Hailey Snell: The show, the performers - 5 stars!!!!The food - 2 stars. Entrees are wayyyyyy overpriced for the quality of the food. The appetizers were better.The service - 3.5 stars. I think our server did the best she could, she was clearly very busy, but that meant she wasn’t able to come by our table very often. it was difficult to order more drinks. Maybe they’re understaffed?Overall, next time I think I will just skip the dinner show and go for the late show :)

Irena Harrington: We had been to the boom boom room at its previous location and was expecting a similar show in a bigger venue. We had previously attended the dinner show and had to attend the late show this time as the earlier show was sold out. The late show is definitely different. Every number ends with pasties. There is less mystery and teasing as is usual with burlesque. We truly felt like we were at a strip show instead of a burlesque show. The performances were well done, the choreography was excellent. We were seated directly in front of the speakers and it was so loud we could not tell what song was being played. The audience was drunk, loud, and we were flashed numerous times by members of the audience.Parking: Parking is hard to find and on a main street. All Parking is paid.

Douglas Mejia: "Yo Fam, I was recently at an aerial class in St. Charles and overheard one of the other teachers talking about how she and her friends were writing fake bad reviews of the Boom Boom Room in an attempt to ""take down"" the place. Like, seriously??? 🙄 So petty and negative. Despite her negativity, I decided to check out the Boom Boom Room for myself and bring my S/O along. And let me tell you, it was a 🔥 night to remember. The show was absolutely dazzling and the drinks were strong (watch out, they definitely pack a punch). Our server Dean was amazing and took great care of us all night. The food was also really good - we got chicken and steak and I'm not sure why people have complained in the past. I asked Dean (we became friends after a few drinks) I heard they had to fire their old chef and hire a new one, so maybe that explains the improvement. All in all, a great night out and I'd definitely fun fun fun.

I called and spoke to Brandy, who was extremely helpful in assisting me with making a reservation choice. There are lot's of choices like the dinner choices, the show dates, and special needs, and when we kept adding people to our party, they just made our table larger. 🍴 From start to finish, it was no less than spectacular. 🤩 It is an orgasm of the senses. 💥 Upon walking in, we were greeted by the perfect door lady who was kind, not tough. You start at the front bar, The Bombshell Bar, and get your first drink while Crystal is on the mic wishing people happy celebrations and hyping up the crowd to vintage and electro-swing music. 🎤 Hard to imagine, but it works. 🤔 It is evident that the staff works to make guests feel welcome. Each room has a different vibe and since we were celebrating, we chose front and center for our experience. Dominic, our server, was exceptional. Lor: We came here on a Tuesday evening. Only the patio was open, inside was closed off.The drinks were awful! Tasted like a cup of sugared down pineapple juice. The pina colada wasn’t frozen, just had ice, and didn’t taste of alcohol one bit.Drinks were half off, and for $5 bucks, I guess what do you expect?I would have gladly spent $15/20 bucks on a real tiki drink.Atmosphere is good.Wouldn’t return. Very let down by the “tiki” claim.

Jessica Puckett: New to the area and stopped in about 6pm. It felt better outside, inside there is no ac. The workers were all sitting and chatting and drinking. No biggie. Made small talk saying we were new to the area. Looked up the menu and said we were ready to order but was waved over to come to the bar....there's no one in the establishment. And they were still huddled talking and laughing. We left to eat someplace else. Came back after 7 for the volcano drink like we said initially whilst making small talk when we were there earlier. The vibe was totally different and enjoyable with the live dj. But it's still so hot inside. Lol. The bar tender had to look up how to make the volcano drink and lemme tell you-- DO NOT order it. Waste of money. Just juice and three shots for $27. They said it's for 3-4people. I don't see how nor why. Such a let down. Me and one small petite friend drank it with the saddest hearts. Mary Lebo: A little hole in the wall. There Facebook page makes them look really cool. They advertise taco Tuesday, but we couldn't get tacos. They have a tiny kitchen and only serve a couple of things. The first round of drinks had little to no liquor in them. On the plus side everyone was very friendly and the coconut shrimp are good and a good deal .

Gracie Gralike: This place is a summer favorite for me! I tend to go during happy hour since it is a bit more affordable for me. I like all of the patio space that they have. I like going during the week since it is less crowded. On weekends, this place is super packed! I think the drinks taste really good and you get your moneys worth on the pour. I will be back!
Madison Jameson: Went in with some friends. We ordered a volcano to share which was really good, and the bartender was nice. When some of us ordered food, we watched the cook pet a dog multiple times, and go back and forth between the kitchen and petting the dog, cooking and handling the food with no gloves and not washing their hands. We had a full view of the kitchen and the dog the entire time. When the manager approached us to discuss after we told her what we observed, instead of apologizing she became defensive and stated that the cook washed their hands under the bar, despite the fact that we watched them prepare the food and they definitely did not lean down to wash their hands . May have returned if the manager had handled the situation differently. We left without touching any of the food due to concerns with how sanitary their practices were.

Anyways order a painkiller and she tells me there’s no coconut!!! At a tiki bar!!! Then makes me some half baked knock off with cheap liquor in a tiny plastic cup and charges me 10$, full price for not even the real drink!!! It tasted like rancid juice so I tossed it and cut my losses. I’d rather go back to the higher prices and make the drink right, we’re so limited for tiki in stl, and if this is the standard then why even name it a tiki bar when it’s clearly not.

There were at least two ladies behind the counter chatting while a third was attending to the other customers. After about 15 minutes, we decided to go up to the bar and greet the staff. When asked about ordering food, they replied that the kitchen was closed; so we left. Maybe consider making it clearer on your website that you do not open your kitchen on Wednesday nights?

Jillian Lemons: We were so excited to go here again, after it being closed for a while. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We sat at the bar and watched the bartender pour every single drink from a pre-mixed container. Yes, they were made there, (at some point) but yuck, so gross. The "signature martini" was thick like a melted milkshake. It tasted like frozen and then melted Hersheys syrup mixed with vodka. The desserts were dry and tasted old and stale. Two drinks, two desserts, and $50 later... so disappointing. We will not be back.

Nick Wood: Chocolate lovers must try. Instead of setting out free bread, they set out free cookies. The menu has something for everyone. The alcoholic beverages were great as well. Very intimate setting and would be perfect for the end of a date night. Reservations are recommended.

Robert Guadagno: This place was on our "must visit" places since moving into Saint Louis, and it'll be a place we visit again.Their cookies are outstanding, Their cocktails are prepared to perfection, and the appetizers were just right.But the highlight beyond the cocktails is the adult desserts, and in this, they do not disappoint. One of the best banana split desserts I've ever had.Not an inexpensive place, but for special occasions, the one we'll come back to.

Mechelle F: We went to celebrate my daughters birthday. She passed away in February. I emailed April and she immediately responded back and made the reservation for us. Staff was informed for the reasoning as to why we were coming and after we ate they brought out dessert on the house. Yesterday was such a hard day for me, but the staff here made it so much easier. bronwyn miller: I love the patio here, and usually there's quite a few people, which is sometimes difficult to find in St. Louis. It's a nice atmosphere for the most part, but the DJ's are very hit or miss. I've gone there when they did an amazing job and I've been there when the music was so bad I left. I definitely still stop in on nights out fairly often. The cocktails are really awful though, and some of the worst liquor I've had. You're probably safer sticking to beer.

Imvu W: My home girl and I went to this club and firstly, we were invited to Club Europe, not knowing that it was 18+. We had a good time, the music and the drinks were awesome, but what I didn’t like was that one of the male staff members told us we were “out of place” due to being over 21. My suggestion to anyone 21and older wanting to come to this club, my advice is to do bottle service. I would like to know, do you have a 21+ night, because I would love to bring my friends to party?
Robert Clark: There’s a reason this place is getting so many one star reviews. From my experience everything being listed here is true; even the few good reviews in respect to the workers. It just seems like the workers are doing their best; but the vibes, the prices/entry fee, and the smell (like seriously, what is that smell???) just make this place horrible. Also; you can tell what clubs are actually good and profitable or not based on their soundproofing. Only successful places can afford to soundproof their building adequately. And based on how everyone from here to Imo’s can listen to the music for free should tell you all you need to know.

You are just wholly inconsiderate and disturb the whole neighborhood with obscenely loud music that bleeds through glass and concrete til 2am.

All the while inside the clubs I felt safe and secure and felt like i was having a good time.Right when I came outside to wait for my Uber(like 5 mins or less) the bouncer started acting hostile and aggressive and started provoking other guests onto me. Saying things like “he’s tryna kill you”.Since I moved here recently from San Diego, California, I can confidently say this is something very new for me, where the bouncers threaten their own customers.Unless you are any sort of substance abuser/addict, my advice would be to enter at your own risk.

Jess Washington: My friend and I were there last Saturday. We paid cash to get in and used our cards to both get a drink. We both purchased 1 drink each, they were both $7, she tipped $2 and I tipped $1. Sunday we both check our bank accounts and we were both charged $25. We only had one drink we were basically stone cold sober so we were very aware of what we paid for that night. The bartender was a female and I think she was trying to scam us. We will not be returning and will also be reporting this issue if it's not resolved.
Krystal Wallace: I usually have a decent time here but the last time was the first time I purchased drinks here. I bought one $7 drink and so did my friend. I tipped $2 and she tipped $1 and somehow we both have $25 charges on our cards. I looked at the receipt and saw the total of $7 and signed it putting a total of $9 with tip. I called and left a voicemail and haven’t heard back yet. I hope they resolve this issue otherwise I don’t think I’ll be going back. Feel taken advantage of.

Heaven Blogz: I went the night before my 21st birthday.. I went with a few friends. One of my friends happened to be Caucasian. The bartender, (AMANDA) charged her $8 for a tequila sunrise then attempted to charge me $9 for the same drink. When I confronted her respectfully about the situation she was rude and threw the other dollar at me. My night at Club Euro was amazing aside from Amanda, she almost ruined my night but I did not allow her to. Now the shorter male bartender who served me the second time was amazing! I believe He’s the owner. Good spot to attend aside from the sprinkle of prejudice I received from Amanda.

Taylor Meyers: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was physically assaulted here and when asking for help the bouncer outside told me to figure it out myself. As I was waiting outside, the bouncer was talking to the man who was harassing me and said nothing as the man proceeded to get in my face again. I called 911 and was taken away in an ambulance. Absolutely horrible people, and I would recommend going literally anywhere else. I have heard many similar stories about people being assaulted here while staff and security do not care at all. The environment is unsafe and the floors are disgusting. Everyone here was either freshly 18 or middle aged. Overall it was an awful experience and way overpriced.

Tons of security to stare at me as i walk in then they're nowhere around when people try to start fights and throw glasses across the bar. Don't get a security job to convince other dudes how hot you are, I'm not interested. They were useless. They have garbage games and none of the buttons work. I didn't have a single game that didn't steal money either. I asked for a well drink and she poured skyy. This place should close.

The pizza, which comes by the slice, is incredibly greasy and barely passes at pizza.But truly what makes this place terrible is the security and management. Both are incredibly rude to non-patrons and those waiting outside, and only care about those inside because they want to get your money. Patrons routinely harass people outside of the bar, and neither management or security dissuades this behavior. Security and management also block off public sidewalks and the only ADA entrances to the nearby parking garage and refuse to let those who park get through to their cars.If you're looking for an arcade bar, do not come here. Start bar does not deserve your money. You will have a much better experience at Up Down in the Central West End.

Jennifer Jablonowski: We were craving a cocktail on our last evening in St. Louis and stumbled upon Taste. We were able to make same day reservations which was really nice. As for the restaurant itself, it has a great ambiance, very romantic for a date night. The cocktails were amazing and the food was not far behind. We weren’t very hungry so only enjoyed the tomato salad and the mussels, but honestly we wanted to try it all. We got the olive oil cake for dessert and it was perfection. Service was also great. Can’t say enough good things about Taste. We hope to be back next time we’re in St. Louis!
Sabrina Skerston: All the drinks were excellent. I like the option of a bartender's choice drink since you can have something unexpected. The olive oil cake was delicious. When they served my date's entree, they let us know that mine wasn't ready yet so they gave us a free appetizer. I didn't complain, they immediately just let me pick an item for them to comp. Will definitely be returning!

Kinelam Howard (Kinelam Bolgaire): My family and I were visiting STL and on our first night out decided on Taste on their Grand ReOpening Day---and we were absolutely blown away. The high-end American plates were so delicious, most notably the cheese curds, the cornbread, and the pork burger! On top of that, the drinks were top-notch. And the drinks were so good. Had the Old Fashioned (probably the best ever) and Blacker the Berry.What also made our night was the energy of the staff. They were so friendly, worked so well together, and made sure that we were having the best time ever. The handsome, young executive Chef, Elliott, personally came to our table to introduce himself and offer us background on some of the delicious dishes we were enjoying. It was a very cool move and it definitely was the cherry on top!Would recommend to all who lives or visits STL. And we are back, this is definitely one of the places I would have to see again.

I have been a customer for a past year, maybe a little less, and have yet to run into a friendly staff member! Last time I visited this place was just terrible customer service on part of the hostess who behaves like she's literally a Hollywood star plastic surgeon: I have never seen in my life hostess so full of herself. I walked in, and wanted to sit at a bar with my husband and a friend, and there WAS enough room at a bar for 5 people, but she said "We don't have enough space for all of you", and I said: "Well, I don't mind standing if you're missing a chair", to which she replied: "Per my manager's policy I am not allowed to let you do that." I said OK, and she just stood there looking down at me. All three of us looked at each other confused as to what was going on, and we just walked out. SHE REFUSED to service us, although we were more then appropriately dressed, and not even close to being drunk because we had not had a single drink prior to coming here. Also, let me mention that it was 9:30pm, so not an extremely busy time. She was never very pleasant, whenever me and my husband were there, and tends to brush me off every time I'm there, but this last time was just too much. I can't believe that a place like this would allow something like that to happen!!! I have taken 15 minutes of my time to contact the bar via the contact page, but it has been 4 days, and I still haven't gotten any reply. Ridiculous.

bronwyn miller: I used to love this place, and they had several good cocktails and a couple really cool bartenders. Me and my best friend always started our nights out here with a few games of skeeball and the best lemon drops I've ever had from our favorite bartender, but the last few times I've been there I've been disappointed. The drink menu is less good, the quality of them has gone downhill, and the atmosphere is less pleasant. The patio is really nice though!

Riya Krishnan: Nice place to go during weekends. They have so many arcade games, all of them were different and fun. Coin vending machine is available in the games section. Drinks were also good. Staff were also quick and efficient. Just ask for the volume before you confirm your order, some drinks are too much more than you expect.

This weird vibe is the only reason I knock off a star. Also, don't order the cocktails, these are plastic cup college dorm cocktails. Nothing against the bartenders, but they should just serve beer and seltzers.The vibe... it's just weird.

I tried one of their new cocktails and it was actually kind of amazing.However I haven't been coming in very often over the last couple years because the pinball will have issues going unfixed for a long time.The stranger things and the mandalorian tables have both frozen on me again (like the screen froze and game becomes unresponsive). Mandalorian eventually unfroze, but stranger things will just hard reboot the entire game.The Jurassic Park machine T-Rex ramp shot stopped working, and since it's the ramp in the middle it's kind of disappointing to hit it and then nothing happens! The raptor shot also was not working last time I came in.I really really love the staff here and I love the atmosphere I just hope the owner learns to love their machines too.

There’s so many other better bars on this street, so I don’t even know why I tried this place. Do yourself a favor and scratch this off your list.

Brittany Smith: Stumbled upon this place a few months ago, had an ‘eh’ experience. Wandered in tonight and was honestly blown away by the service I received. I expected to go in and have a glass of wine and probably be an odd duck in a sea of regulars. Then I sat at the bar and Dex took excellent care of me. I mean really blew me out of the water took care of me. I really appreciated the hospitality and the attentive conversation that showed me that they really do care about the people who come through here and the experience they provide. Wine was eh, honey smash cocktail and fried tofu were AMAZING. As someone in the service industry, it’s not often I get to be the recipient of truly wonderful hospitality and service. So thank you. Andy Johnston: Tried Crafted. with my partner for the first time tonight . The food and service was spectacular . We came on Wednesday which to our surprise was “burger night” and we got $5 off per burger , which was already reasonably priced to begin with. The burgers were super flavorful and the toppings were fresh. 10/10 just for the burgers alone . I had water to drink, which was super cold and served in a nice glass bottle for self refilling. My partner had the Pressed Honey Bear Smash cocktail . It came with an empty garnished glass and a cocktail press that you self poured as well (pictured). For dessert we had cherry cheesecake , and it was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend this place.

LaShonda Smith: CR..Me and my friends came here, and the food lacked seasoning. My friends actually sent their dishes back twice. They ordered the croissant sandwich with fried eggs, the waitress raved about how good it was. The eggs were runny, waitress took the food back, came back with the same plate as if it was warmed up. The mimosas was the only good thing. I tried to explain the taste of the chicken breast (for chicken and waffles) waitress stated no one else had any complaints. Never made any other suggestions. As if she cooked it. Either way we will not come back. Food was SUBPAR. Service was SuBpar, had to traveled up the street for food. (Ate nothing paid SOMETHING…..What a Sunday fun DAY! )
Grace Austin: We absolutely loved our experience here. My partner is gluten-free and it is so awesome to find a restaurant that has such a wide variety of items on their menu. We sat at the bar and DAX was an excellent bartender, and gave us lots of great suggestions. The ambience is fun, the cocktails are wonderful and the food is delicious. You will never regret going here.

Rufus T. Firefly: We live in the neighborhood and I really want this place to thrive but the few times we've gone have been really mediocre. Not bad, just not really all that good. Just opened my take out burger and it's almost raw depose being ordered medium. For $16 it should be done right. I think I'm done.

Patricia Cowan: Horrendous experience due to the waitress, Nicki. Yearly a group of 12 friends aged 45-65 meet at Crafted for dinner and drinks. We meet at five o’clock. The place was nearly empty this year as is often the case at this time. Lots of empty tables. We were seated. Nicki was our waitress. All ordering cocktails and dinners. From her first sentence she was rude and let us know they don’t want business. She did everything she could huffing and puffing and eye rolling, etc to ensure we left quickly and that we never come back. We are good payers and good tippers. There is no way the owner would appreciate her attitude. It’s the worst service my husband and I have had in several years. Don’t go here. The waitresses don’t want customers.
