T: Ordered the “forget me not Iced coffee” and the lemon drop roll and as avid sushi eaters we were more than pleased. The name and outdoor aesthetics had me weary- it gives off a bakery vibes, so we didn’t have high expectations. The lemon drop roll was so light, fresh and paler cleansing. Something I’d absolutely go out of my way to eat just that. Thank you and cannot wait to come back
Za'Mari Darden: Very sad, as I had high expectations for this place. I ordered a drink that included vodka that I wanted substituted with rum. The waiter brought me out a double shot of Tito’s VODKA in addition to the drink I ordered that also included VODKA. No rum at all!! My $7.50 drink turned into a $16 drink with the additional charge of the double shot that I did not ask for! My drink cost more than my meal! The waiter also brought me out a soda that I did not ask for. I truly believe that he was not listening to my order at all. He just put in what ever the hell order he wanted to put in. When I brought the errors to his attention there was no attempt to take accountability for his wrongdoing. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone isn’t trying to get over! I wasn’t looking to not pay for my order, but to pay for what I ordered!!!
Danger Dest: The atmosphere is dark and muggy. Bugs flying around and crawling on the walls. Overall overpriced and sushi was lukewarm and not well prepared. The rolls were not rolled well, not uniform, and were one dimensional in flavor. The server was great but overall not worth dropping $100 here for a few rolls of mediocre sushi. Also it was not very clean.

Mizu Sushi Bar: what do users think?
Quentin Hendricks: Super friendly staff. All the food is great but I especially recommend the hamachi kama. Just perfectly cooked. It was a little weird that they had NASCAR on the big screen there, which felt a bit out of character for the rest of the restaurant, but hey... That's just an observation.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Sushi, Miso Ramen, Fried Calamari …More

Sharonda Davenport: I had been wanting to try this place for a bit and it was meh at best. I ordered dumplings and a California roll. The Cali roll tasted odd. Almost as if it was old although they made it fresh. The dumplings were okay. The sauce was the saving grace. The house resiling had an odd taste. One of my friends found hair in their food, so that sort of ruined my appetite. The service was SUPER slow even though it wasn't busy. The wait staff barely let us speak before walking away from the table each time they approached with things like untensils or whatever. It was pretty rude honestly. I definitely won't be back.
Amanda Anderson-Gonzalez: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Cieria Simmons: To be honest, this place is not worthy of being downtown, I think this would be a better fit somebody in north country. The vibe of this place is VERY BORING. I did show up right at opening but it was still borning as hell. The best entertainment was the opening game for the cardinals that was being shown on the projector. Bow for the food, Sushi I had the new california roll which is a fried roll. It lacks flavor that I was expecting. Maybe it was a poor choice of the roll but I have been to other places like sushi ai that is far more tastier. The ramen I wanted off the menu was the Mizu ramen bowl which is their signature bowl but they didn't have it which was VERY DISAPPOINTING, how can you have something on the menu and don't have the item that matches the name of the restaurant. However I did order the chicken ramen and my husband had the shrimp ramen. Ramen was mid once again I had better at other places. The broth was spicy with slight favor but enough to complement the noodles. Almost like a scrambled egg instead of the normal egg you get with ramen. The beverage menu. My husband tried to order some type of bubble margarita which once again they didn't have. So the bill after everything ended up being 40 bucks with 18 percent gratuity included. I feel like 18 percent was a reach considering my waiter said she was bring me a refill on the water several times and I never got it until I was done with my meal. Overall this place is MID. Probably wouldn't pick this place by choice again. The place isn't bad, just you can pick a better spot to eat than this place. Make this your last choice but not your worst choice.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie optionsParking: Gotta pay for parking of course.
Sigi Ung: Waiting for 2h. no food, just miso soop. Finally THIS IS ORDER FOR 4 PEOPLE! arrived. At the end restaurant charged for the vine that was not delivered at all! Owner told she like sushi WITHOUT rice! What???Do not go there! DO NOT GO There!Food: 2/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Ronda Davenport: Came with a group for girl's night out and the service was extremely slow. Although I'm fairly certain there was only one server. The food was okay. I ordered gyoza, California roll and spring rolls. The spring rolls were the best part of the meal. Very crispy and well made. The sweet dipping sauce was a perfect pairing. The dumplings were good as well. The sushi was okay. The imitation crab was not great. Not to mention one person at my table had hair in her food. A couple of orders were wrong. If you're looking for a place with fast, dependable service, this is definitely not the place to go. And hopefully your dish doesn't have hair 🤷🏿‍♀️
Janice Z: We were forced to pay unauthorized 20% tip as gratuity and the tip was still listed on the receipt. On top of that, the waiting time was insane and the service was extremely bad. We waited for almost an hour and a half to get our food. We waited more than 30 min to get sprite. The roll was very salty. There was so little rice in my poke bowl that it took a while for me to find the rice in it. JUST AVOID. This is the first time I ever left a review for a restaurant.
Luka Brown: The wait staff was fantastic and the atmosphere was delightful, with plenty of space and a very attentive waitress. Great choice for a meal!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
lark: Staff was so kind and helpful, always checking in on us. Suggested very good drinks and sushi from the menu when we weren’t sure what to order. Vanessa Sherman: This place is highly overpriced. Tried to order 2 items and they said they were out which makes me question how fresh their products are. Matthew Weld: Arrived right at 5 as they opened. The server was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Recommend the Fusion Bowl with Bulgogi. Comes in a hot bowl that continues to cook the contents - including an egg - and spicy sauce on the side.Dietary restrictions: My wife is GF and was overwhelmed by the options. GF soy sauce available.
Charles Parker: I used to work there and the food is delicious... Heads up... The ramen soup is instant noodles that comes in a package like in the grocery store... You've gotta ask yourself if it's worth the price that they're asking

Candace Williams: This was one of the worst sushi establishments that I've ever tried. The cream cheese on the roll tastes as if it were sitting out all day, and the portion size of meat in the rolls were scarce. The only okay thing I had was the Gyoza, and they don't tell you that the sauce accompanied with it is super spicy, which is a first. I will never return here.

chintot: Fair for a place like St. Louis. The dinner option 2 of $24 for 3 maki rolls, 4 sushi and a starter - is not a bad deal. I tried the St. Louis roll deep-fried option and it cooked the sushi inside. I didn't expect that. I was expecting it to be like friend tempura ice cream where the ice cream inside is still ice cream and not melted. So I'm disappointed about that. But the server was attentive so that's a plus.

Ang Robinson: I’m pregnant and have been craving sushi. I was never a sushi eater before this, so I was a bit nervous about ordering it to my house instead of going out and sitting down to have some, especially at a cheaper place. While I’m certain it’s not the best ever, I was pleasantly surprised when the taste and presentation were pretty great. I always love when restaurants add sauces/utensils/napkins to the bag unasked, just like these folks did. Thank you for making one of my first experiences so enjoyable Sushi Ai!

Each time we dine there, his service seems to get better and better!!😉So he talked me into trying the fried Oreo cookie (which I never, ever had and never ever dreamed of trying 🤔) and keeping it 💯, I must say it was like O M G, !!!) I also have to give a shout out to the "all you can eat buffet" (which was truly a bargain) it consistented of a HUUGE variety of appetizers and sushi rolls to devour. I almost needed to call 911 because I was so full 😴😴 😴!!! I'm not a raw fish eater, so I had the Fried St. Louis Roll, like OMG👌, you gotta try it!!!😍 I could eat this roll every day and not get tired of it, its really that good!!! Needless to say from start to finish, my entire experience was truly a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience!!!😁

We were seated right away when we scanned because they had about 30 tables open.

Marisa Merritt: The food is always wonderful- I usually go to Westport but tried this one. The staff is friendly to the customers but leave much to be desired to their own coworkers. Me and several customers stood and watched how the staff treated the host who is on the spectrum (mentally disabled) they were mean to him, ignored him when he asked them questions, made annoyed faces at him and more! They made me feel so angry and 2 different diners left because they didn't want to be seated in the areas of the rude staff. I did reach out to the manager and I pray he fixes this.

deepak agarwal: We went for dinner on a Sunday night and we’re finally able to be seated at a table after more than an hour of waiting. We were excited about the food since we were starving and the wait time and high prices had our hopes up for a good meal. We were in for an unpleasant surprise. First they didn’t have enough clean silverware so the server finally brought us a fork each by cleaning it himself( kudos to him for that!). The rolls were below average and you could tell they were just rushing to make them to meet demand. We had one of their most popular entrees as well which also was a 5/10 at best. My wife and I get Japanese in every city we visit. This was a great disappointment.Only plus is that they open late and that’s probably how they get business.

Our server barely came out to the table we couldn’t even get his attention to order more drinks. When our food finally came out our orders were wrong and the staff gave us attitude. It’s extremely overpriced for the service we received I really don’t recommend it at all. The restaurant was barely packed.

Cody Cummings: I dropped by Drunken Fish to grab some lunch with my wife while walking around the neighborhood, and it was pretty good. The presentation of the dishes was what you would expect from a sushi restaurant in the Central West End, and the prices follow suit. Not overly expensive, but some of the more basic rolls are a little pricey for what you get. That being said, I wouldn’t go to Drunken Fish for cheap sushi, I would go for nicer more unique rolls and dishes. The service was really nice, and the ambiance was casual but classy. I’ll be happy to come back by for dinner some time.
Sherry Sun: I came here with my fiance on a Sunday evening about 2 hours before closing. We didn't have a reservation so the hostess quoted us about a 40 min wait. Upon requesting to sit at the bar, she confirmed with the bar, and promptly lead us upstairs to the bar. After wiping down the bar table, she sat us down. We were greeted warmly by the bartender. We ordered the sushi combo and contemplated on sake. The bartender gave us samples of sake, which were all delicious. The sushi was fresh and delicious and service was spectacular.I would definitely come back here again. It's a bit pricey, but I think well worth it.

Megan Barron: The service was so poor we didn’t even get to the food. Showed up at 2:30 pm to a sign that said “Please Wait to be Seated.” We were yelled at from the counter and waved on to a table, even though there were multiple workers and few patrons at the time. We sat down and then a waitress came over at 2:32 to say they closed in 10 minutes and could do takeout, but the kitchen was already closed (not really sure how that would work??). We questioned their closing time since we were aware that they closed at 3:00 pm, but were still told that they close in 10 minutes. We’ve both worked in the restaurant industry and have never worked at a place that stopped offering food before they were actually closed (outside of a bar). Definitely won’t return for that service.
Kevin Hacker (Khacker): This was the first time I dined here. We celebrated a late Mother's Day dinner since our son was out of the country. The food was very delicious and not fishy as I first thought it would be. The server was great, very professional, and courteous. We had the salmon avocado roll, Naruto roll, spider roll, and the Yoshi roll. All fantastic and very filling. The only issue I had was remembering how to use chopsticks correctly. A little out of practice. We had a party of 6 that night and just to let you know they automatically add 18% for a party of six. It was fair and you might want to go above the recommendation. It is worth it.

Justin Johnson: Service was great as they were very busy. Flavor of food was really good but could use more salt. Ramen broth should be salty (its meant to flavor noodles and not sipped like a soup by itself. (Katsukare) Curry was tasty but could also use a bit more salt. Last time I was here salt content was perfect, not sure if a mistake was made on this visit or there was a recipe change. Servers were rockstars.
Rich Cline: Excellent Katsu and Miso. Great service! The food is very fresh. The prices are reasonable compared with today's restaurant prices. Clean place. You can park right in front off of Forest Park Parkway. I didn't try the sushi or the ramen here yet. I highly recommend if you enjoy Japanese cuisine, this is one of the best.

Cody Cummings: Talk about a place with some good energy! Midtown Sushi & Ramen is a must try for anyone who loves authentic ramen dishes or good sushi, and while it’s not in the name, the Donburi bowls are some of the best in town.I recommend the Hakata Ramen if you’re a fan of smoked meats! The pork belly really adds great smoky and fatty notes to the noodles. If pork isn’t your thing then the Spicy Midtown Ramen gives you the same base as the Hakata, but swaps the pork with shrimp and smoky flavor with a spicy broth!Which one is better is a toss up and is just one more reason to come back for a second visit.

Sapporo 2: what do users think?
Eris Parks: Bland and lacking flavor. Service was decent and cold. Portions in the roll were slim, mainly breading.
Marie Mooncloud: Best Place to eat Sapporo 2 Sushi and Thai... Ate a Big Sushi Boat and other Dishes with food to go.
Jenni Feder: Hand down the most disgusting red curry I have ever had in my life, and I’ve had a lot. It’s thicker than pudding and taste like unflavored tomato sauce. They give you a ton of it and then literally four spoonfuls of rice. It’s like they know you can’t eat beyond 4 bites because it’s that gross.
Kevin Kaifer: Ordered sushi, curry, and gyoza on postmates. This expensive meal is not edible. The sushi is genuinely disgusting. The tuna in the spicy tuna roll tastes like paste. The green curry was cooked wrong, it has the texture of gelatin and tastes like too much fish sauce. I am disgusted I gave this restaurant my money. After 4 bites, this entire $70 meal is going in the trash. These people are crooks.
Cminor 9: Ordered some sushi and it was the worst sushi I have ever had. Mind-blowingly bad, and it wasn’t even cheap. The stl roll and philly roll tasted like they had been fried in very old oil, it had a rancid aftertaste. Doesn’t matter what was in it because the taste of rancid oil overpowered everything. The omg roll was also weird. The fish tasted off, like did they use the bait that should have been used to catch the fish? The rice wasn’t seasoned correctly either. The worst grocery store sushi is a better option than this place. I don’t know who is making sushi here but maybe they should stop. I wouldn’t even feed this to the cats in the alley.Ate one piece of each roll, the rest is for the dumpster.
Johnson Lancaster: Excellent food, smooth sake, what more do you want?
Chris Schneider: Had an amazing experience eating some great sushi. Very reasonable pricing for great sushi. Service was great as well!
Ryan Grigsby: Sushi here is always good!!
a storey: I don't usually complain but this is the most disappointing sushi I've ever had. There was barely anything inside the rolls and they were mostly rice and flavorless. This is coming from a former sushi chef. The shumai was fine.Hopefully it isn't normally like this and it will be better if I try it again.
Calissa: Surprisingly delightful. Severers are Very Amicable.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …More
Jason Randolph: Great Thai food and Sushi!
Patricia Walls: Clean and friendly place with a dark and cozy feel.
Joshua Key: I’ve been to a lot of sushi places, and this one rocks. Try the Magic of Fire roll!!
katherine grimmette: Mainly all rice in rolls and not what is described in online menu
Big Daddy Patty: A hidden gem.
Michael English: Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had.If I lived closer I’d eat here at least 2/3 times a week. The staff is so sweet, helpful, and super nice!!!The sauces, noodles, rice, sashimi, and authenticity that is involved in making everything so delicious is mind blowing!!Everyone needs to eat here at least once!!!
Cerra: The sushi is sooo good! Very intimate. A great spot to be in and out quickly. You won’t be disappointed!Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes …More
Spencer Hanning: My daughter and I absolutely love this place. Great sushi at fair prices, cozy atmosphere.
Bella Fugate: My favorite sushi place in STL! We try to come here every week. Prices are good and sushi is even better!
Jay G.: My favorite go-to spot for some of the best sushi in st Louis I highly recommend the fried Philly roll, spicy tuna and spicy yellowtail
Dy'mannd Smith: It was good. Wasn't the best ever but not the worst eitherDine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More

Blue Ocean Restaurant: what do users think?
TravelUSA: Menu doesn't have any pricing on selections, you'll have to ask b4 ordering. We had Lobster rolls and reasonably priced.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Matthew Goeke: One of the best bowls of Ramen I have had in STL, apps were great too! Scooter is an awesome guy, would come back anytime for service from such friendly folks!
Anna Haas: Honestly mid. The green haired bartender was kind of rude. I also watched him drop the ice scoop on the ground and stare at it for a while before putting it directly back in the ice. He also left our drinks on the bar for 20 minutes in favor of talking to his mom.Food was underwhelming over all.
K Frazier: I wanted to thank you for the great experience my family had at your restaurant last night. We arrived at 8:45 and ordered some appetizers and fried rolls, and they were delicious. Our waiter was super cool - he had dreads and was so friendly. He did a fantastic job of making sure we were taken care of, and my husband even tipped him twenty dollars! We were really glad that we decided to go back.-----------------------------------------------------We came into the restaurant and were excited about the sushi and drinks. We sat at the bar with one other woman, which was cool because it wasn't packed. It was just three people; me, my friend, and this woman. We waited ten minutes before going out of our way for the bartender to acknowledge us at the table to take our order. Strike one.I showed the bartender, who had long, faded, dirty blond blue hair, the drink I wanted from their IG page. I asked the bartender if there was extra juice from the fruit that I may have added to my drink. His response was overly sarcastic and rude, stating, "I don't know. However, much juice comes from a blueberry."Ok, so I let his slick comment slide. He could have said, what kind of juice would you like me to add because the blueberries comepre-frozen?Nevertheless, I let it go. Strike two.We receive our food. We ordered two appetizers and four rolls. We were enjoying ourselves. Five minutes passed, and we were not even 1/4 of the way finished before we received our check. Ok, strike three. We reluctantly ordered another drink before picking up cookies from a nearby establishment. The bartender begins yelling at the waiter passing by about being unable to restock his area because he has to leave. (showing off in front of his girlfriend) The waiter sounded flustered and responded that he would help him. That threw us off because, as a bartender, your responsibility is to get your area ready for the next day, and why are you yelling at a server when you still have customers at the bar? Strike four.At this point, I'm ready to go because the energy from this bartender is off-putting. To lighten the mood as we began packing, leaving, and paying. I stated that the drink was delicious. I needed a little more alcohol. Humor goes a long way. Right? The woman who is at the bar decides to comment, stating. "That's my boyfriend. I saw him make the drink, and how dare you beg for money?"Ok, now I have a rude dry bartender and his weird delusional girlfriend in cahoots with each other—a bad combination—strike 300.I wanted so badly to give this place four stars. But customer service goes a long way. Why would you put a dry, negative person in the front at the bar? They are the face of your establishment.Despite my negative review, I'm sure this is not his first time being rude to customers and staff or having his girlfriend talk irrationally to customers and running them off.Food is cool. The dude behind the bar and his girlfriend have to go. Bad for business.
David Peck: Udon broth was way too salty, basically soy sauce. Teriyaki-don was basically a crazy bowls and wraps bowl but worse tbh. Beer is crazy expensive and half of it was out of stock
V F: Pretty jazzy place! The tea they serve just stole my heart! Where can I buy it though? Please let me know… Fantastical eel!
Caitlyn Schott: It's always great. But the umami mushroom Ramen is gone. And the spicy miso has changed.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Bayard Harken: If I could give this place a 10 outta 5, I would. Great people, amazing food, amazing sushi, and the chillest atmosphere out there. My favorite restaurant by far.
Mark Spencers: Bartender Nicholas had his thumb and fingers inside people's spoons, plates and ice cubes while serving; no handwashing between doing credit card and serving food. Additionally, spent more time talking than taking care of customers.Cup cleaning station had only 2 sinks: cups were barely dipped in 1 clean water sink and 1 disinfectant sink (where is the soap?). Drinking water was served from the same faucet used for cleaning cups (unsanitary).Ramen noodles were undercooked. Ramen was lacking more elements typically found in a ramen (no egg for a $15 ramen?).Sushi was not above any other sushi place, especially for the price. Underwhelming experience for $100 bill.No prices on the menu? (unless you are selling seafood, please add prices).Would not recommend for unsanitary practices and average quality for price. This is coming from someone who likes to patronize local restaurants. Very dissappointing.
Justin Reiling: I used to love getting their lunch special pre-Covid, but it’s no longer offered. I came in today to give it another shot, but there are no prices on the menu, so I left without ordering. I didn’t want to bother inquiring about every item I was potentially interested in. It also just feels sketchy. Do they change their prices based on how you look? The day of the week? Who knows. It was also very dark and not very inviting inside.
Drake Shafer: Came a few times in the past few years- menu is significantly smaller and now there are no prices. Tried to go for lunch but service was really slow. Don’t think I’ll be back.Katsuya and K-Bop down the street are MUCH better and advertise their prices.Nudo House is also a good choice for ramen
Erykc Szminschki: Food: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 1/5More
Amal Mohamed: Not a great variety of options on the menu. The food was good, not great. I thought the setting was nice if you’re looking for a casual group outing.
Mattheo Fundelli: It ok,nothing speciall, not good or bad just ok
MarvelX42: Make great sushi rolls. I like the tempura. Love the decor! Very nice servers and the people who make the rolls obviously are very good at what they do.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Tempura, Roll …More
Erin Bacher: Great atmosphere. We liked that it was a bit more intimate rather than completely wide open. Scooter was a great waiter and provided fantastic service. We ordered a couple of rolls as well as hot sake. We found that, compared to some other places, the options for specialty rolls lacked a little as well as they were a bit bland. However, we'd would definitely visit again and try other items on the menu.
Melissa Cubing: The food was excellent. However service was a bit slower than I would have liked, and there were no prices on the menu. I had to look online, but they seemed not to be quite accurate.
Clayton Guerry: Excellent food, drinks, service, and events. Mr Himbo knows how to run a restaurant, and I can't wait for my next visit when I get back to STL.
Ellen Stimige: Food: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Sushi RollsMore
Kaitlyn Phils: It wasn't bad by any means. Service was wonderful and those loaded avacados were *amazing*. But..the ramen? 6 or so years ago I loved coming here because it was the most authentic Japanese food around. I ordered the Miso ramen tonight like I'd done before and it was just...all right. It was warm when served (not at all hot, like kids temp at Starbucks) but quickly cooled down and the flavor changed with the temp. I wish there'd been a toppings option because the lack of egg was also disappointing. Again, it was all right but for the price you pay- it's a little hard to accept. Also the prices are no longer on the menu?? That's so awkward for the customers. My friend and I were very surprised when our checks came. We had two beers, split the appetizer, and then our ramens and it came out to about 50 each. I would have reconsidered things a bit more had I seen the price. It didn't use to be like this.

Drunken Fish - Ballpark Village: what do users think?
Heidi Swisher: Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere!
Steven Judd: Food and service were excellent. I am sad that I ate here on the last day of my trip because otherwise I would have eaten here at least two more times.
Michael Sherman: Not great food or service but they are close to the stadium
Kenton Smith: This place was highly recommended but didn't really live up to expectations. The Tuna Sashimi was a bit chewy and the Edamame was very undercooked, some of it inedible. The Salmon was good and the service very friendly. Prices were a bit high for the serving size.
David Lyle: It's sushi
Dina Ogilvie: Came into drunken fish for happy hour. Was greeted promptly by the bartender and had great service all around. Food and drinks were fantastic. Met the manager, Kaylee, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She also paid close attention to my food allergies. Can’t wait to come back to this location! Thanks so much, Kaylee & team.
Jenni Jones: So good & Dakota is an awesome server!!
Chris Lane: Visiting St. Louis for the weekend and was looking for a good local place to have lunch for the day. Stumbled upon here and loved every minute I was there. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend trying the White Tiger Roll. Staff was excellent as well, nice and friendly and good people to have a quick conversation with. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back if In the area again.
Anthony Trimby: New style Japanese cuisine with excellent food and great atmosphere
Jeni Streck: Great service
Brittany Rowley: Got the rainbow roll and it was exactly what I needed! Fresh and tasty!
Mike M: Took out a group of hungry guys for dinner and this was recommended by a customer the night before. My immediate impression when I was looking at the menu was it might be a struggle to find something I really like...and in the end it was a struggle. The quality of the sashimi was decent, but you could see from the color of the yellowtail...it was an older cut of fish. The majority of their "signature" rolls were tempura-based, or had asparagus in them. It was hard finding any rolls with some real quality fish in them beyond tuna. One of my biggest disappointments at a sushi restaurant is when you order scallop nigiri or sashimi, and you end up with a crab salad with a sprinkling of scallops on top. The unagi I ordered was thin and a little soggy in texture.I was surprised by how many four and five star reviews this place received in the past. In the end, I don't think anyone left being pleased. It also didn't help that our waitress really didn't know anything about their menu...or sushi in general.
BRANDO BUXX: I had a great time bar tender was great
J S: I was with some friends on their recommendation. It was super delicious.Service was great.Only issues I had was:-strange paint smell-mens bathroom needed cleaning.-cost $10 for parking.Otherwise it was great.
Marco Argentino: Awesome food and serviceLoved it!
Jeremy Genin: Great food and great customer service! I highly recommend!
Tamara: This was my first time at this location. Parking Sucks! The garage wouldn't take the validation. Our server, Nathan, was awesome! He was kind, attentive, and funny. Food was great as usual. Lifetime customer at Drunken Fish. It's our fav and we love it. Even when we travel we dine at DF.
Christine Jacobus: Great place for sushi.. just a little pricey!
Milli Williams: 😍😍
L: Awesome food! Nice atmosphere. Great lunch special
Brandon Snyder: First time eating in downtown STL, was not disappointed. Atmosphere was quiet and had a very nice atmosphere/vibe to it. Our sever Anthony was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic while we were there. The udon noodles were some of the best noodles I've ever had and the dish as a whole was amazing. Personally, I really did not like the fried rice at all but others did. Didn't try any sushi but I know it was also well liked at our table. The appetizer of pot stickers were incredible as well.
