Carrie Clinger: When I gave my child up for adoption I was told it was an open adoption and she would know about us I was tell him we can exchange photos and letters every 6 months and that my children that I already had can visit with my child that was up for adoption not only has children of the world ignored my phone calls ignored my photos And letters they will not answer my calls or return my calls or return my emails when you give a child up for adoption and they say it's an open adoption they should stand behind that I was a drug addict at the time however I have been clean since 2006 I have hair drug test to prove that I have been clean I think it is really badd of an adoption agency not only to lie to you but the parents that you gave a life of a child to to look norio I have asked nothing of the family only pictures letters and visitation of my current children if you are not going to stand by what you agree to you should not do it it is so saw that they act like they care but when it comes down to it they do not

S. B.: I'm a former foster parent with Bringing Families Together. They are 100% focused on reunification with birth families whenever / wherever possible. They make that 100% abundantly clear in the foster parent application / approval process to become a foster parent. Everything they do is for the kids! And they have so many programs to support birth parents and adoptive parents too. They care so much about the birth families, and of course the children first and foremost, and also about us as foster parents. I fostered during the pandemic for the very first time as a single parent. It was really challenging and my kiddo needed lots of love and support. BFT really supported me in being able to support my kiddo and keep the lines of communication open for her with other significant people in her life and supported me with the added difficulties the entire shutdown created for a new, single foster parent with a child that had experienced educational neglect and food neglect before entering the foster care system. They helped me / supported me in getting her extra services. The women-run organization is really caring, dedicated and supportive and they work so hard at their mission. I could not have had a better foster licensing agency! Just incredible. For personal reasons, I had to stop fostering, but if I become a foster parent again it will only be through BFT!
