Eva Welch: A very dear friend surprised me with a wig for Christmas. I have had cancer twice this year and have finally lost all my hair. I did not get the gentleman's name but he was so nice. He asked what we were looking for, color, short or long, and showed us a few. What I love most is that he was not pushy at all and did not follow us around as we looked. He put the wig on me, showed me how to style, answered all our questions and assisted me as I put it on. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a wig!

Taking the wig off for maintenance shows the lace is tearing, so much glue was applied that it has stuck to the hair strands. Hair is shedding. Also stylist installed the wrong unit on me and turned it around and said that it was my fault for not noticing. Then takes back the wig that I purchased, and tells me to come back and purchase from her again. Lol If you want unprofessionalism and a cheap wig, then this is the place you.Edit:LaTreese, you know full well there was a problem and I was unhappy when I left. And as far as telling you there was an issue, you knew the issue. You installed the wrong unit! You admitted that! And to add insult, you asked me why I wasn’t paying attention and tell you it was the wrong unit! I paid YOU to provide ME a service. Didn’t know I needed to micro manage you. That was all ur badd. And the wildest part is, the words ‘I’m sorry’ never came out of your mouth. If you were interested in my opinion, you would have reached out to me, especially given the circumstances. Faith Stubblefield: I booked a appointment with Jenee last week for a sew in. I bought the hair from Lesley and paid a little over $700 for everything. My frontal was brassy and the lace not tinted. The hairline was all over the place. I quickly checked it before I left but mostly the hair and didn't really get a close as I should have. Going out to natural lighting the lace looked crazy. Glue all over the place the lace was giving a white cast and it looked far from natural. I reached out to the stylist who said she can fix it, and makeup couldn't come close to blending this. I wanted to buy a new hd frontal bc their transparent belongs in the trash, and the owner was at a wedding, she'll get back to me totally fine, that was on Saturday. I've left text all this week and she won't respond nor will the stylist. But to not follow up when I'm not asking for a free frontal but to pay for it makes zero sense. Please take your money and business elsewhere, they didn't post this trash on their instagram b/c it looks crazy and looks nothing like what they post.Service:Hair extensions

The cashier tried to refund the money back on the card some how he took my money off the card i had to wait 10 days for the refund i was so upset. Think about it he should have let me give him the 12 cents his Register wouldn’t have came up short and he still should have sold me the braiding hair I had extra $20 bill anyways bad service I recommend you go to beauty icon on 31st prospect they treat their customers like queens
