The associates are so generous and super cool to help and guide or even on tough decisions.
pa1n1san1llus1on: Gotta love a Vans outlet. The 3 for $30 is literally my only reason to stop since finding an XL is impossible it's an almost monthly stop to try and get 3. Sometimes I luck out but it's not all their fault. Management took the time to explain they don't select their inventory, it's just thrown at them essentially. Never the less, 4 stars because you still aren't delivering the goods. Doesn't matter why.

The service department is top notch, especially Jeff who helped us remotely over and above any other vehicle service department we’ve seen. They really worked hard to take care of us, despite many obstacles along the way.We highly recommend AMS Vans!
Judy Shafer: Brenda was excellent to work with. She spent multiple times on the telephone and email and text messages helping me with the purchase of the new 2022 Toyota van. The only concern I have it was suppose to have heated seats which it does not and I was suppose to get electric tie down straps and I have not. Also I have had no-one show me how to set up the maps and satellite and alexa. As far as Brenda she has helped me with everything else and has been professional and pleasant to work with . JO LUCAS: I live in the Caribbean, so made the purchase remotely without ever seeing or test driving the Dodge Grand Caravan. When I first made contact I got through to Brad Schrage. He was awesome from start to finish. Never did a hard sell on me - he willingly volunteered so much information in our first conversation I immediately had confidence I was dealing with the right company. He wanted me to have a vehicle that would suit our needs as well as our environment which helped me make a comprehensive decision. The only real hitch we had was when the transportation arrived to carry the van to the Port for shipping they noticed a tightness in the rear end when driving. This resulted in delaying the opportunity to pick it up but I would rather it be noticed and fixed than to have been sent with a problem. We haven't got the vehicle yet. It is at the port and should be shipped on June 22nd. We are very excited and can't wait to take delivery, hopefully by the end of June.AMS Vans is highly recommended, especially if you get to deal with Brad Schrage. He should get the employee of the month award for sure!

DeOrian tenBroek: Please do not shop here.  I visited the dealership yesterday and had a very poor experience.  Before driving there, I called to confirm that they still had a vehicle that was listed on CarGurus, as I live an hour away from them.  The salesperson told me they would check the lot and call me back within 10 minutes.  They did call back and said the vehicle was on the lot.  I told them I was on my way in.  45 minutes later, I arrived to discover that they did not, in fact, have the vehicle and had sold it two days prior.  That was the high point of my time there.  They tried every bad car dealer trick in the book, including ignoring my budget limit (which I had to repeatedly state to them), lying about the prices of the vehicles they were showing me, and having the salesperson wait in the manager’s office over and over to ‘try and get me a deal’.  I’d estimate 90% of my time was spent waiting for the salesperson to come back with another fraudulent ‘deal’.I am posting this review in the hopes that the dealer will read this and amend their ways.  There is no need to be bad, you can choose to be good.  I did find a car I liked and would have been willing to purchase it if they hadn’t tried over and over to scam me.

Ryan Fearing: I hit a pothole and damaged a tire on a Friday night. I was panicked and wasn't sure what to do. I took my Cadillac to the dealer on Saturday morning with no appointment. They were able to get the tires I needed and also provide me with a loaner! They were done later that day! Van has gone above and beyond each time I have had to have service. Update- I'm now on my 2nd Cadillac and am still impressed by the first class service. I do wish they would bring back loaner cars though.

D: Edit to my original review below because your response is completely inaccurate. Parts are limited everywhere, it’s completely understandable. I, myself worked out service with another dealer. The service department there at Van was helpful providing the part number and which dealer showed stock.It’s the customer service, customer relations or lack of, that is the issue entirely.Literally the worst customer service! Most or these comments say to contact Kim, ha that’s a joke! Good luck getting her to return a call or email. The worst customer service!!!
myron dingley: We where on our way home to Montana when the air-conditioning quit working. We called to see if they could get the car in and they told me to bring it right over. They checked it out, found the problem and found the parts for it. They told us that they would have it back together about 8 the next morning and when we got there about 9 it was ready to go.

Hunny Poo: I am writing a review after 4 years of ownership of a vehicle I bought from these guys. Truly, I could not be happier. This was a 2008 salvaged Nissan Versa sedan with 56,000 miles on it. Granted, I knew this vehicle did not have mechanical damage according to them, and according to the Carfax report. Throughout the 4 years while I used this vehicle as a medical student, the vehicle only required regular maintenance. While my classmates ran into issue after issue on their old cars, mine kept running confidently, and I will be selling it today to the next owner still without any mechanical issues. I would purchase from these guys again, but I think I'm due for an upgrade now :)

When I asked about the price on Craigslist, I was told "It must have been a mistake".So now the owner has responded saying they've checked the ad and it says $6684 and could I send them a link to the listing so they could investigate. But of course when I check my link, it says $6684... NOW. I should have taken a screenshot of it saying $6184. I was looking at the screen that said $6184 WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE with "Best Choice" (Ha!) Auto. They quoted me $6684. I said, "I'm looking at your Craigslist ad which says $6184." I was STARING RIGHT AT THE NUMBER, READING IT OFF DIGIT BY DIGIT as I said it. My daughter was here looking at it as well. Do NOT do business with these people.

Godless Melanisia: Back in spring of 2012, they made us a great deal on a reliable car. They bought it totaled out due to hail damage, and gave us a great price. A 6 year Dodge Grand Caravan with less than 95K miles on it for under $5000. Well, that was almost 6 years ago.... Our van now has 165K miles on it and it still runs great (and we drove it all the way to Florida and back!). We've had to change the oil, replace the tires and replace the break pads over the years, but of course we did. I searched online for a couple of weeks before choosing a vehicle, and we traveled all the way from north central Missouri. Couldn't be happier, it was worth every mile!

Faleesha Sherrod: Terrible service. The man was very rude, didn't even introduce himself. My friend drove up Friday after work, only to be sent back home and come back the next day. It's a 2.5 hour drive. Saturday, my friend and I drove up, the guy still had a terrible attitude. Luckily I made my friend test drive the vehicle again. The battery was dead!! He jumped it. We drove it around, shut the car off, and it was dead again! We went back and told the guy and he didn't even care. Like what? No! Needless to say, he didn't make a sale.
