K Matson: I had a rare piping issue come up that required some specific special fittings.I was told this was the place to go by a coworker.They greeted me almost immediately, very friendly and helpful staff.And when at first they couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, they were still able to solve my issue by offering another option that I hadn't thought of.If I ever need special fittings again in the future, there's only one place I'll go now.Thank you to the staff of Superior Industrial Supply!
Steven Buesking: When you need a part or something done, you want the person selling you what you need. If they don't have it, you certainly don't want a Rube Goldberg contraption.Superior treated me well. They did not have what I needed, but was able to direct me to a place that may create it for me. They were professional in every way and I appreciate their taking the time even though it did not add to their bottom line. Great to know this level of quality still exists.

MrWicked98: Whatever it is your looking for most likely they ain't got it. That's the case 95% of the time I go in here. When they do have it, it's often crazy expensive. Combo wrench I needed was $209.00 and I am not kidding. One wrench not a set.
