Natalia M (Natalia): Exact same experience as Cody below.Received a confirmation text the day before my appt, I confirmed via text. Then clicked their link to fill out paperwork and the link had expired?I showed up the appt (which *they confirmed via text* 24 hours prior), and they had canceled my appointment. No phone call to let me know this was happening, no apology once I was at the office - just a sigh, eye roll and “we’ll have to reschedule”.Vein Clinic doctors, please get yourselves competent, professional receptionists. They’re driving away clients.
Dan G: I'm thankful how they told me I wouldn't die, and that I don't have DVT. It gives a lot of piece of mind. They scanned my legs to find the root cause of my varicose veins.
Cody Murphy: RUDE. It took my three months to get an appointment. Four days before my appointment the front office left me a nasty voicemail telling that if I "can't take five minutes to fill out their HIPPA paperwork online" that they would have to cancel my appointment. When I called to better understand the problem, the woman was incredibly rude on the phone, spoke to me like I was a child, and said that I probably wouldn't show up to my appointment anyway. I have heard wonderful things about the doctor so am disappointed. If you make an appointment, you're on the front office's schedule not your own so be sure you fill out their online paper work immediately "or else" you risk losing your appointment.

He is professional and incredibly pleasant with a great sense of humor. This tracks to his entire team and you will find great service from the front desk to the nursing team. Make the appointment with him-you won’t regret it.

Stan Adkins: DONT go here!!! I called for fascial Vien treatment, was offered the phone number of Mary Loya, apparently the lady who handles facial vien treatment for this office. The receptionist said you can call her and leave a message if she doesn’t answer or text, I did both. I waited the whole day never got a response then called the next morning and left another message, and again never got a callback. When I called the clinic back the following morning sharing my frustration I was told that “oh Mary was off yesterday but I spoke to her this morning she said she be calling“. The question becomes why didn’t the receptionist tell me she was off the day before when she told me to call Mary Loya? When I expressed my frustration, that o felt compelled to give a bad review and shared with the receptionist that I had already made an appointment at another “professional” establishment, rather than apologize for my bad experience she responded in a rather snotty fashion, “OK that’ll be fine“. Anyone reading this can be your own judge as to determining if this is the kind of service, care or establishment you wouldn’t want to do business with. As of this post, Mary Loya still has not called me back. Go figure!
Sheri Bell: i have a problem with spider veins - ever since i was about 24 they pop up all over my legs. I have had them treated before but after 3 pregnancies the back of my legs look like a roadmap of kansas city! I went to Dr B to see what could be done and I had paid of a credit card to help me afford the treatments. He told me that i had a problem - a medical problem with my vascular system in my legs and he sent off a pre-auth to my insurance company to see if they would pay for the treatments. Well they did and it did not cost me anything. The prior time i had been treated it had all been out of pocket so i assumed it would be out of pocket this time. He is a nice doctor and very good at explaining everything.

J Milam: Very disappointed!!!!! My procedure went very well and so did my results. I guess I'm not the typical patient. When I asked about payments to Dr. Barberi and Robert the tech I was told I could make payments, no big deal. As a teacher I do not have an extra $2500 (my portion after insurance) laying around. After a year of making payments Daphne called me and told me my payment plan was up and I need to pay the remaining. Still out of my financial reach. After explaining my circumstances, she told me I could continue on my payments. Now I'm getting calls from Credit World, turns out Daphene quit my auto-payments decided to take it upon herself to end them and now has affected my credit. I never got a call, email, or letter from the office since January so I assumed all was well. I called the office asked for Barberi to call me he would not!!! VERY UNFORTUNATE!!!

Tammy Weatherby: I received treatment from Vein Clinics of America and then while still a patient it transitioned to USA Vein clinics. Their customer service is horrid. I was cussed at and treated very rudely. I would never go here again. I would strongly advise anyone seeking care to never go here either. I also have a very large overpayment that is due to me and they have not provided me my refund due nor any solid details regarding when I will receive that refund. This place is out to scam people out of their hard earned money and then act like they will give a refund to only tell you it will be another 30 days and you will receive a check to try and shut people up and hope they don't prod too much. My advice...steer clear!Update they commented below asking me to email them, they have ignored my email for over 2 weeks now with no response. This company is the worst and I strongly recommend anyone to never do any business with them!

Kathy Hamilton: DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. I only gave this company one star in order to put a review on here. This is a scam company. The don't have offices! If you call they will tell you they are calling from an office in Chicago, they are not. All you will get when you call the phone number you will get a call center. I was trying to get my records from my first visit for a 2nd opinion, I was told that I was speaking to someone at the North Oak office. I was not, I was being talked to by someone in the call center, and I know this because I drove to that office and it was empty. I was told by someone else that the Leawood office was also closed. The I found out if you goggle this company is being sued big time by many people. I went to a dermatologist today was telling them about it, they knew all about it, they told me it was purchased by a Russian Doctor and that they didn't think it existed anymore. Thank God I did not let those people work on me.
Hannah Hockensmith: My husband had a couple of appointments here during the transfer of ownership from Vein Clinics of America to USA Vein Clinics. We kept receiving bills that we had paid and ended up paying the same bill twice in fear that it would get sent to collections if it wasn’t paid. I’ve been trying to get a refund for one of the charges from USA Vein Clinics for weeks now and they keep saying they don’t show the payment or that their system is down and they want me to wait and call back in a few days. It has been very frustrating. Not to mention this was all for a service that was in preparation for treatment they wouldn’t do once USA Vein Clinics took over. They seem like a mess, I understand transitions can be very hard and complicated but they have not been easy to work with at all since being acquired by USA Vein Clinics.
Mary Hensley: Previous appointments were great. I showed up for an appointment and the office was closed. When I called they rescheduled me 2 days later. That appointment was short with minimal time spent. When I called 2 weeks later I was told the office is now closed again and the only other office in the KC area doesn't take my insurance.
Kris Harrison: The original Vein Clinic was amazing with Amanda and Dr Anderson. They were bought out by unprofessional company that handled their transition poorly. No numbers or emails and sent texts unsolicited with no explanation why staff all quit and appts cancelled. I have to start over and will not try this place again. Don’t recommend.
Terry Mitchell: My appointment was for 9:30, I arrived at 9:15 and two more people showed up and found their appointments were for the same time, with just one Dr there. I understand when you go to the Dr there is usually a wait but it was a little over a hour before they did my treatment and then I found out they are closing this clinic is closing now I have to reschedule my remaining visits will have to be at another clinic now I have to call to reschedule for the fourth time, another complaint I have when I showed up for my appointment on October 24th this clinic was closed and I live 45 miles away that was very frustrating. This new company USA vein clinic change was not very professional

Evelin: Let me start by saying that Dr. Schwartz and his team (especially Stephanie!!) were amazing!! I had lipo and skin tightening done and so far it looks amazing (it’s been about a month and a half since my procedure).Now I’ll get into the whole experience:The consult went great. I came in because I’ve been self conscious about my fupa and working out and dieting were only going so far. Dr. Schwartz explained the different options I had (non-invasive and lipo). I chose to go with lipo because I wanted longer lasting results with less treatments. We scheduled surgery for a date the following month.Procedure prep was easy. They explain everything to you in advance on things like how to prepare for the procedure, what is going to happen the day of, what expect after, etc.Day of procedure: doc and his team made sure I was super comfortable. The procedure went great. Not painful at all. Got great instructions on what I needed to do at home and until my week F/U.Day 1: Slept most of the day. No pain. Just pressure.Day 2: Little more painful but nothing excruciating.Week 1: Sore throughout the week but I went to school. At the appointment I was told what to expect next and to make sure I keep my faja and binder on AT ALL TIMES!!I won’t go into much more but here are some of my tips:1. Listen to the doc.2. Pain management is up to you. I took my meds in advance to avoid pain.3. Were your faja! At all times! Even after doc says you can wear it for only 12 hours. Just wear it all the time! Better results.4. An ab board. Bought off Amazon. Keeps me from scrunching and creating creases.5. Extra faja and binder. That way you can have one while you’re washing the other one.6. Big shirts so that you can hide the fact that you are wearing a faja.
Justin Gragg: I have been considering liposuction for a few years and was hesitant until I had a friend tell me about their experience with Dr Schwartz and how positive it was, and my experience was no different. From the initial consultation the entire team made me feel comfortable and Dr. Schultz shared realistic expectations for what my results could be. Being just one month since I had my procedure...I have to say I am extremely happy I decided to do it...the before/after results are AMAZING!!! I have already referred several people to Dr Schwartz and will continue to do so.
Dacia Hill: Theses reviews must be strictly for his vein procedures or they are old. He is not who you want to do cosmetic anything on you!! He is not qualified. His license was suspended indefinitely In Kansas and now he’s in Missouri doing unskilled practices on people please look him up before you go to him he may know what to do with vein’s but he is not skilled in cosmetic surgery I am still in pain he has no empathy or sympathy and has I known his license was suspended I never would have gone to him please do your research and beware!!! And just know I am not the only one who has been traumatized by him. He can’t even keep staff he’s so horrible.

They were able to get me in the same day that I called. I couldn’t believe it! I was used to waiting weeks to get any kind of appointment for my legs.I met with Doctor Schwartz that same day. He explained to me what was going on with my legs and the best plan for treatment. Since this was my first time being able to get my legs treated I had several questions that Doctor Schwartz was able to answer. One concern of mine was cost. I didn’t know what would be covered under insurance and what would be out of pocket. Dr. Schwartz and his team immediately got in touch with my insurance company and made sure I was covered before I had any procedures. I appreciated this so much because I didn’t want to be surprised with any unexpected bills.Two weeks after my consultation I was able to get my procedure done. The team prepared me well for what to expect before, during and after the procedure.I ended up having four procedures all together and my legs have never felt better! Every time I have an appointment everyone is friendly and remembers me. I always feel like their only patient.As someone who works in healthcare I highly recommend Premier Vein & Body to anyone who is looking for transparency, customer focused care, intelligence and a professional team.

Janine Douthit: I’ve been seeing Dr. Schwartz for years for botox, facial fillers, and spider vein treatment. He is simply the best and has a great eye for achieving a natural aesthetic. He’s amazing at taking the years off without making you look artificial. I recently had facial fat transfer with Beautifill to achieve a more natural and permanent result and I couldn’t be happier! Down time was just a few days and Dr. Schwartz and his team take such good care of you.
