Sean Turner: We ordered the pepperoni pizza and sweet and tangy wings. This was our first time ordering from this company and were delighted to see how delicious the wings were. Ann Monroe: I have been a customer of Imos pizza for.over 35 years. I received all drums with my order in which I did not request. I called my order in. I spoke with the assistant manager and was told we give the customers whatever is in the bag when we open it. Common sense would tell him if he only had drums he should call the customer and see if that is fine due to most customers like a mixture or one of the other! This is the first time I have ever had this issue and a manager who does not offer a replacement or resolution! I do not eat drums! I called to place an order for our office lunch and apparently caught "Casey G" on a bad day because their attitude was uncaused for. Maybe adding phone etiquette to your training exercises will help? Because speaking as if you have something else better to do and rudely hanging up isn't going to cut it. Then, we finally receive the order only to see that the pizza slices were tossed all over the place and WRONG. I can totally understand being overwhelmed in customer service, however please be mindful that your service reflects your business. If you do not care to give adequate service to your PAYING customers, then by all means, CLOSE DOWN!

I decided to venture out on my own to find a restaurant who serves chicken wings. I met some young ladies on the road. They told me about the strip mall that had restaurants. I walked 3 miles to this restaurant I’m telling you the truth. It was worth the walk. These wings were delicious. They were hot. They were very satisfying to me. This was my first time eating at IMO pizza restaurant. my only regret is, I didn’t take pictures of the delicious golden chicken wings. Janise Belger: Been coming to this location for years but I no longer buy pizza there. I decided recently to try again and still got the same results! They cook the pizzas entirely too long! If I wanted a cracker pizza I would go find a pizza flavored cracker. The bottom is hard and the toppings dry. They over sauce the wings and the employees don't wear gloves and I've seen them eating while making food. They have good sandwiches that's it.

Dawn Holding: This place is amazing! I visited from out of town and went twice because we loved it so much! Highly recommend any calzone on the menu and definitely try a dessert calzone to complete the experience. We tried a blueberry/lemon the fist visit and S’mores the second visit!Also they had their own drinks at the fountain machine- not your normal Pepsi/Coke products. Norma Arnold: I had held out on trying this place because I’m not a big bread fan and calzones are a lot of bread. I will say I was pleasantly surprised. The bread portion is soft and billowy and is delicious by itself dipped in some sauce. I tried the Duke and it did not disappoint. The ratio of filling to bread was good, meaning it didn’t eat dry. Great place and I will definitely be back.

Natalie D: First pizza place we tried after moving to the neighborhood, reminded us of a solely-vegan pizza joint back on the east coast. We got a dairy cheese pie and a vegan margherita. Happy to get two big pies since they are pricier.We souped ours up with a bit of good olive oil since the plant-based pepperoni, while tasty, didn't give much of that classic fatty/saltiness that comes with typical pep. We would have liked a bit more cheese or sauce since they seemed a little dry, but maybe ordering extra next time might help. That little cup of spicy gardinera was a great addition. The brownies are A++. Still thinking of that brownie three weeks later.

kerri dutton: I had the slice of the day, it was tikka masala, and it was absolutely amazing! It had so much flavor, just like tikka masala. I’m huge on texture and was not deterred in any way. The crust was even good, it had a nice crunch but it wasn’t hard or dry. I also had the blueberry pomegranate oat milk ice cream. The flavor was nice and the texture was so soft. I will definitely be visiting again!

Also the reservation time we were given was later in the evening was due to our size.We did not have anything comped at all. The only accommodation was the replacement of a drink that had something floating in it. I paid for and drank one drink. Please note I have said nothing negative about your food.What company policies did we violate that put your wait staff and other diners at risk?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Service was incredibly slow. Were not seated together despite a reservation. Waiter took 30 minutes before taking our drink orders, couldn't keep orders straight and then checks were wrong when we were ready to leave. Included 20% gratuity despite having 5 at our table. Something was floating in my drink and waiter brought back "an extra one that we had sitting there because we made it by mistake" (his words).Doesn't matter how good the food is when service is this bad, we will not be back.

Julia Roseman Norfleet: Our party was in St. Louis for the weekend and visited Pizzeoli on a Friday evening. They were booked solid on tables, but we thankfully grabbed a chunk of seats at the bar and we are so glad we did. We had the best time with Daniel, the head mixologist of the restaurant and all around fantastic human. We ordered the wings and several pizzas on regular and gluten free crust and it was all spectacular. The drinks were also amazing, including both alcohol and non-alcohol options! For a party with a variety of dietary needs, Pizzeoli was able to accommodate us and more. We loved our time there so much that we went back again the following night for dinner. Thanks so much for having us, we can't wait to come back again next time we are in town!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan menu options!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating on gluten free restrictions! Bar menu also had plenty of non-alcoholic options to enjoy.

Along with a horrible customer service from Josh, my wings had no sauce on them when I ask for lite sauce but One thing I’ve learned through my journeys to different restaurants is customer service is key and his was bad at best. when your spending money it’s about the experience, we eat with our eyes and souls and this place didn’t vibe with me at all. Chris Romer: Very good wood fired pizza and appetizers. Solid crust (it's not Napoli, but very good) with high quality, tasty toppings. If you are getting multiple pizzas, that will be shared, ask to have them brought to the table as they finish. We typically order two, but recently ordered three pizzas with friends at a busy time. Our Margherita obviously sat under the lamp while the others finished. That is no good for Neapolitan. You want the pizza immediately so the thin crust remains crisp and the ingredients are fresh.
Queen N: The waitress/hostess were nice and the pizza was okay but I ordered the Bourbon Butter BBQ wings and the next day it was moldy. I’ve never had chicken wings get moldy before so I almost convinced myself it was a part of the green onion garnish or that some of the meat was showing through the sauce. I put them in the fridge less than 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant (I live in Soulard) so it makes me seriously question the quality of food they serve for it to be moldy in one day. I reached out to ask for a refund, which they were willing to do at first but then turned around and blamed me instead. I’d say it’s a hard pass on this place for serving sub-quality food that grows mold in one day and blaming customers for it.
