Devani Gonzalez: I was so tired of the standard large gyms. Breakout has really made me like working out again!!!! Their app makes signing up for classes so easy and I love how different each class can be. Definitely happy I joined!
Michelle Schrader: I joined Breakout Fitness in January of 2019 and have an amazing experience. I’m not big on working out, but wanted to get in shape. I wanted a gym that could tell me how to eat, but not have to starve myself or spend an insane amount on groceries to make the meals. I wanted to be showed what workouts to do and how to use the correct form when doing them. This is exactly what I got from Breakout fitness. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. John the owner has always been great at motivating me to push myself harder and doesn’t make me feel bad when I don’t get in to workout for weeks at a time. I always feel welcome here when I come in and the atmosphere with everyone working out together pushes me to work out harder.

Breakout has a ton of class times to accommodate with your schedule. Charming Cuisine: Been a member for years. Very chill, not at all like the big box gyms. Lots of custom options, lots of straight up normal people and trainers who actually care about you and your progress. As a big person, I’ve never felt judged and it’s nice to see people with so many varied body types in the other members and trainers, it’s not a one size fits all approach and that does wonders for your self esteem!

All the trainers I have met are encouraging & supportive. Even though I have been to Breakout fitness only 14 times over 3.5 weeks, I already feel stronger and I can see my body slimming down & getting toned. Breakout fitness training is addictive especially now that my body has adjusted after the first two weeks. Signing up for daily classes is super convenient & easy using their app! Maura Tobin: I *still* love PLNK! I’ve never found a group fitness class that combines strength and endurance while toning every muscle of your body like PLNK does. The results have carried over into more energy, my running, and overall endurance. Great music, motivation, and atmosphere. It’s worth every penny!

It was also one of the bestCrossfit experiences I have ever had.Though the facility is a bit cozy, the layout is efficient and the equipment is all there.Class size is limited, which also helps. Matt Martin was my instructor for the introductory series course that was necessary before I could take normal classes. These introductory classes covered equipment use and movement like using a kettlebell.Matt was very professional and approachable. His instruction was clear and precise.Modifications were offered when necessary, and good form was stressed. My classes were filled with friendly people and difficult, but doable work.I don't often have a good experience with groupon, but this one was nothing short of awesome because of Crossfit Gambit. I thought everyone here should know how happy I am with my experience.

Savannah Larimore: This might be a long review because there are just so many things I’ve loved about this gym. After a year of home workouts during the pandemic, I was ready to try new things and lift heavier weights. After looking at gyms in the area I decided to try DFT for various reasons but mostly because it’s a gym by women for women. I can’t tell you how incredible it’s been to be in a space full of women of all ages and bodies with the same goal of getting stronger. Watching everyone hit their goals is so inspiring! The coaches and other members are all so supportive, while also trusting that we know our bodies and our limits best. I have a lot of injuries from sports when I was younger and the coaches always work with me to make appropriate modifications. I’ve been able to achieve all the goals I set out for joining this gym and got to meet some great people along the way. The coaches also host additional events for skills and community building. I could go on but if I wasn’t moving I would have stayed a member here for many years! Definitely consider DFT when you’re shopping around for a new gym!

Alana S.: I’ve been back at Dragonfly since October 2020, and I’m so glad I rejoined. I have been attending strength classes consistently and seeing results in my strength over the course of each 8 week session. I get my cardio in on Saturdays with the Hurricanes class and love hitting up rowing classes when they become available. I had never rowed before joining Dragonfly so I can credit (mostly) Renah for my form and skill. The coaches are well-versed in biomechanics, and offer alternative movements for those that need them (Pain? Mobility issue? Injury? They’ll help you work either around it or to overcome it!). There truly is a sense of community at Dragonfly amongst the members, and I look forward to each session to focus on myself, even if it’s only for a few hours per week. I’m a better parent and partner when I get in my workout.

Every instructor is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness instruction. They will help you scale workouts to fit your current ability and goals in a positive and encouraging way. PSF is genuine, down to earth and truly for everyone. There are just good vibes all around at this gym and community! Trust me, it's absolutely worth doing something for yourself and checking out a class at PSF.

At any fitness level, you will be instructed and guided throughout your workout and leave feeling invigorated! Don't be surprised if you are unfamiliar with the routines or the equipment, the staff will help you get comfortable and ensure you are safe through the whole workout. An amazing experience and I recommend a class for everyone!
Kaitlin Carretero: I love being a member of PSF for MANY reasons, here are a few....The small group training makes each workout feel more personal and keeps me motivated and consistently scheduling my workouts each week. I'm now 9 months pregnant, and the trainers have provided great guidance for me to keep moving safely and effectively. The options they provide for workouts (strength, high intensity, circuit, cycling, yoga, or pilates!) there is no way to get burnt out.

Katelyn Profancik: Really love the spin classes here! You wear heart rate monitors and the bike screens show resistance/RPM so it's easy to tell how hard/fast you need to be riding. Music is always top notch as well. Jenny has great energy to keep you motivated during your ride.
