anna barton: After being attacked and stolen from at Area 51 I got juice here made locally without any issues and learned the girl that stole my juice and attacked me outside the store then stole my cash out of my bag and my previously bought juices, had been fired from this store for stealing. And that attacking a customer outside the store was against every policy she ever heard of. I felt safe at ciggs freed and bought my new juice which I shouldn’t have had to do, from a local creator of juices and then they add the nicotine which I found better for the local economy and it made my night a little better to know I had somewhere nearby that I could trust to make me feel welcome and not in fear of being traumatized like at area 51

G G: Hanna(h)? was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful that although the store was very unique and inviting, I would have met her on a parking lot. So many times I’ve sought the help of a vape store but none of the employees were real smokers who quit via vape. Not only is Hanna a former smoker but she failed the first time she tried. She not only knew what to do but what not to do. I walked into that store with my own game plan but left with the successful game plan thanks to Hanna. She spent at least 45 minutes with me. I am looking forward to going back to get refills, perhaps even change flavors so that I can give Hanna an update on my progress and thank her. To the smokers out there: You all may think a vape shop is a place to get your gear but think about this...With someone like Hanna available to you, she is literally saving your life or at least extending it. That’s an incredibly powerful thought when you really think about it!

Beef Supreme: First time going to Patricias . Needed to find a specific g sting type with a certain back. Place is super clean well lit. The young lady that helped me was very friendly : she helped me look through every pair of g strings to try and find what I was needing. She was informative ,seemed she knew everything about everything. And, well , she was very pretty, which never hurts.Even though I didn’t find the g string i needed She turned me on to a new hybrid type of lube. I highly recommend Patricias.

hi li: Patricia’s has been my local go to since i turned 18. In the past in-store staff has been friendly, non-judgmental, gregarious, and very open in recommending products. A place that was safe to ask questions. Haven’t been there awhile, and i guess there is new management or a change in staff or something. Called in with a question about safe play and floggers (something I’ve been curious to explore), and when i asked if they gave advice on safe play with floggers, i was disconnected. Thought maybe it had been an accident so tried to call back, and it rang until the answering machine picked up. Was really taken aback, and began to worry I had accidentally called the wrong store. Waited a bit and decided to make sure I hadnt just called the wrong store, and apologize if I had. Called back a third time. Asked if it was the right number, and it was; asked if they gave advice on using their products (which as far as i can tell has never been an issue in the past, in store at least), and was informed that they don’t.That’s totally cool. Would have been great if that had just been said the first time, instead of getting a door in my face over the phone, and causing me to worry I’d call the wrong store or asked something in appropriate. It’s not difficult to be kind.Will not be shopping here anymore.

Arrived at 11 pm on Saturday night and doors were locked. Stuff like this is a big deal as it can cause travelers to waste a lot of time and gas.

Phil Landerer: I visited this location right before the "shut-down" and had a wonderful experience. This was a first for me and although I really wanted to go, I was apprehensive and a little nervous. Within about 1-2minutes upon my arrival I was greeted by one of the employees and after speaking with him for a few minutes, all of those feelings went away. This gentlemen (I believe his name was Will) greeted me, asked if he could help, and conversed with me in a very casual, relaxed, yet completely professional manner. I not only got over my apprehension but actually felt at ease and began to enjoy myself. Thanks Will!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!

She was super rude and I was ready to spend what ever it cost for them to point me in a better direction for the wife or order something she was looking for. Pretty unhappy with the customer service.
