Unfortunately, they didn’t have one in stock at the time, but the owner, Mr. Quick, assured me they can get one in the very next day and took my name and number. The following day he called me and said it arrived.The prices were very fair compared to going to Academy Sports, Bass Pro. The Glock 26 I bought was actually cheaper than what was on their website. I am a novice shooter and firearms owner, so I had alot of questions. They were happy to help, very curteous, pleasant, and respectful. I felt very welcomed.Even if they don’t have something in stock, they can get pretty much any gun in their store, just go on their website, they have a plethora of options. Hileray clentin: Great rifles, .22 cal 452-2E, but the mags are cheaply made. Plastic and fall apart. The magazine wells are also Plastic and cheaply done. Gun scrubber and other cleaners destroy the cheaply made parts..Big disappointment after driving to go hunting and find out you have melted Plastic mags and stickie mags won't hold rounds..Then they charged me 35 bucks per mag. 300+$$ for a 2$ mag. Plastic. I have tryed to get replacement steel mags. Can't get contact with them. No service after the sale. Check before you buy.... R.E.D.

John Evans: I bought a CZ P-10C 9mm. I found rust in the barrel near the crown when cleaning it before taking it to the range for the first time. I also thought the trigger wasn't what was advertised. When I sent it back, days after buying it, customer service tried to tell me what I was seeing was carbon buildup. I've been shooting for decades, I know my firearms. What I was seeing was pitting from the rust that formed in the barrel.I asked him how could carbon build up form that quickly in a barrel that hadn't been shot. The customer service representative tried to tell me, "They test fire the pistols at the factory". That wouldn't even be true if they fired several hundred rounds out of it at the factory. They wanted to return the gun to me, and did nothing about the trigger either. Saying the trigger was within their specifications. As far as I'm concerned this gun is an unsafe piece of junk and they can keep it. I contacted the better Business bureau and filed a complaint. Never again will I buy a CZ or a Dan Wesson. Poor quality and worse customer service.

robert may: Ordered an MTR barrel for my 457 with 2day shipping added a $9 recoil lug. Paid $25 shipping and only received the recoil lug. Contacted them they said it was a glitch on their end. So I canceled the barrel and asked for a partial refund on my 2 day shipping since I never would have paid $25 to ship a recoil lug that could ship for $3 but they denied the refund. Sorry customer service.

Have wobbling issues with my Bren 2 MS stock, they can only replace it if send on warranty. Was suggested to buy Dan Haga wobble fix kit for brace... He even confirmed that it's gonna work for stock too. Are they even familiar with their products?Highly disappointed.

I had a question on a certain product ( bren 2), the rep was quick to tell me I'm not sure but could you please hold I'll find out, I'll personally ask the bren engineer. Less then 2 minutes he was back on the phone and answered my question. Not to mention their products are top notch that's probably why I own 7 of there firearms

noneya business: It is very funny how few people know about how awesome CZ firearms are! I highly recommend studying the history of this company because they go back quite a ways. The country Czechoslovakia is also one of the most gun friendly places in the entire world. Many people swear by the products from this company and brag on them constantly.

James Shurish: I ordered 2 magazines. First attempt at shipping: FedEx had an issue with the address they shipped to and was returned. Second attempt: 1 magazine was shipped instead of 2. Third attempt at shipping: shipped to billing address instead of shipping address. Customer service was horrible. They told me that I would have to have my family living at my billing address go to FedEx and ship it back to them and they would resend it to my shipping address. Am I really going to have them try again for a forth time? I don't think so, they would surely just mess it up. After waiting this long and having to spend this much time I'm not going to put my family through the struggle of having to deal with that. I guess I will have to make the long drive to go get a $30 magazine. I thought CZ was a great company up to this point. I guess I will not be buying another firearm from them.
