Bob Miller: Highly trustworthy and really works hard to provide great service. I have entrusted them with multiple airplanes and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Ken Kopp: I've been doing business with Paul and Big River Aviation for 4 years. He has always provided quality service and has made things right on the very rare occasions when we disagreed.
Colin Wood: Had a flat tire at this airport last year durning a holiday. They came and towed me over to their hanger and had me fixed up by the morning. They drove me to and from my hotel too. Great people!
Bob McDaniel: Great service! Can handle small experimentals up through large turbines and can respond on short notice to most remote sites. He rebuilt my damaged experimental and it flies better than ever. Two thumbs up & 5 stars!
e litt: Unauthorized repairs, poor communication, highly inflated bill, had to take it to another mechanic after their "extensive" annual because of breakers popping on retraction, un-serviced struts, and brakes not even close to bled right . Claimed to be an expert in our airplane and certainly were not. Owned planes for a decade and have never had the kind of experience we had with them. Do not recommend

They were a part of a special Aviation Event for 5-12th grade educators led by the Illinois Math & Science Academy held at the St. Louis Downtown Airport in Cahokia, IL. Ideal flight instructors took educators on flights and provided them with a first hand learning experience. Instructors were very professional and knowledgeable. Ideal Aviation leadership was willing to be flexible with plans to meet the needs of participants.
Alex Anonimo: I did a discovery flight with Steve. He was incredibly welcoming, positive, optimistic, encouraging, all the good stuff. The facilities were great, the aircraft in great shape. I've not yet begun formal lessons, but I had a tremendously good time and look forward to continuing my education here.

kellen miller: Flew in for the weekend in my Piper to take a friend on a sigh seeing tour. Received better treatment at Ideal then some other FBO's when I flew in on a Citation X. Cannot thank them enough for a great weekend, even made room in the hanger for my plane to keep it out of the weather.
