Imran H: Our server was terrible. The others looked like they were working but ours wasn't. That changed when a table of young women appeared and he was very helpful to them but honestly he looked like he was annoyed when he had to talk to us. Btw look at my review history it's normally just 5 stars

Brandon McAfee: Unique pizzas but very good. Appetizers were good as well. I had the garlic bread knotz. When you bite into one, the dough is filled with gooey, delicious cheese. I definitely recommend.
Marlo Ann: Stopped in after a beautiful paddle boat experience at the boathouse. This was a Saturday night when we visited. It did take awhile to get seated. ( not busy ) Once we were seated service was so-so. Wings came out slightly warm. The pizza was delicious, I do highly recommend the kirkwood. I added sliced jalapeños to mine. The cheese was also very good. Not sure what happened with the wings, they use to be my favorite. Will try a different location in the future.
Reginald H Bios: Waited 25 minutes outside to pick up food because the heavier blonde bartender chose not to read my order in detail and assumed I was waiting on a pizza that “wasn’t done yet” when I was waiting on a simple salad that when she look around after my 3rd time in the building realized was finished next to her and had been there for 15 or more minutes. Absolutely foolish situation caused by laziness and lack of care.
Tamara Rodney: Went Vegan about 2.5 years ago and hadn't been to Pi since. Returned recently and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options from the vegan cheese option to the vegan Italian sausage meat substitute option. Oh and that Kale salad is da bomb. Think this means I can officially add Pi to the list of restaurants with legit tasty vegan options.
Yudora Watson: The pizza was not good at all. The was not soft and melted as it should be on a pizza. It was more like small chunks of cheese.

Amber Long: The food was great but we felt we were being rushed out as soon as our pizza arrived after waiting 15 minutes for our order to be taken and 45 min for our pizza to come out. Waitress did tell us the wait time for pizza but that was after we had already been waiting 15 min. We had children that were hungry and I was taking the youngest outside when she would start to scream so that we weren't interrupting others' dinner. Not sure if that had something to do with it or not.
Gee Warren: I gave this 3 Stars because of the waiter. He wasn't attentive at all. The food was hot, it's a children friendly place, but the waiter needs to be retrained. My party wasn't pleased.

Kid and baby friendly- service was very nice the guy very pleasantly and with a smile washed down and sanitized the baby high chair for us and the pizza and spicy pickles were awesome! We got the deep dish Delmar pizza it was surprisingly very good. The wings were so good!! The adult drinks were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves.

They say “place an order and we’ll refund $5 when you come in.”I place the order.Fast forward to picking up the pizza.All of a sudden they have no idea what I’m talking about, they switch to “parent explaining to child how irrational they are,” and that there is simply no way they can help me because “I’ve already paid online” and their hands are tied.Now it becomes a game of how much of a stink do I want to cause on a day going fine, in public. They are betting I’d rather take a pedantic verbal beating from them and not use my “birthday reward” so that they don’t have to bother to help me out on the toast system and I don’t have to embarrass myself by pushing it.

Also the reservation time we were given was later in the evening was due to our size.We did not have anything comped at all. The only accommodation was the replacement of a drink that had something floating in it. I paid for and drank one drink. Please note I have said nothing negative about your food.What company policies did we violate that put your wait staff and other diners at risk?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Service was incredibly slow. Were not seated together despite a reservation. Waiter took 30 minutes before taking our drink orders, couldn't keep orders straight and then checks were wrong when we were ready to leave. Included 20% gratuity despite having 5 at our table. Something was floating in my drink and waiter brought back "an extra one that we had sitting there because we made it by mistake" (his words).Doesn't matter how good the food is when service is this bad, we will not be back.

Julia Roseman Norfleet: Our party was in St. Louis for the weekend and visited Pizzeoli on a Friday evening. They were booked solid on tables, but we thankfully grabbed a chunk of seats at the bar and we are so glad we did. We had the best time with Daniel, the head mixologist of the restaurant and all around fantastic human. We ordered the wings and several pizzas on regular and gluten free crust and it was all spectacular. The drinks were also amazing, including both alcohol and non-alcohol options! For a party with a variety of dietary needs, Pizzeoli was able to accommodate us and more. We loved our time there so much that we went back again the following night for dinner. Thanks so much for having us, we can't wait to come back again next time we are in town!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan menu options!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating on gluten free restrictions! Bar menu also had plenty of non-alcoholic options to enjoy.
Jerry Joly: Being a food critic,I like to give everyone a fair shake so with that being said thr pizza was ok (i’m from Ny so..) but Josh the manager made it more like below average, first I had it delivered which took 2 plus hrs…Yes a tornado watch was in effect but I ordered it after it was over. Along with a horrible customer service from Josh, my wings had no sauce on them when I ask for lite sauce but One thing I’ve learned through my journeys to different restaurants is customer service is key and his was bad at best. when your spending money it’s about the experience, we eat with our eyes and souls and this place didn’t vibe with me at all. I plan to put my experience in my next article but to wrap it up..Don’t go there for just pizza try something eles. trust your brooklyn friend😎
Chris Romer: Very good wood fired pizza and appetizers. Solid crust (it's not Napoli, but very good) with high quality, tasty toppings. If you are getting multiple pizzas, that will be shared, ask to have them brought to the table as they finish. We typically order two, but recently ordered three pizzas with friends at a busy time. Our Margherita obviously sat under the lamp while the others finished. That is no good for Neapolitan. You want the pizza immediately so the thin crust remains crisp and the ingredients are fresh.
Queen N: The waitress/hostess were nice and the pizza was okay but I ordered the Bourbon Butter BBQ wings and the next day it was moldy. I’ve never had chicken wings get moldy before so I almost convinced myself it was a part of the green onion garnish or that some of the meat was showing through the sauce. I put them in the fridge less than 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant (I live in Soulard) so it makes me seriously question the quality of food they serve for it to be moldy in one day. I reached out to ask for a refund, which they were willing to do at first but then turned around and blamed me instead. I’d say it’s a hard pass on this place for serving sub-quality food that grows mold in one day and blaming customers for it.

Tim Graham: I am not pleased to be giving 3 stars because the food and atmosphere are great... but the service I recently had was the worst.I understand when businesses are understaffed and overwhelmed but my server was not. He would start taking my tables order, then stop half way to take another tables order then fail to come back to us. After flagging him down, he would take one person's drink order but ignore everyone else's. I requested a check and box and wouldnt get them until i asked him 2 more times.Myself and several other tables around me would have to get up to find him hanging out in the back or find another server to help us.I will be back, but will be avoiding this server.

Critter Staples: I make a point of visiting Felix's every time I'm in STL, because I haven't found anywhere in the Seattle area that I like this much. I can't think of a single, even slightly, negative thing to say about this place; it's excellence all the way around. The Turtle Park pizza is the bee's knees, btw.AND they let us out-of-towners hang a photo of our dog! Love y'all!

Admittedly it was a fairly large slice. They have a lot of toppings which, for some strange reason, don’t have a price on the menu. And they are not very generous on the amount of topping they give you.The slice wasn’t bad - it just wasn’t excellent.If you read that it’s the best in town, it’s only because there isn’t much competition.Sigh.

Jennifer Gianino: Great food as always but the staff tonight was so unfriendly and rude! We sat outside and ordered our food at the bar - no biggie. The young girl (brown hair in a pony tail, tattoo on the back of her right upper arm) was downright UNFRIENDLY and acted like we were bothering her with our order (there were 4 of us). One of us paid with cash and when she asked for her change, the bartender said “oh, we don’t have cash to give you change.” That would have been nice to know when she took our orders. The place is wasn’t crazy busy but other than the hostess, everyone else we interacted with was rude and unfriendly. Not really sure if I’d return or recommend the place.

Dave Thompson: This is quite possibly the best food I have ever eaten. No kidding! We stumbled across this place while driving thought The Hill district and thought we would stop in for a slice. But this is WAY more than just a pizzeria. I had the Chicken Siciliano and my wife had the seafood ravioli. It's common for a few things to be good, but in this case everything was unbelievable. I got a large salad but should have ordered the small. Only thing I would do different is ask for the dressing on the side. Service was slow, but it's the perennial problem of not enough workers.
