Mike Marusak: Ariel Johnston is an outstanding dietitian. As a 69-year-old man that has had two knee operations and one shoulder operation, I needed help controlling the extra weight I had put on during the rehab process. She constructed a healthy eating plan for me that resulted in my losing weight and having more energy. I was able to control my portion size and I wasn't as hungry. I added more exercise to the mix and I feel great. Thanks Ariel.

Emma Carter: Ariel is very kind and has a calming presence. In our first session she gave me some advice on how to rearrange my caloric intake for the day, to make it more balanced, and it really has helped me be more mindful about how many calories I am eating at what time of day. She was very accepting and didn't try to push any specific diet, just asked me what I normally ate and gave me advice by meeting me where I was.

Stephanie Hines: Ariel is a very thoughtful dietician who takes time to get to know her clients in order to better accommodate their needs and goals. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to food and the effects those foods have on your body, but also has a very realistic approach when helping you set up your goals and action steps to reach those goals. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you want a partner in your nutritional journey.

Kyle Pearce: Very friendly service! I was surprised by the serving size as it was much larger than anticipated. The “I am Bonita” dish is what I chose and it was really good. The variety of different flavors ultimately led me to eating the whole dish. This place is much different than your standard vegan restaurant as everything is much more earthy and organic.
