Academy of St. Louis: what do users think?
Tracey Nichols: Great School and Teachers!
Linda Chamberlin: The Academy of St. Louis is a K through 12 ptrauma informed School, where students learn educationally, spiritually and also are prepared for life in the future. Life skills and social skills are Also taught in a very caring and compassionate environment. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to help the students. The students have special learning needs and the time, patience and understanding they receive at school is like no other. For many students this is their first experience with true success and the first time they’ve felt true acceptance and respect while at School. I recommend this School whole heartedly!!
Shawn Cornett: I know somebody who went here and know it was an awesome experience and the best environment she could possibly have.
Zip Rzeppa: The Academy is a great treasure, and provides SO MUCH for its students!
Jeff Shackelford: Very caring staff that works to help my son achieve his potential.
Joyce Eaves: The Academy has a wonderful philosophy of how students with disabilities learn & thrive. The staff is willing to go above & beyond to make sure the family ias well as the student is equipt to have a loving, peaceful learning environment.
Wendy Cromer: Our son has attended the Academy for many years. The difference in him is remarkable. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to drop him off in a safe nurturing environment every day.
Sue Bollinger: Excellent school - excellent teachers and staff!
Rebecca Kellerman: The individual attention and loving support that the Academy of St. Louis teachers and staff provide to their students surpasses that of every other school that I have known. It is truly a "one of a kind" school that will do everything possible to enable students to reach their potential.
stephen notestine: I have been associated with the Academy for many years. As a donor, mentor, Board Member and now as President of the Board.I have continued to work at the Academy because they have performed miracles with each students. Regardless of at what level each student arrives, their loving, professional and committed staff help each child maximize their potential. Come for a visit and see what changes a loving environment can make to a child.
susan fitzgibbon: My grandson went to this school for a few years and it was a blessing. The staff is more than just a staff, they truly care for each student. They know child and know exactly how to handle every situation. It was the greatest thing that ever happened to our whole family. Family involvement is very important and this makes such a difference. My grandson is now going to a junior college and though his mother and father had a whole lot to do with his maturity, I want to thank the Academy for everything they did to move him along the way. They got it right!
Andrea Gast: Wonderful school to assist children to reach their full potentials
Rob Schultz: Academy of St.Louis is truly an amazing place, full of competent, caring ,faithful people who love the students and their mission to serve.
Mickie Kohlschreiber: Academy of St Louis was literally an answer to prayer. Our son has autism, SID & OCD. We had also been told, through testing, that he had every learning disability possible, compared to the “norm”. I have always struggled with that, because our son is very intelligent, he just learns differently. I don’t consider him as having disabilities, quite the opposite he has great ability, he just learns how to use those abilities differently. We came to the Academy in search of a school that would give our child the opportunity to excell in his God given gifts and to be confident in doing so. We have been very pleased with the academic and specialized attention our child receives in order to reach his greatest potential.
Tony DiFranco: I cannot give enough praise to the leadership of Academy of St. Louis. They are talented people with amazing hearts.
Tom Daly: The Academy helps the students to feel like they can be successful. They know that everyone at the Academy wants to help them grow.
Rob Wagnon: The school is very respectful of their students and parents. I'm so happy the students have a great learning environment.

Whitfield School: what do users think?
314 High School Reviews: If you ask me, Whitfield will accept probably everyone applying to Whitfield besides those who totally flunk the Admissions process. Whitfield doesn't have the top-notch education that schools like Priory, MICDS and John Burroughs have, but it is a good school that should be considered in the Admissions process. This school should be your 3-5 school on your list and the best part about Whitfield is this A+++ diversity. This school caters to many different ethnicities and gives you semi-tailored education, as many schools do. The Whitfield community is tight-knit and is very nurturing and friendly. This school should definitely be on your list.
Kristy Flood: Amazing education and staff!
Devlin McCoy: i have friends who go to whitfield this school is ok micds is better by a little bit you need to be better your school needs more classes
Shirley Lieber: My son had a wonderful education at Whitfield. Teachers, staff and students have great respect for each other.
Clyde Niblett: It has been rewarding for my son's education and growth.A good atmosphere for positive insight and priority.

Forsyth School: what do users think?
James Scheffler: My sister and I both attended in the 1980's - our entire family still has incredibly warm feelings toward this school, the teachers and administration, and the lifelong love of learning instilled in us here.We live far away now, and I have children of my own. If we made our home in St. Louis still, my oldest daughter would certainly start pre-K at Forsyth.
Mike Gray: We started our kids in Pre-K, and we can't imagine sending them anywhere else. Forsyth's commitment to a challenge curriculum inspires self-confidence, and the teachers are devoted to making sure every child develops a love of learning. And, how can you possibly beat the location? Walking distance to Wash U, St Louis Art Museum, Missouri History Museum, the Zoo and the rest of Forest Park... just awesome.
Rick Downs: Forsyth's one of a kind campus is just the beginning. It's challenging curriculum and dedicated teachers make Forsyth the best pk-6 school in the area. Come see for yourself!
DeAnn Pomatto: THE BEST elementary school in St Louis. AMAZING teachers and a beautiful campus. Truly one of a kind!
Jennifer Silva: The best primary education STL has to offer!
Eric Gilbert: The school's amazing. I have a couple kids at the school and each year I carve out a little time to help out during the climbing segment in PE on the rock wall in one of the multi purpose rooms. It's fascinating to watch this one aspect of the school. I'll belay kids from JK up through 6th grade and in every class for the last couple years the kids will spontaneously start cheering a classmate on, almost always one that has been having a hard time overcoming a fear of heights or working through a challenging spot. Kids can still have friction like any school, but I've seen moments at Forsyth that set it apart as a very supportive enclave. That's behavior fostered by the educators. I've also seen the teachers in those climbing segments consistently do an amazing job pushing kids on an individual level to achieve more than they thought they could. The techniques the teachers employ are thoughtful and different for every kid, but every kid leaves with a greater level of self confidence than they started with. It's inspiring.
Meredith Harris: One of the top Independent Schools in St. Louis...amazing campus, small class sizes and phenomenal teachers. A must see!
Victor Ruiz: I went there for seven years. Fun while I was there, but in retrospect, not so great. Now I'm high school I look back and see it as very flawed. They have a pretty campus, however.
