Chase Corinne Ehlers: Leaving a second review because we received our full wedding album from Adam on Friday, December 11th. That’s just over a month after our November 7th wedding and how Adam was able to configure, edit and send these in that quick of a timeframe is beyond us! Throughout our entire planning process, Adam was great to work with, communicative and prompt with responses! He also had great vendor recommendations that we ended up choosing based on his suggestions!The quality and attention to detail that Adam put into our wedding pictures not only shows how talented Adam is, but how passionate he is about his work. Adam knew the timing of the sunset and had us in the most beautiful spot for sunset portraits that as a bride, I didn’t even think about. He was able to get us all to smile, laugh and keep our rowdy group on track. At one point after our pictures, Adam stopped us because he thought of a cool way to capture us in front of our Trolly before we got back on! And that’s one of our favorite pictures.Also, did I mention that when I as the bride, felt overwhelmed that Adam was able to remind me it was our day and to just take deep breaths! That it was all okay!Our family and friends have raved about how great Adam was. We can’t stop looking at our pictures and are struggle is deciding which one we want to use to frame! Beth Hernandez-Rice: Adam was real chill. He made the experience of our engagement pictures pretty fun. Our wedding was a little different. The contract stated he’d be present for our wedding the entire day. The girls started getting ready at 8:30, he wanted to come at 1:00. So we had to switch our times around and was able to get him to come at 11 instead. He left at about 8:30-9:00 that evening. Our picture quality is nothing compared to the pictures on the website, our pictures look nothing like the websites pictures at all. They’re mediocre at best to be honest, which is sad considering this is a once in a lifetime event. It’s very difficult to get in contact with him and ask questions. For how much we paid, I feel that we could’ve gotten a different photographer for cheaper and gotten better quality pictures. I would highly recommend to thoroughly look over the contract and write down exactly what you want and how you want it, including quality, or you won’t get it.

Monica Gross: When my husband and I were looking for a wedding photographer I knew I wanted to have someone I trusted, and was comfortable with, because the photographer is with you essentially all day on your wedding day. We went with them for our engagement pictures and were so impressed that we booked them on the spot for our wedding.Kyle and Melissa were prepared to shoot us at every location. They scouted ahead of time and had alternate locations in case it rained (which it did the morning of our wedding! We had to move our first look). Between the two shoots, we took some photos in some iconic (and therefore popular) Kansas City and Lawrence locations. These photos were anything but typical - Kyle and Melissa found a number of ways to make our photos unique. We passed by a few other photographers while we were shooting engagement pictures, and I couldn’t help but notice that no one else was shooting where we were.During the reception dinner, when I imagine most photographers would take a break, Kyle was off editing a slideshow of photos from the day so far to play before our first dance. They got through everything they needed to with absolutely no sense of urgency or rushiness. I actually felt like we had more time than we did. Throughout the course of the day, they weaved in and out grabbing people, snapping pictures, all while being present for the small moments that others would have missed. We made it to dinner with extra time to kill. During the evening, Kyle came and grabbed us and said we had to go outside because the clouds had cleared and we had a breath taking sunset. He could have not taken us back outside, or missed it... but he didn't. We were left with over 600 breathtaking, stunning, gorgeous, perfect still shot memories.We received our wedding pictures last night and to be honest it's a little sad. It's sad that our business is done. Over the last year and a half to 2 years I feel like we've become friends because they care so much for their clients.This company will go above and beyond your expectations. Their quality work, determination to make sure you're happy, attention to detail and general fun vibe you get with them makes it a no brainer. They're the best photographers I've worked with. Practically they were super easy to work with and very flexible with our busy schedules and made it a point to touch base before our engagement session and our wedding day to make detailed timelines and plans and coordinated directly with our videographer and the venue to make sure everyone was on the same page. We had an intercultural wedding and a lot of different things planned for our wedding day and they worked hard to capture it all without getting overwhelmed or overwhelming us. They went above and beyond to make the most of every moment we shared together that day. I actually have video footage of them moving a couch that we rented off of the dance floor to prepare for our first dance! If that’s not service I don’t know what is! Definitely worth every penny!

You may have already seen it on their website.Cons: If you want your wedding picture to look like those on the website, you will end up paying more than the wedding package price. So ask a lot of questions before you sign the contract! We all know that weddings are not cheap and Photos Edge will do everything to squeeze each dollar out of your pocket.The one thing that upset me more than the money was their attitude. I was not expecting it at all, as they came off as a friendly and sweet couple in the beginning. But on our wedding day, they had a disagreement/verbal fight with each other while they were taking our pictures. This was very awkward and embarrassing for not just us, but our wedding party and families. We were very disappointed with their display of immaturity and lack of professionalism. Additionally, further communication done after the payment was short and rude.
