant refused to help me get my bag checked to my final destination, resulting in me having to wait 12 hours at the next airport for a different flight. She seemed mad at me for even walking up to the desk.
Ellie: Terrible airline. Impossible to make a flight change to one's ticket. They don't have anyone to answer the phone and even admit it.
