Liam McLaughlin: Visited Stacked with my fiance recently and was fairly disappointed. After being seated I noticed bits of food still on our table that had not been cleaned. We also noticed drip and splash stains on the wall besides the table. Its not a very big location so I'm surprised and how dirty the place seemed.The service was lackluster, the bartender was also our waiter even though we weren't seated at the bar. Took a while to get drink orders in and had to flag down the waitress when I needed a refill.When the food arrived my burger was definitely on the dry side. I had the WetNap 2.0 and was let down, although my fiance ordered the Mexican style burger with guacamole (don't recall the name) and it was pretty good.I'll give it 2 stars because the overall experience was mediocre, and after seeing a 4.7 on Google I was expecting so much more. Maybe people rate it more highly because you can build your own burger and people enjoy the customization? Far from the best burger in the city and the location was cramped and dirty. Would not return!

Jayden Phillips: I started with a diet lucky fountain soda and a side ceasar, which had nice flavor, but was a bit over dressed. Fresh croutons were tasty. I did the Create your own Burger. They have a pad of paper order forms and pencils at each table. I ordered my burger medium well, and it was a tad overdone on both mine and my partners burgers, but the meat was so fresh that it still tasted great. Regular Fries and sweet potato fries were well cooked and seasoned appropriately. Service was a bit slow to greet us but everyone was friendly and it is a nice environment. There is street parking. Inside is clean and there was no wait time for seating when we arrived around 1230pm. It just took a couple minutes for them to notice we came in. We saw another party waiting to be greeted in the same fashion as we left. We will return and recommend. The fried pickels are usually on our order if you dig that, we just skipped today and went ceasar salad instead. Cheers.Dietary restrictions: GF options

Juliet Lee: first time here & the food was delicious! luckily we got the last table during the dinner rush. servers were so sweet and answered all the questions we had of the menu. i customized my burger & loved how many options and ways there are to add/sub/change. my only complaint was that all of the four cocktails we got for ourselves, they were all very bad. each and every one of them tasted like dish soap or perfume. i don’t know if this is a batch issue or a dishwashing issue, but we will be staying away from the drinks and coming back sometime for the food. thanks!

Laura Moore: Be prepared for some heat with your main courses. Full disclosure, I read the description for lemon chili treatment with my selection, but could have heeded it more. In fact it was the lemon chili treatment that caught my eye. My seabass was prepared expertly and presented on a hubbard squash (i believe) mash that had fine flavors included, then dressed with mentioned lemon chili oil. Tasty, chili-ed and rich. The brocolini,sadly, was a bit tough, but the tenderer parts were very tasty.My friend also found her roasted chicken surprisingly heated in taste. Courtney Berry: Had a great breakfast with friends. The cinnamon roll was delicious, the French toast fantastic, and the Flatbread yummy. We grabbed some goodies out of the pastry case on the way out. Try the tiramasu and the lemon curd cake. They also have a variety of gooey butter cake, get that, too. You can't go wrong with anything you order. They had the back porch all cozy with heaters and blankets. We'll definitely go back again.

R W: One of my favorite downtown bars to frequent at night. I've never tasted there food since I go to the bar at night but I can safely say the bar floor is very modernized artsy. There is a fireplace with a small seating area up some stairs and in that same area is a door that leads to a large patio that has a really cool long table that has the fireplace in the table. There is a VIP area that's somewhat large and the bathrooms stay clean and look very good. The bar is moderately priced and the bartenders have good knowledge on mixed drinks. The dance floor is medium sized and your so close to the DJ you can see exactly what songs there playing on there decks and you can literally put your drink on the DJs counter/booth. Yet I wouldn't recommend that😝
Dusty Ole Dude: The food was fine. We ordered 4 small plates between two of us. Calamari, lobster mac n cheese, fish tacos and short rib sliders.. all great.. the downside was two fold though. First the drinks, we ordered very simple Old Fashioned's and picked our whiskey(Russell's Reserve 10 yr) which arrived bitter and full of mushed fruit. Asked the bartender what was different and he said they use tonic. He remade them and they were even worse. Upside is the waitress saw we didn't drink them and comped them. The worst part was the obnoxiously loud party there. Between the near bare walls of the "industrial" design in the dining area and the drunken revelry of the table next to us, conversation with my date was near impossible.. Add to that the lady who kept barking about birthdays, spring training and heading to the mountains for vacation, it was mostly unbearable. The staff seemed to ignore the impact the 12ish top was having on the other diners. Even when leaving, as staff members were thanking us(I assume) we couldn't hear them speaking to us. Overall, good food..ok pricing.. disappointing experience. Won't be back.

My husband loves it! As a vegan myself, there was absolutely nothing on the menu for me, not even soy or almond milk! I got toast with jam and coffee. Definitely a throw back in time, not keeping up with the times and changes in dietary preferences, especially in a trendy city area. Sara Keller: We did the 10 course tasting, which was great. It felt like the chef cared about the food he was putting out. The presentation was spot on. Next time, I think I would just do the 5 course tasting. It was just so much food with the 10 that I couldn't finish everything. When we walked in for a 6:00 reservation, there were only 2 other tables full which was a bit alarming to start.We did the 5 course meals and my husband and I each tried different dishes. The menu had great potential but total lack of execution by the kitchen. The drinks had fun names and were presented beautifully with good flavor. The crab croquette was my favorite dish of the whole meal - delicious with the squid ink, however, my husband thought it was a bit too salty. The shaved Foie Gras was pretty good but had a very strange texture with the beets and did not have a good presentation. Kind of looked like slop. The French onion soup was good. The Bibb lettuce salad was below average. I make better salads on a whim at home. Absolutely nothing special about it. Bluefin Carpaccio was supposed to be an uncommon dish so that is why I chose it. It had a very fishy taste and smell, almost looked grey on the dish and had poor presentation. It was my least favorite dish. The waiter told us “the Buttermilk Fried Poussin is the best fried chicken you will ever eat” and also made sure to reiterate it was not pigeon which we found strange. (Of course it’s chicken!). It was decent but nothing near the best fried chicken I’ve ever had and it was difficult to get off the bone - not a ton of meat. My husband ordered the elk chop medium rare and it came out well done and honestly looked pathetic. It looked like a shriveled up piece of meat. Lastly, for dessert I had the beignets. They tasted burnt/over fried and lacked depth in flavor. Very disappointing overall after having this place on my “go to” list for years.

The fried potato with caramelized onion and the cheesy grits with smoked daikon were real stars of the show. Unique wine menu and great cocktails.Vegetarian options: Only one dish had to be subbed in our tasting for our vegetarian guest and the substitution was just as thoughtful and tasty as the meat option.

I sent the following message directly to the restaurant, but after a month without a reply from Vicia I felt I had little choice.“We had an appalling experience last Saturday while dining at Vicia. We've eaten at Vicia several times, and enjoyed the prior experiences, but the most recent visit was appalling. We paid for the elevated wine pairings to go with what we thought would be a tasting menu.Your tasting menu is anything but a menu degustation - it's a three course dinner served family style. The pairings for the "tasting menu" were a glass of very average white, followed by a very thin Bordeaux, Duc des Nauves. These are bottles of wine that retail for LESS than $25, and that's retail, not trade.Five of us had the parings, so we had one bottle of white and one bottle of red for the table. You charged us $250 for wine that you paid well under well under $50. I get the usual 2x mark up from retail at a restaurant, 3x gets irritating, but 5x??? That's nothing but insulting - you are exploiting your customers to the point it borders on theft. I can't begin to imagine what you serve for the base pairing.We raised this issue with your staff, and let's just say they were less than helpful. Their tone was dismissive, and they repeated over and over again "what do you want us to do?". First step, don't put this back on the customers.Please understand that we are not serial whiners. The food was great, but the flagrant price gouging, combined with the poor response from the staff, ruined the experience.”
Michael Snowden: Wow Vicia was a wonderful meal and I am blown away by how affordable it was for 2 people for this quality of food. I’ve been to other places with this level quality and I end up spending over 1000 but not here. Our bartender Tyler was a really nice guy and the wine guy was excellent as well. We did the farmers feast and it was superb. Will definitely be back in the future!

When the first course came, one of the entrées was pork, we had told her we are 100% kosher so we can’t have that. So they adjusted my serving to a little arugula salad. Then came second course and they had chorizo inside a sauce and we told them we also can’t have that so they replaced it with two little bit cakes. The only protein we had was two little pieces, upper thigh that was split. Then we got the tab and it was $263 because it was $85 per person. We were never once told it was per person. Well I didn’t want to feel rude or rub my message often anyway, but I did email the restaurant and contacted them through their personal site and they have yet to even respond.

— “Muskrat Steve” —: This is a bit higher end than I am used to. We did the tasting option and celebrated our engagement. The food was exceptional. We both enjoyed 95% of what was served and what we didn't like was due to palette preferences and not the quality of the food. The wine pairings were perfect. The staff was amazing.
