Unfortunately, Micro Center was out of stock of the model I ultimately went with and I needed a computer right away. Otherwise, I would have without a doubt purchased here. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and explained specific situations to me (to which I have no experience). Even went back for the "check up" on the wheel nuts and he took time out of his schedule to assist me. Will definitely be back again. A++
Wyatt Williams: This place is is not professional I talk to a rude employee names Jeremy. All he did was give me attitude and misinformation. I scheduled a appointment they then call me 10 min before the appointment to tell me I was canceled cause they are booked. I told them they should be better at being communicative jermey proceeded to give me attitude and being short-with me. I asked when the next available appointment was and it's not til the 17th I get you have things to do but be better at updated it on website and your employees when I told Jeremy this he told me what ever goodbye and hung up the phone in my face. I call back for a manager he won't talk to me and the person I did talk to didn't even care at all if this is how your establishment is ran then I will not be back ever again I will be letting byrider know as well. Jim Dunn: I’ve typically had great service at this NKC location but had an issue last week. I took my car in when a tire started going flat, and Goodyear staff reported they found a nail in the “side wall” that couldn’t be repaired. Cost = $350 new tire plus install. They were unable to find a replacement tire so I picked it up to run it by the dealership. When I looked at the tire the nail was clearly 1-2” into the tread so I ran it by another shop. 20 minutes and $18 later, my tire was fixed. This is the second “unrepairable” tire this Goodyear has found in the past six months. Maybe they’re following stricter corporate guidelines, but I’d recommend taking a closer look and maybe getting another opinion any time they indicate a tire can’t be fixed.
Scott Cutter: My daughter's battery gave up the ghost on Christmas Eve. I called no fewer than 5 different places to see if I could get it replaced to no avail. One of those places recommended that I try Goodyear on Swift in KC. I called and initially Joachim, the manager, said the decision had been made to close early and wouldnot be able to help.. I kept talking to him until he invited my daughter and I to drop by. Goodyear doesn't keep batteries on hand so they drove somewhere to pick one up for us before installing it in my daughter's Hyundai. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't need to, but they did. I couldn't be more pleased and will think of Goodyear the next time I need service for any of my vehicles.

Don't schedule with them cause you'll get there and end up not even being serviced or apologized to! Really unprofessional.
Josh Albarelli: Really appreciate this crew. Brought in my older German car for an alignment. Tech made some minor adjustments, but said suspension was worn and it really needed replacement. Referred me to a German car specialist. Car drives true until I can get it in for a legit fix.They could have easily sold me some alignment package that would have cost me $$ and it wouldn’t have fixed the root of the problem. Definitely a trustworthy shop I’d return to down the road.

One of the guys saw and came over with a their jack and changed the tire free of charge. Then as I was just leaving, one of the workers was out front pumping up a homeless guys bike tires. lindsey arnold: My jeep doesn’t even have 50,000 miles on it.When they called to give me a quote on brake services they told me I needed new rotors and brakes for $500. I told them I only needed pads. I was then told “well we have to take everything apart anyway and with all of that labor the rotors really don’t cost anything…”So basically trying to tell me that they have to take my rotors off just to replace the pads and it’s going to basically cost the same either way (yea, sure). I told them I still wanted just pads. They said they had to call me back with a different quote.1.5 hours later I had to call them back. They told me they had had the quote for a while but we’re just busy. They then quoted me $219 dollars. I’ve only ever changed my own brakes so I was a little shell shocked. I understand with labor it was going to be more. But, I had such a bad taste in my mouth I just told them I didn’t want any services. Over An hour later my jeep is still up, no tires on.I dropped my car off at 9am and it’s now 4pm…great service.
nigel hill: I am reposting because this was deleted!!!I have come here for years. Now, however, the service has become terrible. I made an appointment, brought my car in before 8am, and the repair was not even attempted that day!!!! When I called to ask about progress, the man on the phone offered NO apologies, just said that he was not responsible for how the shop was run, he was only responsible for the front. He said I could speak to the person who took my keys that morning, but how was that going to help? The car was not repaired, and I would have to leave it overnight or possibly bring it back the next day. Why would I want to do that? So I could walk to work again? So I could reschedule my life around this repair again? So they could elect to not fix it aagain? The complete disregard for my time and the lack of even an apology is ridiculous. There have been other instances when this shop has overextended their service people, but it was communicated to me and as an understanding person, we were able to find a solution. Now, however, they are not only overextended and over promising, they don't care to communicate or even apologize for MASSIVE inconvenience. Its ridiculous how bad this shop has gotten. Go elsewhere.

New brakes in Feb, okay out of warrenty already...umm okay...what you NEED is matched rotors...I literally laughed out loud, saying there is no duch thing...well you know more than I do...I said I have build numerous hotrod and never heard something so stupid...never missed my garage more than now...guess I need to move up my schedule on adding a new garage at the new property...maybe by than I can find the "matched rotors" he was talking about on the web...this place is horrible, never should have done anything but take to the dealership with certified mechanics and certified service techs...

Diana Skill: in the past year or so, there has been a lot of blame directed at covid for customer dissatisfaction , when many times it is actually a lack of communication and attention to detail and simply just not caring. the guys at goodyear on 103 and state line are genuinely friendly and actually don't mind taking the time to explain things and you don't feel like they're trying to take you for a ride (pun intended). I would like to think goodyear corp acknowledges the level of customer service this team provides and compensates them accordingly.with much gratitude and appreciation to the guys at 103rd..
Will Hargrave: Came to them to check my brakes because my brake fluid was getting low which means it was probably time for new pads. They charged me over $500 for new pads and to resurface my rotors... Seems pretty high to me which I was wasn't thrilled about but the internet said it was a good idea so at least it was gonna be over and done with and I'd be good as new.Little did I know, they then did such poor job that the very next day my brakes are squealing every time I touch the pedal. I now have to take my car to a different shop to fix their work. Never going back here. Midas is just around the corner or Oades does fantastic work if you can get on their schedule.

I also caught them in the middle of a lie trying to scam me into replacing parts on my vehicle that didn't need to be replaced. I took my vehicle there to have service done, and had recently had my oil, oil filter, and break fluid replaced. I schedule an appointment with Goodyear to have my exhaust leak diagnosed. I left there facility confused and violated in the sense of them telling me that I needed my oil changed and oil filter. Needless to say my exhaust was never fixed by them. I would consider no one to go to this location.

Dreyah Bohlen: Wes, Larry, and the guys at Goodyear went above and beyond for us!! We were heading back home from our mini vacation and had to get a wheel bearing replaced last minute. After calling around to repair shops - they were able to get us in right away. Of course our car needed a specific part that was impossible to find - but they went out of their way to find it, stayed almost two hours past close, and made sure we got back on the road to get home! mARY Ponder: Not a fan. Prices aren’t competitive and as far as the service goes- yowza! We went in to buy some overpriced copy paper and stood in “line” while someone a head of us was ordering services. Why they combine the service side with the regular check out I don’t know but we stood there and the person who helped the guy in front of us neither acknowledged our existence with words or eye contact but it was apparent that we were there as we were right behind the guy who he was helping. After waiting for him to complete his transaction the “cashier” then proceeded to move to another register and helped a woman who had just walked up. It wasn’t her fault that he ignored us but it was his and it was blatant and rude. We waited another 5 minutes behind the woman and then left. This is a world where good service is needed more than ever yet a warm body seems to be all that these companies require. I won’t be back.
Matt Alexander: No restroom says the sign and 1 employee… & as I am walking towards the front of the store a man walked in & asked if they have a restroom? Yes we do, ignore the sign.. says the lady… she looks at me and ask if she can help me… I explain & she says well we only have one restroom so if you want to use it you will have to wait.Came to my truck.. ordered all the stuff I was gonna buy here from Amzn - saved around 45% and was done in time to see the man come out of the store with out buying a single thing.I’m will never set foot in another Office Depot again, ever. Waist of time, waist of money, rude.
