Missouri Baking Co: what do users think?
Nubs: The raspberry swirl pastry is amazing!
Jennifer Roberts- Tucker: So good . Just really go in and try something already . You won't regret it
Jim Schultz: Butter cake and cookies superb.
Ranelle Rigney: Cookies and pastries and bread, oh my. All I can say is, do not visit St Louis without going to Missouri Baking Co. Your waistline may regret it, but your tastebuds won't. The hardest part is deciding what to buy. Since I was traveling back home a couple of states away, I chose a lot.
Larry Steenson: My go-to place for the best Italian pastry in St Louis.
DENNIS JOHNSON: cannolis are great!
Aaron Zide: Hands down the best Italian bakery I have ever been to. Sweet cream cannoli is mind bending, and Spumoni cupcake will make you shed a tear. Go!
ronald jones: Always a great snack spot for sweets
Patchog Skywolf: Love the variety. Best cannoli's on the block.
Carrie D: I had a mixed experience. The not good: Tiramisu. It was not made with ladyfingers, but rather yellow cake that had a slight lemon taste at times. Coffee/espresso flavor was invisible, as was any chocolate flavor. I've had better from Schnucks :(The good: Delicious cookies. The chocolate macaroons were really good.
Melissa Darby: Amazing bakery! My son's quarter sheet, birthday tiramisu cake was perfect, thank you! The sugar free cookies were an awesome treat too!
Minh Truong: Yummy
Katrina Goff: Everything is delicious!
Richard Carrillo: Delicious cinnamon flavor in the cannolo shell! Friendly staff.
Hank Puch: Great variety of cookies
Kayla Hoerr: St. Louis staple! Best pastries and bread around. Adore their danishes (cheese, cherry, and chocolate are my fav!), and chocolate drops! They also take special orders which is awesome
John B Whitworth: Wonderful selection of bakery goods and fantastic helpful staff. 👏👏👏👍
Priscilla Klaas: Way too crowded for a Saturday morning. Expensive. Pecan stollen andDozen cookies $52. No receipt. Who knows what mistakes were made. A third item I paid for was not packaged. I couldn’t tell what was packaged because I was reaching around people to view and pay. Young man helping was useless. Seemed he mistook himself for a vending machine
jim miller: Whata bakery! Been going there for years. Great selection for Italian cookies & baked goods.
Rachelle Narrow: Missouri bakery is the bestChocolate drops are one of the best things ever just periodEverything is wonderful
Greg Bartell: Really great bakery! We tried the chocolate drops, beignets, amaretto cookies, and gooey butter bake and they were fantastic! The chocolate drop was soft, but perfectly firm. Same with the amaretto cookies! The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions!

La Pâtisserie Chouquette: what do users think?
Lori A: What an amazing stop! The pastries taste as amazing as they look, which is phenomenal. We didn't get a drink, but those looked decadent as well! The staff were all incredibly friendly & happy to help.
Daniel N: Sparkling hibiscus-5 starIced Vietnamese Cold Brew-5 starCanele - rum cake with crunchy outside..delicious!Almond Croissant-very flaky and delicious just what you’re hoping it would be.Everything was super!-the pic of the box is 2 treats taking home!!
H Copeland: Not thrilled with customer service. I called very early before a holiday and was told pre-orders for that special event would be available at some point *after* a *specific* date. Called back the morning of that exact date to see about placing an order and they told me pre-orders opened about a week prior and were already sold out. Would have been nice to know that I needed to check their website every day after I initially called to make sure I didn't miss it. This day meant a lot to me, so I'm very disappointed I didn't even have an opportunity.I went a couple years ago for a macaron and it was disappointing. Great variety of flavors offered, but the technical execution is poor. The texture isn't what a true macaron should be. Their croissants weren't well-executed from a technical baking standpoint either, which I could tell just by visual appearance.
nicole kekich: The baklava cheesecake is life-changing!!! Delicious!
Sarah Hubmeier: My family had Tea Time to celebrate my birthday and it was AMAZING! The menu was really varied and everyone enjoyed trying so many different items. We had tea, savory foods, and lots of yummy deserts. The presentation was beautiful and the service was impeccable. We all - husband, 16 YO daughter, & 13 YO son - had a great experience.
X Gemstone: If you haven't been here yet... you are missing out! 🤯 Chef Simone's bourbon rolls are the stuff of Magix. The coffee and Thai tea are tied for 1st! I xpecially enjoy when split drinks are available. My mouth is watering thinking about her pecan pies during the fall season... OOO her 🥓 🌽 muffins are also 🔥This place fueled me through the entire pandemic. I'm serious. It was the only place that made me feel safe.
Shih-Ching Lin: Their passion fruit mille crepe is awesome. Saturday special.
Madeline Alexander: Such a cute place with delicious pastries. Definitely a splurge but worth it if you want to indulge.
Bessie Hairston: Nice place to eat
A B: Pasteries are to die for. Taste so good!! The rest was a bit of a mess.. They got my order wrong. And the pasteries were crammed into too tight boxes making them messy and damaging their beauty. Next time I will try to come at a less busy time and have a sit down.
Cadence Giddings: A great patisserie! I love to visit when I am in the area. The macarons are perfectly made. They offer a wide selection of flavors- it’s hard to choose so you might as well get one of each! The other pastries are delicious too. The service is also good.
Jeanette Days: Went today for the very first time. Loved EVERYTHING! The atmosphere was AMAZING! Can't wait to go back.
Cynthia Espino: A must stop spot if you are visiting St. Louis! The DARKNESS Croissant is exceptional as well as the Vietnamese Iced Cold Brew. Staff are super friendly, and they do a great job of moving the line quickly. They do sell out quickly, so plan accordingly.
Debjit Roy: Delicious pastry and savoury. We also got our birthday cake from them. It was pretty nice. Only thing with the cake was they didn’t have much varieties, but everyone loved that cake. It’s also so nice that if one goes there at noon on weekends, they won’t get most of the stuff.
Kia Cook: This place has the best macaroons! They are huge and buttery--the flavor gets better as they sit for a while. The decor of la pâtisserie is also luxe! Great place to go when visiting Saint Louis.
Austin Patton: This place was FANTASTIC (excluding the lemon croissant at least). I tried three things: the blueberry and almond tart, the tiramisu brownie, and the lemon stuffed croissant. Ignoring the croissant, I think this place is deserving of a 5 star rating. The homemade whipped cream on top of the tart was a great touch and overall the tart was very moist. Even though I’m generally not a big tart fan, I got it as the cashier recommended it and I would also definitely recommend it to anyone who goes there. The tiramisu brownie was very good, but my only complaint is that I didn’t really taste the undertones of coffee or mascarpone cheese that you would typically taste in tiramisu. The white layer seemed to taste more like cream cheese as if this was a chocolate cheesecake brownie instead. But even with the flavor profile that was different than what I expected, this brownie was still excellent. The lemon croissant was easily the least impressive pastry I ate here. It was relatively bland compared to the other two things, and the croissant was a tad dry. The filling wasn’t very sweet and only had a slight taste of lemon to it. I wouldn’t recommend it as I didn’t think it was worth the calories.
Johnson Lancaster: Shared the tiramisu brownie with a friend. It was delicious.
Mckenzie Mcmurray: I highly recommend La Pâtisserie Chouquette!Their macarons are fantastic, and we recently ordered a 48-hour cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was delicious and I can’t wait to get one for my birthday next month! Lol
Deep Chatterjee: It was my first visit. Pastries and other sweets are unique and great to taste. We brought some stuff for later. The ambiance of the place is also great. We went right when they opened and were there for a couple of hours, and I noticed they sell out quickly. So you have to be early.
Ed Mantia: Always an indulging treat. Excellent in categories.
Faybra Jabulani: Some of the best treats in town, and the chicory drinks are lovely.

John Viviano & Sons Grocers: what do users think?
Trisha Davault: Viviano’s is a Don’t Miss stop on The Hill. I drive over a hundred miles one way. My advice is bring a cooler, you’ll be glad you did, and give yourself time to browse through all the sections. Wines, cheeses, olives, sauces, frozen foods, spices, etc, they don’t disappoint. Enjoy!
Bootsy Hambone: We visit Viviano's when we visit St. Louis. There is such an assortment of Italian food items in the store that we could shop for hours! We love the deli (especially the Volpi salami) and find something we haven't tried (yet) every time we visit.

Schnucks Downtown: what do users think?
Suzanne Chisum: I was glad to find this Schnucks. It was a sharp smaller store than is in the suburbs of St. Louis. The staff were helpful, nice, and efficient. The selections were good.My only suggestion is that they offer hot coffee to accompany their breakfast hot bar offerings of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy, sausage and biscuits. I was sent four blocks away to find a cup of coffee.
Celeste Peart: Great neighborhood grocer. Everything you need.
Sophia Yuds: My partner and I are visiting from out of town, and it's always weird navigating a new store. Out cashier, Arlander was super friendly, funny, and all around kind, making this an even better shopping experience!
Courtney Raymond: Convenient, but not many options or fresh produce
Russell Nielsen: Location ideal and have good selection with quality in mind for the shopper.
Brenton Lee Winters: nice layout
Michael Williams: Best Food For The Best!!! Low Prices.
Kyle Rawling: Wish more downtowns had a decent sized grocery like this. Produce, deli, bakery, meat all available.
Jasmine Hill: I like this store a lot but I do wish it was a larger selection.
Patricia Schuman: "Give you a home town fill with great service and a friendly staff."
Jeremiah Church: Awesome location. They sell hot food even a place for you to eat in. Parking comes with the visit.
Josh Rosenberg: What the Schnuck?
Beat Sniperz Productions: Smaller selection just the basics, usually a lot of homeless people in front panhandling. I avoid unless it’s a last minute need.
Erika Scales: They was very friendly, nice an clean
Mazdak Gorji: Great experience, literally all you need
Leona Lauck: Wayyyy overpriced. Rude staff. Horrible parking situation
R. Alvarado: The convenience of having a grocery store in downtown was absolutely awesome. The store was busy but the staff was attentive. The store was also clean.
Emery Washington: Crowded all the times
TX_507: Great hot and cold deli, desserts, cooked meats, veggies and fruits and overall grocery store if you're in town on business. Several homeless people in this immediate area but it was just fine if you're alone during the day. Great people and service. Has a CVS inside which is awesome. Definitely a local spot. I'm glad the lady at the hotel recommended it
Zac Palet: Big Schnuck Energy!
Alvin Butler: Great rotisserie chicken. Very helpful 👍
