Jason Adair: Everyone I met was super hospitable and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very nice and dog friendly! There are a couple of pawed "company mascots" running around. The employees seem to really know their product lines and offer great technical advice to customers.

Rebecca Parr: Highly recommendable!! When my home AC broke, I called them and they came as promised. The tech carefully inspected and found broken fuse and reason of overheating or overuse by my household. Have fixed with the reasonable price including labor and parts. Comparatively other companies that l called would not inspect for broken parts but just said "to replace system" without even coming to see it.

The person they sent the technician was great -- friendly and professional. He was able to quickly figure out the issue, showed me where the issue was and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Overall, good experience and I plan to use them again in the future.
