St. Louis Fitness Club: what do users think?
Sarah: I'm here for a 6 week challenge (to start) and all the staff is nice, the facilities are clean, and I like my trainer and nutrition coach.
Rebecca Currie: I’m so happy I found this gym! Everyone is so nice and welcoming at the STL location (MOV in the Lou). Gloria made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in for my tour, so I joined right there on the spot :) I’ve been a member for a few months now, and have not regretted that decision once. The gym has all the equipment you need, the bathrooms/showers are clean, and the 24-hour access is incredible. It looks small on the outside, but the inside is pretty big—I’ve never felt like I’ve been right on top of anyone while working out. There’s always plenty of parking and it’s never too busy regardless of what time I go. I used to be so bad about being consistent with my workouts, but I love the staff so much that I’m excited to go in. The manager, Allison, is the sweetest and even wrote me a hotel workout plan that I was able to follow while I was out of town. Matt is the best trainer and so fun to workout with. Can’t say enough good things about this place =D
Laura Tromben: EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE DESK PERSON. I got an invoice after having cancelled my account a year or so ago out of the blue and called to clear it up only to be handled by a person who’s customer service was atrocious and aggressive.Don’t give your personal information to these scammers
T. Purnell: Some staff WILL HARASS YOU!!! N.J.First like to say that MOST of these reviews are fabricated. 4.4 star gym would be a gym that has water you can get that’s NOT FROM THE BATHROOM SINK. Yes. You must drink out of the bathroom sink if you run out of water.“We are a private gym so we can’t buy a water fountain.” Equipment is falling about. Weight played aren’t even. Some plates are pealing off and benches have wear and tear. Definitely go to club fitness for a better gym experience.
Marlon Muñoz: I want to know if only with a card I can pay, can it be in cash I want to know if only with a card I can pay, can it be in cash
mario mazzola: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Craig Moore: Clean beautiful woman
Jimmy Conway: Nice, clean facility with all the work out equipment and physical trainers you'll ever need
Wesley Petty: Positive:Professionalism,QualityLove this place. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Great atmosphere!
Angel Vanfleet: St. Louis Fitness Club is an awesome place to come to lose any weight on the body. A very welcoming staff. The place is very nice and very clean . The staff is worth talking with and very professional about their job and no matter what what kind of mood people are in , you will leave from the gym happy, joyous, and free. So come and join our family.
Katie Farrar: I’ve been a member of the gym for five years and in personal training with Matt Tinker for 4 years and I often feel like it’s the only thing keeping me sane. If you want to put headphones in and do your thing, no one will bother you. If you want to engage with others, you’ll find a very welcoming community of regulars. The gym has done a great job during COVID - very strict with masks, disinfectant out the wazoo, temperature checks, lots of spacing. The staff and trainers are all great and willing to help if you want it. As a woman, I’ve never felt creeped out or uncomfortable in the weights area. I’m very, very happy with the community I’m a part of with St. Louis Fitness Club and would highly recommend to anyone else.
Zack Blakeley: A fantastic gym with options for everywhere at a great price point! What more could you ask for?
Paul Gibson: This place has everything I need. My trainer is the best around, and has helped to transform my body. Also - Given the state of the world during this pandemic, I can say the staff and the members make every effort to keep things clean and safe for everyone.
Jordan Rhees: My experience with St. Louis Fitness Club has been nothing but exceptional! I train about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to anyone regardless of experience level.
R B: My partner and I have been going to this gym for about two years and it's been great. Very clean, the staff are knowledgeable and kind, along with plenty of machines and equipment to use(while socially distanced). Seriously, a great spot to workout at.
Peggy Sannes: I have been a member of this gym for over four years and I absolutely love it! It has that 'Cheers' feel where everybody knows your name. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and the trainers are second to none! i had the privilege of working with Matt Tinker a few years ago, but would recommend any one of them! This gym has everything you're looking for with a variety of classes for all ages and abilities taught by caring and highly trained trainers. These people genuinely care about you and want you to succeed wherever you're at in your program.
Olantriz Kira E: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI canceled membership for over a year. I was still being charged. They have just now canceled my membership, but refuse to reimburse over a year of membership. I relocated over a year ago! Extremely disappointed.
Timothy Holmes: Incredible and awesome gym services. The trainers are great and the other members are truly amazing.
Sea Merchant 46: They have good machines, the staff was very friendly. If it wasn't so crowded all the time I would have given 5 stars.
Malik Luckett: I love St Louis fitness club is working out getting healthy and staying strong 💪🏾

Onelife Fitness - Ballpark Village: what do users think?
Marco: Clean and spacious gym with knowledgeable trainers, modern amenities and state of the art equipment. Plan accordingly during busy BPV event days.
Micah C: This gym would have been a great fit for me if I was not pressured to sign up for a Membership from The time I walked in , I was told I was required to take a tour of the facility in order to work out with my friend as a guest . They also told me if I did not sign up that day it would be a 200$ fee to sign up which has never been true . This really disappointed me because the gym itself sells customers . I already wanted a membership the minute I walked in but he definitely talked me out of it by trying to force something that was already going to happen . Huge red flag . Staffing needs an upgraded . Breathe taking facility.
Ryan Zapko: Just a genuinely great gym. I'm from out of town and stopped in for a workout ($25), so I cannot speak to the membership cost and experience but everything else is very high quality. Gym is very spacious, has fantastic equipment with an open and airy layout. Locker rooms maintain the high level of cleanliness and open space that the gym excels in. Can't wait to return.
Rowan Nelson III: After 4 months, I am withdrawing my membership. The management here is absolutely garbage. I was just completely lied to several times by the managemebt of this facility! The fact that I couldn't get into the parking lot or out just to work out the ENTIRE time I've been a member is INSANE! For some reason there is a disconnect from corporate to the management here. None of them have the tools to succeed nor the training. This is club is not to Genesis standards in any way!
Chasen Johnson: In from out of town and they wanted to charge additional fees to use the gym. Genesis continues to be a dishonest and exploitative organization. There are cheaper options that can do the same thing for you without the headache.
Bryan Vickers: Clean, centrally located, convenient, and well-staffed. Top notch facility!
Tara Luhning: Best gym in St Louis. Genesis is never overly crowded, always clean, great machine options, and has beautiful studios. I don’t have a single complaint, where else could you get your cardio in while looking out onto Ballpark Village. 20/10 would recommend to everyone no matter your fitness goals.
Sumvrudhi Chariyamane: The staff is always so friendly and the workout spaces are very clean
Yigit Akduman: Solid gym great staff
Mark Ryan: Nice
Jakob Osterberg: Been going here for around a year. Great equipment, great personal trainers (Kramer’s so handsome!!!) and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend training here.
Brandon Segelhorst: Gym is great
Johnny White: Shout out to Nicole and the management staff. Thanks the club and always clean and spotless... I enjoy working out there and enjoy the welcoming feeling.
georden miller: Staff is great gym is always clean and never messy always cleans towels
Jason K: I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a nice experience. Everything is always stocked and the bathrooms/lockers are always cleaned. Nice staff too
Edwin Moore: Very clean gym .people are very kind i came in from Florida for Business stay at Hilton hotel came here for leg work out the lady that check me in was very professional and kind .
Dakota Hylton: Great place
Dana Garcia: ZERO STARS for management. The facilities here are great top notch, and if you can check it out when traveling or get a deal, great; But fair warning, DO NOT enter into a contract here! The management is ridiculous. I'm a former employee, I used to work here when it was under a different company and continued to work for a bit when it became Genesis. I left on good terms. However, months later I am now being charged for a membership for which I have no signed contract with them and the GM Jalen is insisting I come in person to sign a cancellation for this membership. My husband had worked out here for months after my employment and he signed paperwork to cancel his membership months ago simply because we couldn't afford it anymore. They told him to his face that his membership was cancelled. Jalen is now telling us that the membership has been in my name the entire time (since I was the employee there) and that he actually has no paper trail of my husband signing a cancellation. My employee membership was a benefit to my employment and NOT a contract yet they are charging me as if it was and insisting I come in to cancel it. They have not shown evidence of the 'contract' membership they say I have. I have had multiple conversations with Jalen detailing the errors of this and have made no progress. I am trying to get my money back from the past few months (since the time my husband signed a cancellation). Getting ahold of anyone at the corporate level in this company is impossible, none of them have direct phone numbers listed and the VP of sales will not respond to my emails or calls (and I've been persistent for a couple weeks now, it's not like it's been one day). And I'm a former employee who left in good faith! And they are charging my credit card monthly. Without a contract. Don't give them your card.
Anastasia Aarons: Great gym and the best personal training experiences around! It’s very well kept, clean, spacious, and has the best staff. It’s in a prime location and has a great view when the Cardinals are playing.
ML: Excellent facility! Outstanding management and staff. World-class equipment with superb amenities!
Brandon Vazquez: Best gym in St. Louis! Very friendly staff and the sauna is the best after a good pump!

Sante Fitness at The Chase Park Plaza: what do users think?
Danny Akina: Solid hotel gym. Would def earn 5 ⭐ if they opened before 6:30am. That's unrealistic for business travelers.
Jena Chou: They have the best group classes. The instructors will work out with us during the class and they are so much fun! Sante workers and members are really nice and I enjoy going there almost everyday.
Álvaro Zaragozá: I love this place! They have the biggest weight lifting and cardio room in the area. I go there everyday and they keep the place extremely clean. The staff is friendly and super nice and the classes are AWESOME! Last but not least, the prices are fantastic, they offer student discounts but even if you are not a student the prices are great, offering different membership packages to choose from.
m g: Very nice facilities and nice "extras" that come with having a gym associated with a hotel, ie laundry service for your gym clothes.
Jon Franko: The free classes alone make it worth the "hefty" (in quotes, because I don't think it's that pricey when you consider the value) price tag. Additionally, the locker rooms are extremely clean and the gym is massive. It's never crowded, compared to other gyms, and the overall experience is fantastic. I've been a member for 5+ years and don't plan on changing anytime soon. And really - when you think about it - is it really that expensive? This is your health after all...
Michael York: Sante has a lot to offer for what is admittedly a hefty price. Clean, upscale locker rooms, great classes taught by motivated, nice people. The equipment is up to date and the floor is always clean. Also, you can get preferred access to the pool when it's open for the season. To Elana who complained about poor wifi...really??? The gym is a time to put your phone down and focus on your workout, not running apps or on the internet. If you're reading while exercising I'm sorry but you're not working out hard enough.
Elana Grayem: This gym has a lot to offer but NOT WiFi, that is in the weights area, so if your doing cardio you'll probably receive it but REALLY! I've never been to ANY gym where if your phone signal is poor b/c it is in a basement that they don't fix the Wifi problem!
james dunse: This gym has so much to offer. Over 40 classes that come with your membership, as well as a fabulous amenity package! It is always very clean, and the staff helpful and informed. I love that they provide so much so that you don't have to worry about forgetting anything when you come to work out. They even have Aveda products in their private showers and locker rooms! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great gym experience. As to the previous review talking about pricing, all I can say is you get what you pay for. So if you want a $10 a month gym experience I am sure you are getting it! LOL
Jim Murphy: I've been to a number of gyms around St. Louis, and this one is tops. Santé has a large variety of state-of-the-art equipment, plenty of space, and the friendliest staff. The classes are definitely worth checking out, as well. They have something for everyone, regardless if you're just getting started or a hardcore gym enthusiast.

CrossFit Ready 2 LIve: what do users think?
Danielle Guge: Dropped in randomly when visiting STL - owners were welcoming. Gym was very nice, clean. Plenty of good, quality equipment. Drop in fee was reasonable. Only disappointment was that they didn’t have any tshirts to buy! Excellent wod. Would definitely return when we are back in the area!
Patricia Mayo: Awesome!! They gave me a tour and I want to join. Black card membership is the way to go get all the perks!!!
Jackie Assman: I cannot say enough amazing things about this gym and the people who make it work! Traveling from out of state for 4 months and have been here since day one. I immediately felt welcomed by all the members, coaches, and owners. This place made being away from family and friends for so long a little bit more manageable! 10/10 would come back to this gym for the people alone!
Aaron Dunn: Dropped in on 3/3. Owner was welcoming and took us in even though there were no others for that time. Made up a great workout on the spot and stayed over to get to know us. Clean gym, plenty of space. I look forward to telling more people about this location. I’d say it’s a perfect spot for a both first time crossfitter and experienced level athlete.
John Margelewski: A great facility with a great staff! I've really enjoyed working out here the past few months and can't say enough about how great of a job they do educating new members on the basics and keeping you motivated during workouts.
ELIZABETH CANO SAENZ: Great gym with great staff! The gym has motivating atmosphere for working out. They work hard to keep the gym clean and COVID measures are in place to prevent the spread of the virus.
Alyssa Knorr: Went for a drop-in while I was in St. Louis. The gym was very clean and well organized. The coach was very personable and made it so much easier for me to be successful in a new workout space. Overall, very "chill" vibe for a Crossfit gym, which made it extremely easy for me to feel comfortable and confident. Bonus points for being the spot where I set a new deadlift PR! Thanks for letting me drop-in and for being so welcoming!
Katie C: I've been to several CrossFit gyms over the years, and this is one of my favorites as it pertains to personalities in the gym, equipment, cleanliness, and programming. Definitely recommend whether you're new to the sport or have been doing it for a while.
Zak Wampler: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis place is nice.
David Freund: Great facility! The owners are always in the gym helping folks get fit!
Patrick Wampler: Great people. Great equipment.
Alika McGuire: I've been going to this place since the beginning, and the people here have developed a wonderful supportive community with fitness at its core. Trainers here are knowledgeable and motivating. The variations in activity and the "no judgement" approach to scaling back exercises by the trainers is great in motivating fitness and preventing injury. If you're looking to get into Crossfit or wanting to do something different. The R2L is may just have everything you need!
Meghan Goudy: The. Best.
Andrew Hoy: Amazing service and people!
monica ryan: I have worked out here for the past 6 months and I have loved every session! Due to a job change I unfortunately have to leave this great group of people. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable! The class schedule is conducive to anyone's work/life balance. The facility has all that you need to get in a great workout and the programming is challenging and fun!
Preston Stigall: AWESOME COMMUNITY. No matter your ability or fitness goals, CrossFit R2L makes you feel welcome, encouraged, and MOTIVATED to start becoming your best self! I’ll be a member for as long as I live in STL.
Susanna Murrie: My experience with Crossfit has been fantastic. The coaches are warm, welcoming, and encouraging. They don't let you slack off and push each person to their personal best. Same for my fellow participants (athletes, in cf lingo), who represent a wide range of ages, body types, and fitness levels. I’d lifted minimally in the past so I appreciate learning the variety of functional weight training moves, where we use weights as well as balls, kettlebells, and our bodies. The high intensity, timed work outs have helped me out in other areas of my fitness, training me to keep pushing when I get tired on a jog or bike ride.My previous perceptions of Crossfit was that it was only for folks who wanted to follow a paleo diet and were hypercompetitive. As a previous vegan and never a group sports type person, I didn't really think Crossfit would be for me. But, I've been pleasantly surprised. Paleo gets minimal attention and the nutrition info presented was balanced. As far as the competitiveness goes, I think it's the kind of environment where someone who is independent or group minded can flourish; you can compare your progress to your own PRs and/or check out how others are performing since our performance is posted on a white board each class. If you're on the fence or curious, this affordable, friendly box makes Crossfit totally worth a try.
John “Eggo” Eggemann: After two major back surgeries I never thought I'd be able to work out again. The coaches are on point and understand each individuals limits and push you right to the brink. My back is stronger than ever and hasn't felt this good in years. My advice...if you think you can't, try anyway.
Mike: Kevin and Connor are great trainers with vast knowledge who can be very beneficial to all of your training needs. Come check these guys out and see if they can help you reach your fitness goals. They have fantastic facility, at just over 7000 sq ft, with plenty of space to accommodate both large and small classes. So, if you're in need of am awesome crossfit gym and your in town come by and see them.
K a r r y Quirion: This is a great crossfit box. The coaches are great and they are always there to help you. I am not very athletic at all and they gear the WODs to my fitness level. I have gotten stronger in just the past month. I look forward to the work out every day. They make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door. Come check them out.
Michaela Geiser: Great Crossfit gym and amazing coaches Connor and Kevin. They both worked around my time during my 4 FREE introduction classes. If you are looking for a Crossfit gym in the St Louis area I would highly recommend this gym. The gym is welcoming and Connor and Kevin for sure know what they are talking about. The make the class fun, challenging while helping encouraging you to give 100%

Move by BJC: what do users think?
John Cooper: Inexpensive. Decent equipment. Moderate crowding. Would be improved by replacing broken equipment and by longer hours.
Prakash Gupta: Affordable price, good selection of both weightlifting and cardio machines. Excellent staff. Multiple common areas, classes, physical therapy options, massage etc available. The best part is it’s not crowded even during peak hours.
Audrey Brunell: Very clean, well maintained gym. Kind staff. Small but doesn't get too crowded except for typical hours (5-8) Has most equipment you could need including 2 squat racks and benches.
Antonio Ward: Everything about this place I love it.
Debrutsid Wiggler: I miss the massage chairs and hydro from planet fitness but on site massage professionals and free weights. Plus the convenience of location for me is worth it
Keyanna Paige: Love it
Robyn Brinegar: Great staff very friendly
Emily Curran: Absolutely love this gym! It’s clean, has updated equipment, plenty of space, and it hardly ever gets crowded. The staff is super friendly and so is everyone that works out here. I’ve been going to Move for 4 years and only left because I am moving. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a relaxed, safe, and comfortable place to workout!
Constance Johnson: Nice location. The classes are extra for SilverSneakers participants, but being able to use the exercising equipment is great. I love swimming pools, and if there was one on site, it would have been fantastic.
Henry Schreiber: Great environment and friendly staff. Clean space with lots of equipment. Gym goers are courteous as well; no knuckleheads!
Joe Hedley: Best Gym EVER!!
Delonda Howard: I'm a satisfied member
Habibur Rehman: Great clean and well lit place with modern equipment and plenty of barbells. They even have 1.25lb weight plates which is great for micro adjustments. Highly recommend!
Morgan Hartman: If you are someone who has felt unsafe in other, crowded gyms, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's never that crowded, the staff is friendly, and it is so clean. Definitely at least do the 7 day trial if you're on the fence!
Ricardo D'O. Albanus: I had one of the best massages ever with Micah. From what I heard, the other massage staff is superb. Gym is also well-equipped and not too busy. Consumables (protein bars, etc.) are very reasonably priced, and the front desk staff are friendly. Class options could be a bit better - particularly on the weekends, when there are no in-person instructors. Their on-demand virtual system is nice in a pinch, though. Overall, an excellent option for working or near the medical school.
Paige Bremner: Great gym! Clean and friendly! Everything I need for lifting and cardio.
Chem tutor: 🙋🏽‍♂️we are coming to the BJC move not because we can’t access WashU’s gym but to get a quiet and peaceful workout in. Todays Zumba class was absolutely noisy and crowded. If you’re hosting events like this in the future pls let the other members know that way we can plan like wise. Y’all should have taken these 50+ crowd to outside (provide weather was nice today) and not let them walk all over the free weights area. Thanks for listening!PS: I know I’m leaving a 4 star review coz I like our gym and I don’t want it to close down!
Rakan Ayyoub: Super amazing Gym and extremely well trained professional staff, it beats all the other gyms, there isn't anything more in a gym that you would need ! I've been going here for 5 years, the quality of the people here is really great , very friendly and professional.
Graham Steffaniak: Ok gym but not great.Pros:Clean, lots of space, decent amount of equipment. Central location.Cons:Convoluted parking, quiet elevator music makes you hate forgetting headphones. Not very good hours and the doors lock on weekends.
Mouhamadou Kamara: Everything in here is top the equipment the settings even the shower and lockers are 😊.I love it.The monthly fee are a little high for me that’s why i gave 4 stars but will recommend it if you can pay between 40 to 50 box monthly depending on your membership.
Neco F: The staff are not that friendly..

Dragonfly Fitness and Training: what do users think?
Andrea Billadeau: This place is awesome. They work with you, no matter what your skill level is. It is very motivating. The trainers are great, the people that attend are supportive and like family. They switch up the workouts to keep things engaging. I highly recommend!!!
Dannette Constantin: Great knowledgeable and attentive coaches. Small group setup means I get feedback and encouragement. And an incredible supportive and fun group of members.
Alison Driscoll: I love this gym so much. Such a great community of women who support each other and cheer you on to become your healthiest and best self. The coaches are amazing, welcoming and are fun to work out with. They offer a variety of classes and are constantly changing things up to challenge us. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Savannah Larimore: This might be a long review because there are just so many things I’ve loved about this gym. After a year of home workouts during the pandemic, I was ready to try new things and lift heavier weights. After looking at gyms in the area I decided to try DFT for various reasons but mostly because it’s a gym by women for women. I can’t tell you how incredible it’s been to be in a space full of women of all ages and bodies with the same goal of getting stronger. Watching everyone hit their goals is so inspiring! The coaches and other members are all so supportive, while also trusting that we know our bodies and our limits best. I have a lot of injuries from sports when I was younger and the coaches always work with me to make appropriate modifications. I’ve been able to achieve all the goals I set out for joining this gym and got to meet some great people along the way. The coaches also host additional events for skills and community building. I could go on but if I wasn’t moving I would have stayed a member here for many years! Definitely consider DFT when you’re shopping around for a new gym!
Linda Brandt: Positive:ProfessionalismThe coaches are awesome! They address each and every member to accommodate their needs. They know every member by name. The women all motivate and encourage each other. There are women of every shape, size and age, you never feel uncomfortable. I feel blessed to be among these empowering women.
Tiffany Grooms: When I first decided to try out Dragonfly I was terrified about not being able to keep up with the workouts and worried that I wouldn't fit in. Four months later and I already can't imagine my life without the gym! The coaches do an amazing job of helping you with modifications while still making sure you get a great and challenging workout. I love that Dragonfly welcomes such a diverse group of women (all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels) and always emphasizes strength and well-being over everything else. So happy to be a part of this wonderful community!
Kelly Brennan: I have been a member of this wonderful place for 4 years now. Renah, the owner is top notch. The trainers will know you by name, will modify movements to help start where you need to be. If you have injuries, they will work with you to strength and overcome any obstacles. The gals who come in are friendly and encouraging. It is a community. We raise money for charities, adopt pets, adopt families at Christmas and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. You should come join us!!
Ali Hadley: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityFirst off, Amazing trainers. Secondly: Challenging and rewarding workouts designed to push you—no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. PLUS, you get to be part of a supportive community of strong women. What more could you want in a gym???
Jenni George: If you want a gym experience that's supportive, form- focused, goal oriented, and fun, this is the place for you. Coaches are knowledgeable, not just about training but also about YOU, modifying when necessary and pushing when needed. You will feel like you're part of something, but you'll also feel like you're working and building torwards your own unique goal. Can't speak highly enough about Dragonfly.
Jessica Richards: I used to hate working out. Since joining Dragonfly it’s one of the things I look forward to the most. I have been a member for a little over a year and I can’t speak highly enough of this place. Everything is thought out and purposeful, you won’t get a random workout, but something designed to make you stronger. The trainers get to know the clients, are invested in our progress & are always suggesting modifications or progressions depending on an individual’s needs. The community is supportive and FUN. Renah is ALL IN when it comes to making her business a place that improves her clients’ lives and it shows. 6/5 stars here.
k10wagner: I ❤️ Dragonfly Fitness and Training! The small group classes are such a great way to work on your own health and fitness goals while being surrounded by other women doing the same (safe-distanced, of course 🙂). The coaches offer practical advice and guidance on how to start, and grow into, a personal fitness plan that meets you where you are – no matter where you are – in the journey. The team at Dragonfly have truly created a wellness community - a place where I feel like I've 'found my people.'
Lauren Moran: I have been going to Dragonfly for almost 3 years now and it keeps getting better and better every year. I have always been an athlete and their workouts have kept me interested and challenge me every step of the way. I can say one of the best things about this wonderful gym is that they are able to help me with every hurdle that’s thrown my way. I was able to work through a shoulder injury and come back even stronger than before. I am now currently pregnant and have become the modification queen! They have been able to help tailor my workouts to keep me healthy and active as my body changes. I never dread going to my workouts, instead I look forward to seeing the friends I have made and leave in a better headspace. I feel ready to take on my day and know the biggest challenge is behind me! Their sense of community is one of the things I love most about them. They are always finding ways to help support local charities and give back to the neighborhood. They honestly want the best for anyone and everyone. COVID has made life difficult but Dragonfly saw this as an opportunity to grow and keep us all on track. I feel genuinely cared for by each and every trainer. They know me personally and make an effort to make you feel welcomed instantly. My best advice to someone who is wanting to start their fitness journey is to give Dragonfly a try. No matter what level you are at, you will be hooked after 1 class and will never turn back!
Megan Sherling: Dragonfly is more than just a gym, it is a community. The workouts are challenging, but always adaptable to meet you where you are at. The coaches will know you by name and know what you are working on in each class. The other members are top notch women who care about supporting and encouraging each other. If you are looking for a new place to workout, I can't recommend Dragonfly highly enough!
Alana S.: I’ve been back at Dragonfly since October 2020, and I’m so glad I rejoined. I have been attending strength classes consistently and seeing results in my strength over the course of each 8 week session. I get my cardio in on Saturdays with the Hurricanes class and love hitting up rowing classes when they become available. I had never rowed before joining Dragonfly so I can credit (mostly) Renah for my form and skill. The coaches are well-versed in biomechanics, and offer alternative movements for those that need them (Pain? Mobility issue? Injury? They’ll help you work either around it or to overcome it!). There truly is a sense of community at Dragonfly amongst the members, and I look forward to each session to focus on myself, even if it’s only for a few hours per week. I’m a better parent and partner when I get in my workout.
Erin Killebrew Stoecker: If you are looking for more than just a gym, Dragonfly is the place for you. Dragonfly is a community! In person or virtually, all the members and trainers are supportive and encouraging. I've been a member now for about a year and I am extremely happy here. Dragonfly is very accommodating. I have been participating virtually since the start of the COVID-19 and even with logging in at home, I have never felt stronger! For the first time in my life, I can do a proper push-up! They provide modifications for injuries and they truly meet you where you are. The trainers also get to know YOU and care about you. I'm very much looking forward to coming back in person to the gym very soon!
Karen Moffat: If you’re looking for just a workout Dragonfly may not be for you. If you are looking to train with coaches who get to know you and your needs, meet you where you are and help you get stronger, Dragonfly is for you. If you are interested in coaches who invest in their clients and the community, Dragonfly is for you. If you are looking for a positive community of women who set goals, work for them and encourage each other, Dragonfly is for you. If you are looking for women who lift each other up in an accepting, judgement free environment, then Dragonfly is for you.The BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself is become a member of Dragonfly. Through the small-group in person training I have become stronger, physically and mentally, and healthier. Dragonfly- so much more than a workout!
Nicole Trippany: I've been going to DragonFly for two months. I attend the small group training, and I look forward to every class. The coaches at Dragonfly are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and able to safely help with modifications when needed. They meet you where you are and are always encouraging. The pace of the movement progressions is designed to help you successfully move forward. They offer engagement outside of the studio as well, like videos that help with technique and form and insight on nutrition, mindset and selfceare. They thoughtfully enforce wellness policies, and the studio is safe and clean.
Lorenda Bolling: I’m so happy I decided to join Dragonfly! I have a true “new member” review since I have only been to one class! Immediately I felt so welcome and was greeted by name. Missy was SO helpful my first class. She met me at the level I was coming in at, instead of making me try to “catch up”. She modified everything perfectly and was so helpful in explaining so many things and answering my 1 million questions. I’m looking forward to my next class!I really enjoyed how their “joining” process was so thorough...they really want to make sure this is a great fit for you!
Andrea Henry Tharian: Dragonfly Fitness has definitely changed my life in the four short months I have been a member. The trainers are incredible. They really care about meeting you where you are and do everything towards supporting your personal growth and strength within and outside the gym. My form has improved when doing a range of movements - including kettle bell swings, planks, mountain climbers, and deadlifts. For years I have been doing these movements incorrectly and had no idea. Getting stronger and better every day!
Sarah Earll: Amazing place for women to worked. The trainers are incredible.
