Most reviews are bad when at shippers and receivers, because when everything goes right the driver is happy and doesn’t have to write one, but boy when you sitting for hours we have all the time in the world at that moment. Here’s why I gave them 5 stars. I arrived at 12:30 for a 14:00 appointment The lady at the guard shack wasn’t rude, just a little dry, I can deal with that. Park on left side of building and walk what felt like a mile to door 7 to check in. The little cutie at check in was nice, she gave me a door number, and I walked the mile back to my truck. I backed in the assigned door and they almost started loading me immediately. I say almost immediately because who likes to go straight to work except US DRIVERS. I was loaded before my 14:00 appointment time. So I’m out

SHEN VALLEY TRUCKING: They don't care how they load the product if it's legal weight. They just try to fix as much product on as they can . Every time the broker says it's 44500 , it turns out to be 45500+ with axles overweight. Come back with a scale ticket , they take another 2 hours to "rework " the load. Go back to scale overweight on axle yet again! They took one pallet off and put another pallet on 200 lb lighter thinking that's going to fix the 1000lb over on trailer axle with tandems all the way back. Similar situation happened to us twice, needless to say we won't be coming back here again.

I'd give 5 stars, however, the "guard" at the checkin/checkout station doesn't want to work or do her job and has a massive attitude that apparently is known to the other workers as they mentioned her attitude as well.If you don't like your job find something else, but don't take it out on others trying to do there's.

JOSEPH CASTLEMAN: If coming to this particular location be prepared for long wait if loading or unloading. The guard at the guard shack is rude but not as rude as the gentleman is once you park your truck and walk all the way to door 7 to check in . The staff at the shipping window is extremely rude and unprofessional . It doesn’t matter how rude a driver maybe before you it’s no excuse for the employees for Pepsi to take it out on all drivers . If they don’t like their job then they shouldn’t be representing the Pepsi corporation with outside carriers in my opinion on a positive note they do have a restroom and vending machines for drivers to use

They will call you out for not following the directions, plus there is barely enough room for one semi at a time, let alone two semis.I arrived a few hours early and was able to get backed in within minutes of checking in. I was there for maybe a hour and a half from arrival to departure. Really nice employees and helpful. Quick with unloading. Also, on the way back to the dock there seem to be some truck parking.

M trent: I was worried about going in the night before for a 7 am appt. No problem, theres a place along the side of the building marked off for one semi to park. If its occupied go to the back and theres more spots to park. In the morning drive towards the front on the opposite side the building than you came in on back into the front lot and go back in through the gate again. (Its one way traffic clockwise around the building) The gate stays open all the time. Great guys, fast unload!
