Old St Louis Chop Suey: what do users think?
Thomas Jones: Heavy item on top of shallow item in,togo bag very sloppy.. cashier on phone throughout my wait...
Sonja kellogg: It was very very good 💯💯💯
Bryan Pantukhoff: Always great! Super friendly staff
clayton waddell: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Antoine McKinney: The order was ready fairly quickly and priced ok unfortunately The food was not good at all. The chicken taste like it was microwaved and mushy. The spoon full of rice they served was very dry and bland. The sauce was watered down and spilled mostly into the bag. This was my first time visiting this location I think its safe to say I wont be back.
Clayton Mance: Food: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More
Angela Morrow: Only issue I had is that the menu I ordered from the price on it they charge you more than what's on the menu. That's against the law to up charge after you have placed a order off there menu they have at the cashier area and when I mentioned it they gave me back some of my money.. I wonder how many people they trick tho.
rosalind latham: This is my go to Chinese food place for special lomein. There is no one else whose lomein have eaten can touch theirs. They give you plenty of meat with the noodles and its so juicy. I also love their St Paul sandwiches. I always get the shrimp st paul with beef added. It is delicious. They only take cash but they have a ATM machine on site.
Justin Bisher: Small portions and the low mein needed flavorPot stickers and suace was really goodFood: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Rebecca Skinner: Have lived close for years & finally decided to try this spot -- should've tried it a lot sooner. Absolutely DELICIOUS & it was so busy, which is usually a good sign. Cash only, but absolutely worth visiting. Their orange chicken was not overly orangey & not overly sweet -- just the right blend. Can't wait to go back!
Jennifer Cosimano: I’ve been looking for a good Chinese Place ever since I moved to Saint Louis. I must say this was the best one I had yet and amazing prices ! Everything was fresh to order , nicely proportioned and seasoned! A lot of place I tried before tasted bland. I couldn’t have been happier with my meal from Chop suey! Definitely will be coming back again
Debbie Kauffman: The best Chinese food I have had to me anywayFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: No Curbside pickup: No …More
Kiki Arechiga: Ordered pork lo mein. Had zero pork or vegetables. Disappointing to pay $13 for just noodles.
julie wooldridge: Rice was hard and chicken was cold. Overall food was not good.
The Bright Side of Life Podcast: I absolutely LOVE their Pho! I have been ordering it for 2 years for delivery. I’ve ordered over 20xs and they are always fast and consistent. Pho is my favorite food and I am so happy I found a place that delivers AMAZING pho! Thank you so much! 🍜🍜🍜 and if you’re looking for other menu items, they don’t disappoint either!
Mark Howard: Recommended dishes Chicken Fried RiceMore
Suzanne Chisum: Food was good. The chicken pho was outstanding. Staff was very busy with carry outs. They did answer our questions when we asked and were helpful. However, the environment to eat in could be improved. Table was dirty and we had to clean it before using.Vietnamese food and owned by a Vietnamese family. Menu reflects their heritage.
Dakota: Not bad I drive 2 hours just to eat hereFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Daniel R. Thompson (BigDaddy22): I don't know what to say about my experience other than the food that I got wasn't worth the money I spent on it. But, I would waste my time and money going back there for a second time and then I will have to go back for a third round of testing also.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Ian Fairchild: My meal of brown beef with fried rice and broccoli cost $22. The quality of the meal was worth $13. Niesha Clark: Been going here since it was called Chinese Express. Ms. Kim is a sweet heart.
DeMan 1032: Any rating over a 1 is far too generous. Are you kidding me? General’s chicken was like chicken doughnuts in a super sweet goo. The spicy chicken was more onions, peppers and shoots and maybe 4 ounces of chicken on a full order. Wonton soup was like bland dishwater the wontons were ok. The fried rice was not crispy at all and just tasted like soy sauce. The noodles weee super greasy. What an embarrassment to authentic Chinese cuisine.
Mike D: Their soups are so tasty and they have so many different flavors on the menu! They are always perfectly balanced and full of veggies. I’ve been quite a few times now and have no plans on stopping. My to go orders have always been packed with care and you can order them through the most of the main apps. The inside of the restaurant is nice. The front wall is a big window and the room fills with sunlight during the day. A refreshing place for lunch.

Tyanna: I am so disappointed this is a place i use to go to atleast 4 times a week back in the day when they where at the old location and under a the name of chinese express...i paid over $30.00 for half special fried rice, wontons, and half order of hot braise chicken combo...The rice was ok, wonton use to be wayyyyy better and the hot braise chicken boneless was fried to hard and it taste burned couldnt eat it..Well i tried it but im not going back..

Dan McLaughlin: Always the way you want it . Looking for great Chinese food downtown , this is your place to go. Takeout or eat in , always the best.
Bridgett A.: Not great at all. I am a St. Louis native visiting where I hoped to get some good chinese food. Though the restaurant was clean, place was inviting and prices are good, the food was awful. An order of crab rangoon and plain fried rice with bean sprouts went to the trash! Not sure how one can go wrong with these basic menu items. Maybe I misjudge since this is a "gourmet" chinese restaurant (named Asia Gourmet); nevertheless, my taste buds were dissatisfied. I guess I am more familiar with the "hood" restaurants.
Ramona Johnson: The restaurant was clean and inviting. Service was friendly yet slow. I was not impressed with the food. The General Tso's Chicken had good flavor but was too hard...and by hard I mean too crispy! I hurt my gums trying to eat it! The Potstickers were bland. I've passed by this place several times, and always wanted to give it a try. Now I wish I would have kept going. I do NOT recommend!
nahomi berhe: CLEAN and tasty!
Douglass Alexander: I was going to capture a picture of my food but I always eat it before I remember, which I’m taking a good sign :)The food always taste fresh, crispy, and just the right amount of sauce. I personally always hate when the chicken is drenched in sauce to the point of being soggy, so this place nailing it on the balance is amazing. Good portion size too.

Hong Kong Express: what do users think?
Meghann Stotlar: If I could give a zero, I would. Their website states delivery, and when you look at them on google it also states contactless delivery. After an hour of waiting for the delivery, I called them. They reported that my food was waiting for me there, because they only use grub hub for delivery. So, I am out $30+, and we will see if I am reimbursed. Will never order from them again.

Dustin French: I had Hong Kong Express for the first time today. I ordered the Szechuan Spicy Chicken (combo plate #8) with Crab Rangoon. This dish was wonderful! The portions were generous, the ingredients were high quality, the food was still hot after taking it home, and finally those crab rangoons were some of the best I've ever had (high in garlic flavor, which I love). The price was fine as well, I feel like I got enough food for two meals and it cost $8.50 or close to that. I am excited to try more dishes here!

Wei Hong Bakery: what do users think?
corrina sanders: I have been coming here since I was in high school and I can say this place has the best food that I’ve tasted and has stayed consistent.
no no: Really good. Good prices, filling, complex flavors. Mapo tofu tasted like it was made by mom, and the sesame balls had a crunchy skin and a bouncy chewy inside with smooth semi-sweet filling. Perfect for a treat!
M N: Seriously incredible American Chinese with some traditional Chinese baked goods as well. Don’t miss out on the chat siu bao. And the best potstickers I’ve ever had.
TNisia Dunn: Very rude service and the food, well I've had better. Won't be going back at all!
Juan Chaparro: We’ve been eating at Wei Hong for over 20 years, even after leaving St. Louis, and it remains one of the “must-do’s” when we visit. By far our favorite Cantonese restaurant. Our favorites:- Salt and pepper squid - I get this dish at nearly every Cantonese restaurant I try and this remains the best version I’ve ever had. Crispy, with nice soft onions/peppers and just the right amount of salt/pepper.- Hong sue tofu - char siu, bok choy, fried tofu in a brown sauce hot pot.- Beef with crispy noodles- chopped beef with riceAnd of course, have to finish it off with sesame balls or bao.
CHING-SHIANG Young: Arrive early, many items selling out fast.
Riley Goodwin: Terrible service. Rude
I M: Good food. Excellent bakery items. No dine in available.
mxsty: Been going here since I was a kid, the bakery is always great especially when fresh in the morning!
Sunhye Chung: There aren’t many options for bakery and the cashier was very unfriendly. The display price wasn’t renew. I don’t think I am going to there again.
Andy Jawa: Owner is very unfriendly.Ordered roast pork, skin wasn't crunchy, and too salty. Asked for sauce, she said it's extra charge. It's first time I see a restaurant does this.
Lucas Yochum: Wei Hong is an icon of South Grand, and for a single reason: the food is amazing. You can't go wrong with having a meal here!
Roberta Black: This place is amazing. The food is phenomenal! They offer Peking Duck with a preorder and they have roasted pork that is delicious. On my next visit I'll try the traditional baked goods. They have a custard pastry that I cannot wait to try. It's located across from Jay's International, a beloved neighborhood market for its extensive selection of international cuisine. I think dine in is closed. I originally got delivery. Try the Yang Chow Rice and the double meat Chow Fun. Today is more Yang. I can't decide if the scrumptious pork is better as is or should I add it to say a mess of Greens. Asian traditional meets African American Soul food. Always a beautiful cultural experience. ❤️
liuyi chen: 外卖叫了三拼饭,没有送餐具。烤鸭不错,烧腊超级咸,白切鸡是酸的😡Ordered a delivery from here, delivered without fork or chopsticks. The roasted goose was good, but the rests were terrible. The pork was extremely salty and the chicken has a sour taste just like it’s gone bad.
Cameron Pugh: Fantastic. There are no other words.
Jenn Simmons: Hands down the best Chinese food ive ever had. And the staff is super cheery and nice
Cynthia West: Prices are inconsistent. The food is great but I often feel like I'm getting ripped off and that's why I don't eat there often. The service is also often discourteous and grumpy. I hope this place can make it given that prices are unfair.
Camille Claire: Literally the best Cantonese in town. Period.
Aggie Lee: 一次能吃掉半只,你说好不好吃?✌️
Hammer Cat: We love us some dumplings!
Kelsey Ernst: Best Chinese in STL. Actually make food spicy when asked and poke buns are amazing!
