Alex Haarman: We had lunch today at tin roof and our waitress myah was phenomenal!! She was on top of her game and gave great recommendations on what to eat. We had the loaded tots and sloppy nachos which were fire🤤🤤 myah even sat down with us and helped us finish our food! She was very friendly and definitely made us feel at home. Bartenders were busy and sometimes neglected outside bar in favor of the dance room. There was a dj spinning. We had a blast. Interesting building layout. Parking was not easy on a Saturday night.

Gary N: Very disappointed. I found this place while exploring the area around the Cardinals Stadium. I walked in, two of the three employees on the floor looked at me, no greeting, and no direction on where to go/sit. So, I elected to sit at the empty bar. I sat there for at least 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. In fact, a person they clearly knew walked up, stood next to me, and they took his order before mine after I’d been sitting there for at least 8 minutes at this point.Finally, one of the two bartenders asked me what I wanted. “An old fashioned, please.” The bar tender returned and said he made it with love and apologized for not having any oranges. No biggy. He actually made a decent drink.Only moments later, as my cup lay empty in plain view, I started at the three employees in hopes one would make eye contact with me. They stayed huddled together chit chatting on the back side of the bar. They stayed there for the duration of a Maroon 5 song that played on the radio. Girls Like You to be precise. I know because I lip synced it while waited to make eye contact so I could order another drink. The male bartender sat sipping his water while the female bartender attempted to discretely suck on her vape pen…Finally, she noticed me looking at her as she scanned the room to see if anyone caught her smoking whatever it was she was smoking… When she approached, she asked, “you all good, babe?” I replied, “Can I get one more and close out?” She said yes and the proceeded to make one of, if not the worst old fashioned I have ever had. I choaked it down, paid my $22 (for two drinks) tab and vowed to never return.Maybe I was treated poorly because of my Yankees hat or maybe the two girls working just don’t care about providing good customer service. The male bartender was fine, he gets the one star I’ve awarded this place. Without him it’d definitely have been a zero (if you could give zero stars).
Eli Quinn: They never answer the phone and when they do they’ll leave you on hold for at least 30 mins. The food is mid. The last time I order food I was missing a whole meal and they did nothing about it. The only good thing about this location are the waitresses. The ladies are so sweet- but everything else is not worth it.

Apparently there was a private party on the balcony (no indication balcony closed) which I completely understand but the way we’re loudly and aggressively treated was completely unacceptable. Amelia Churaman: Was in STL for a business trip. Pros: Great views of downtown STL, Busch Stadium, and the Arch. Good food. Do not have to wait to be seated as it’s “open seating”. Cons: Because it is open seating, you will sometimes wait 15-20 mins before a server notices you and gives you a menu. Severely understaffed so expect long wait times for food, drinks, and your bill unless you are a large group.

If you're visiting from out of town 100% make this a stop!!!! You won't regret it!!!

Olivia Zupko (Graham): The 360 Rooftop was cool to see at night, however very packed with minimal room to explore. The two bartenders were fabulous & welcoming. If we went again, I would attempt to go in the daylight, as to utilize the 360° views from the bar.

One specifically (the obviously drunk guy) was terrible and the other guys were constantly covering for him and picking up his slack. Food was nice, very well priced and cool views. Highly recommend if you are in town for a trade show.
