Sports Cards KC, LLC: what do users think?
Benjamin “JJ Simms” Hymer: By far the best experience for a "true" baseball card shop in KC. Enrique has built his name in both the online and local markets. Fair pricing with great deals in every showcase. Have to see his shop. Tell him Jj sent ya
George Baugh: Small shop but great selection and great customer service
Ben Burr: I dropped in to this shop on a day trip from Dallas, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed by the kindness of the folks working there, the prices, and the selection. Thanks for making an hour of our time in KC phenomenal!
Zachary Wilson: I highly recommend this shop! Great place to purchase autographs, cards, and memorabilia. Very fair on his prices and he has new inventory in frequently.
Jody Lager: Great LCS, owner very knowledgeable about sportscards
C G: Excellent knowledgeable owner. Very clean.
Ryan Moody: I am from out of town and stopped into this shop on the recommendation of one of his competitors. The owner and his sons were very quick to help as well as courteous. It was the third store I stopped in but his prices were the best for the product I was after by a significant amount. The next time I come to the area I will absolutely stop here again for Baseball cards. Tons of sealed hobby boxes for great prices!
Nat Schaap: Good prices on cards and great box prices. Took time to talk with me as I just started collecting again after 15 years. Fun times!!!
Donald Ramirez: Great place to shop. The owner was engaging and knowledgeable. Each time I attend three card boxes in the middle are updated and fresh. There is new and old wax to rip each visit as well.
d3tach4blejesus: Great place to get cards the people there are really friendly too. 100% recommend.
Brad Meyer: Great staff here who really know the market
Ginger Weseloh: As someone who is not a card/sports collector - but whose family is - this shop is a delight! My boys & husband LOVE this shop. If anyone in your life likes card collecting or sports collectibles this is a MUST STOP shop. You'll love shopping small, talking with the staff and will walk away with a treasure or two.
Arthur Shapiro: Drove 30 minutes in the snow, place was supposed to be open but they were closed, should have called first but regardless it’s annoying they didn’t give any warning when online it said it’s open.
Jesse Gray: Best card shop in KC! Wide variety and fair prices.
Gary Krese: It only got 5 stars because I can't give more!! I come into Kansas City for short works trips each month. This month I wanted to hit a local card shop in the very short time I had after landing. This is a great shop that is very friendly and has something for every collector. Wax boxes, memorabila, singles, bobbleheads, and more. I spent nearly an hour looking through singles and still didn't get through it all. The owner was even kind enough to share other shops in the area without me asking. THIS is a small business to support! I will be back!
Andy I: Great place and great people
Shane Monteil: Very cool people, always friendly and work great deals!
Aden “Zucc” Zuccarini: People that operate are great, the price is very competitive and an excellent place to pick up a pack.
Edward Chier: UPDATE; Been all over KC NOW and I'll drive 1 hour to spend my money here! Enrice(spelled wrong I know) is BEYOND KNOWLEDGEABLE! He will chat with you all day or his brother nick will! Shaun Eldreth: The best card shop in Kansas City. I have been in 3 other card shops in kcmo and none can beat the deals at Northland Baseball card shop. He is always great with my kids also. I never feel like i paid to much. I highly recommend this card shop!
scorpions Missouri: Went in there for top loaders as there is a shortage and the owner was amazing helped me not only pick up some lemelo ball but sold me pokemon and mtg cards at a price that the shop I work for could still make a profit it's nice to see a small business help another one

KC's Finest Sports Cards and Memorabilia LLC: what do users think?
Kirk Coats CCC: They have some cool cards, and the staff is very nice!
Robert Dorsel: This is the kind of hobby shop every card collector wishes was right around the corner. Stocked from ceiling to floor with cool stuff you want and everything else you need. Highly recommended, check them out!
Mintymonkeynuts: Big selection if your looking to buy some collectables, wasn't into buying any 80s and 90s baseball cards during my visit or would of given the 5th star
Kyle Collier: Shop is clean and organized, staff is friendly. Inventory seems to be lacking.
Jeremy brick: Takes time to educate my 11 old son. Never seems annoyed.
James Monteleone: Too expensive.
Don Dougherty: BUYER BEWARE I purchased a Montana rookie card from his shop and sent it to psa for grading and it came back as a reprint and he refuses to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CARDS FROM THIS SHOP ASTHEY MIGHT BE FAKES. I WAS ANGRY BECAUSE YOU SOLD ME A FAKE CARD CARD AND REFUSED TO REMBURSE MY PAYMENT. IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE A COPY OF THE PSA LETTER STATING THE CARD IS A REPRINT AND FAKE MESSAGE ME. LOOK AT ALL HIS BAD REVIEWS ALL THESE PEOPLE CAN'T BE LYING. HE'S A SCAMARTIST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
Editzz cRACkEd: Amazing place has cool box’s and cards
John Fair: Purchased $20.00 box of baseball cards, around 1500 of these cards were damaged had to throw away all those cards had this problem before hopefully they will make it right, they know who I am, have had this problem before.
CrusaderGator: Great place! Shopped there and there’s ton of sports options. I’m personally into hockey and they had a lot.
Chris Kane: Son loves this store. Employees are friendly and they have a great selection
Tom Butz: Honestly great people here. It’s so hard to find a business that puts customers before profit in the hobby/cards space and these guys have impressed me. 6/5 stars
Addison Bowlsby: Helped me out personally
Wildcat 6319: Stopped in with a collection of baseball cards. Had a feeling they weren’t worth anything but thought I’d check to be sure. Staff here friendly and helpful. No, they weren’t worth anything but the gentleman still offered to take a look through to be sure. Looked like they had a great selection of memorabilia. Give ‘em a try!
Matt Isaki: Sellers beware! I brought in a collection of cards and Jeremy didn’t take the time to look at everything I brought. He hastily offered a price of $65 for the entire collection. I took my cards to another store and the owner took the time to look through the entire collection and offered $600. This store took the time to pull the values of some of the pricier cards and explain what in my collection was of value and not and why. This store also gave me fair advice on options for liquidating an entire collection that could fetch more money if I wanted to do the work and not sell the entire collection to him. If you don’t really know what you have or what your options for selling are, you might be better served somewhere else.
Ben Taylor: Awesome shop! Very friendly and helpful. Have an awesome inventory and an ebay shop!
RANDY COOK: Great service, great inventory!!!...
Josey Moore: I've been going here along time, it's seems the more I stop in the less I care to go back. All the younger kids are pretty easy to get along with, the owner thoe well the Only thing higher than his prices is his ego, as he has told his employees to offer maybe 15% to 20% of the cards value, he sit and bragged to me about how many hundreds of thousands of dollars he has been making a year off the same cards he offers me next to nothing for oneBay. I've tried to continue to support the local business, but the last time I was in will be just that. He's gotten way way way to cool for me. On a high note I found "the Warehouse card shop" Mike is the man, super helpful, knowledgeable and best of all he's way more than fair, I trust that guy enough to leave him with thousands of dollars of cards to look over with no worries at all. Mike my guy! The only reason why I decided to give kcs finest another cha ce was because he has a couple of good young employees that work there. P.s They also like Big Mike as I have seen them in there a few different times selling their cards because they know Mike's pretty more than fair.
Mahomes _SprayzZ: I am a young card collector and I personally love this shop I always beg my parents to bring me up I bought these two cards and when I got home I looked them up and I bought them for less than I saw online they were going for all of their prices are fair and they have a good selection of cards and packs for baseball, soccer,Pokémon, football etc 100% recommend
George Baugh: Friendly staff, knowledgeable and reasonable prices.
Jon Hetheriton: They have Pokemon and MTG cards as well, these are always sold out at the bigboxes.

Spanky's Card Shop: what do users think?
Josue Ribeiro: Awesome shop. Went in 10 mins to close and they were super willing to help. I went in for a Raikou card and they had 6 to choose from; they laid them all out and said “pick the best one, up to you.” Will be going back!
Carl Bisinger: Best Card Shop in Kansas City. The staff there is so cool and they make u feel like a regular just after a few visits. I go here for all my MTG needs
Amanda McGannon: Welcoming and knowledgeable. A great experience for all ages both online and in person. Passion has met caring in this shop - a true gem.
Stephen Rossi: Great selection of pokemon, flesh&blood, and magic cards! Spanky and all the other workers there are also very knowledgeable and can answer any magic questions, and even have experience in other, more niche card games, too! They also ship in plastic protectors in bubble mailers so the cards were in really good condition.
tgraham7r: Good people ✊
Jacob Neighbors: Excellent prices and great service
jim reed: Great place to play games. Sweet cards for Magic the Gathering
marcus belton: Never fails they always have what I'm looking for
Christopher Spadafora: Just made an online order from Spankys here on Feb 4th. The next morning I received a refund notifications, So I contacted the store to inquire about my order. It's been 3 days, the store has left me on read and now my refund has pushed through and its the wrong amount so I have not only not gotten my products but some how been fleeced for the wrong amount.I'm pretty dang upset about this and will defiantly not be recommending friends or members of my gaming community purchase product from this store.Watch your self with this stores online portal.
Colby Muller: I’ve been using Spanky’s ever since I got into Magic: The Gathering about a year ago. Their website is always very reflective of what they have in store, even if it’s a $.10 card. Ordering online is easy, the store has a huge selection of cards, boxes, mats, dice, pokemon, and anything else you could think of! I’ve been meaning to write my review for a while, but today I placed an online order for about 240 cards (!!) and went to the store today for the pickup. I totally forgot that the Phyrexia release was the same day. When I got there they weren’t able to fill my order but were very nice about it. The guy at the counter (sorry I didn’t catch your name) made it a clear point that they wanted to accommodate ME! We got my order setup to ship whenever they got it filled, which I’m sure isn’t a fun task to deal with during a set release.Long winded, but this store is clean, awesome, and cares about its audience. I highly recommend them and plan to use Spanky’s Card Shop for all my Magic needs for years to come!
Brian Butler: Edited: THIS WAS ONCE Hands down the best MTG shop in KC. Probably WAS the best shop I've ever been to. One reason being is their HUGE collection of Reserved List items and foils. The workers there are amiable and know their stuff.Spanky's USED TO BE Kansas City Magic.See my picture for what they consider to be "Near Mint" and realize this risk before ordering.
Daniel Westerhold: Great store. Sparky almost always has what you’re looking for and ask if you can’t find a single. Good place to play as well. Store is updated and clean.
Thomas Southerland: Great events and staff, best shop around!
Nathan Duvall: We are from Oklahoma and are glad we stopped in! This is one of the nicest looking card shops I have walked into. It was clean and esthetically pleasing. The artwork on the wall is beautiful. They are stocked with all Trading cards but their Magic the Gathering and Pokemon section were stocked with old items. I enjoy seeing older sealed products but they are hard to come by in stores. I picked up a few duel decks and packs. This is a great place to shop for singles or sealed product. They have the most product I have seen in one shop. If this was my LGS I would spend a lot of time in here.
Ryte Schaeffer: My wife and I have been to a lot of magic stores in many different states and Spanky's has been one of our favorites. Nice clean store, good selection. The owner is a genuinely nice guy too. Happy we happened to find this store.
Alex Larios: My friends and I have been coming here for years for MTG cards and prerelease events. The shop and play areas are always very clean and the prices are always the best. Spanky and the other staff are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 come support your local game store.
R M: This place is great! Staff was super nice and went out of their way to help us. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
Nickolas Kinder: Very well stocked, friendly staff, and a good play group. Well worth the 3 hour drive to stop in
Brycen Palmer: Best card shop in KC. Clean, great atmosphere, chill player base, good prices. Not docking a star but could use some more space, it does get crowded at times.
Alexander Orozco: Hello sparky I tried calling it’s my fault but they couldn’t hear me hopefully you can see this I’m coming in later. Maybe to sell maybe too buy
shadow jointz: Best card shop this side of 2000

The Baseball Card Store: what do users think?
Football Hype: It is not good
Kyle O'Mara: Since 2020 when I was laid off and then COVID I never knew if I would collect baseball cards again but my career took off and I am financially rebuilding but still have to be smart with my finances. The Baseball Card store has always had something I could afford and they always help me out as a return customer. So this past week I got some bad news on my health and it was a hard week so I always go to The Baseball Card Store because they treat me with respect and I feel safe there - ie - it is my happy place. I bought a hobby box of 2020 Topps Heritage for only $60 which was close to my max $ - and it turned out to be a hot box as there was a purple refractor in every pack - 24 purple refractors, I regular refractor and a rare variation card. This store and its owner and staff are good people and I just say thank you again for giving me hope - The Baseball Card Store.
Andrew Doerr: Great selection of cards, figures, and other sports memorabilia.
Chet Nine: The guys at the store were patient and kind to our 6 & 8 year olds who are new to card collecting. Great selection & fair prices!
Travelingbelugas Cris y Stephy: Si bien hay bastante caos, para una fan de los deportes es un tesoro.
Max Watson: Nice staff. Good collections of baseball and sports memorabilia
Andy Akright: The Baseball Card Store is a long-term collector’s dream in the front and around the side, and a new collector’s dream in the back with the packs. You know those people who have disorganized piles around their desk at work or at home, but they are actually organized and can find anything in like a second? That’s this place! It looks disorganized, but it’s truly because of the quantity and variety of items that they have. Just ask Blake, Jake, Scott, or Jordan, and… boom! You’ll have your answer. If you’re looking for something cheap and fun, they have it. If you’re looking for graded and high-end cards, they have it. If you’re looking for packs of any sport, Pokémon, pop culture, etc., they have it.My son is getting into Pokémon cards, but they’re just so expensive. The guys asked what I was looking for, and I just wanted bulk and about $20. They put it together, and I can’t wait for my son to get them on his birthday!
Levi Marselus: This place is amazing!! Great people who will make deals with you!! Great selection on wax! There cards they have a good selection and a good variety of sports!
Jopa Mass: I love the selection of cards here. Trade in value is always fair. I also like how the guys let you browse without breathing down tour neck. Great shop.
Gavin Vogliardo: Would give five stars, but this place is very over priced, but they do have some great stuff
Brian Macfee: Place has a great selection and is the best location to go to for cards. I thought the crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would say it's the best store you can actually go into. Definitely could be more organized, but still they have a great selection at reasonable prices. As for selling your cards, you have to weigh all the factors before actually selling to a store vs. online. That goes for any location.
Anthony Popp: Not ah bad idea in this place
Dustin Vaughn: Great prices on the basics.
Zac Gall: This is a great store with lots of new product in stock. The owners aren’t especially chatty, but that’s okay. They’ll engage with regulars, and they have a wealth of knowledge if you have questions. The hobby has gotten really expensive, but I’ve had some great hits here. And you can buy a pack or two from a hobby box as opposed to the whole box.
Alex Barfield: The baseball card store has without a doubt the best priced boxes in all of the KC metro. I was able to purchase a hobby box of topps chrome 2022 on release day for under the MSRP, which is just insane. The service here is also outstanding. It probably isn't the best place to buy singles at, but if your'e looking to purchase a fresh box of wax or a complete set, look no further than the baseball card store.
Steve Rademacher: Always very friendly. Already really well priced and always willing to make a deal. And they pay good prices especially for vintage as well.
Mike Brodbeck: I visit this store occasionally to buy sleeves, cases, box's and packs. Service has always been good. Very helpful people. Great selection of Hobby boxes
Kaleb Huffman: Great place to buy and sell baseball cards as the staff is alwaysfriendl, especiallythe owner. You can always trust when you purchase a box set your cards are going to be in there. They feature a vast selection of items including memorabilia and graded cards. Today, I found a box set I have been searching for, for a very long time. I always love dropping in, since you never know what treasures you may find. Just look for the sports memorabilia in the window as the overhead sign has been removed since the renovation of the strip mall.
Chubb MoUGA: Well was ok. 3 people working and the most knowledgeable was the older gentleman. The two younger one were no very nice or knowledgeable. Most of the cards were way over priced. Better card shops in kc area for sure.
Tyler Riedel: First of all they have a good selection of sealed wax. Other than that, not much to write home about. Pretty surprised by the elitist attitude the owner had, especially after 10 seconds in the store you realize the only thing they’re elite at is hoarding junk. A customer was in inquiring about selling/trading his cards and the old man said “are you being serious? I don’t want to waste my time”. Not exactly the Midwest attitude I’ve come to know. I asked about a card in the display case without a price tag, they said it wasn’t for sale because they didn’t like the market. Johnson County needs a solid card shop, this place isn’t it.
Stephen Lang: Makes shopping for cards easier

Level One Game Shop: what do users think?
Chris P.: Lots of board and card games. They also carry puzzles and other more advance buildable structures. The prices were reasonable and they have several discounted items, as well as a used section with some open packages. It appears they have some game tournaments in the back area for those who are interested.
jae reynolds: This place is a Hotspot for Pokemon, D&D, and Board Gamers. A must see in the River Market!
blahmeli: Packed with lots of games and fun stuff. Got some pokemon cards as well.
Dan Powell: Sweet game store
Adam Procell: Great store with awesome/friendly/helpful staff! Excellent selection of games with a used game section as well. Tabletop miniatures section is well stocked, mostly with 40k but other publishers as well. Some cool KC themed puzzles. Recommend dropping by. Staff accommodating and go out of their way to help you
Bob Gilliam: Extensive board game/hobby selection, kind and helpful staff, and fun location in City Market
K E: They have some pretty sweet games. Purchased a good quality DnD dice set. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Trevor Brixey: This is one of the best game shop around the KC area. Everyone I have interacted with has been super helpful and nice. Prices are some of the best and they have a wide selection of games. If you are looking for a new board game to play with some friends, or wanting to pick up the newly released Magic or Pokemon packs, then make sure you stop here.
Jessica Collier: Cute little nerd cave
Jill Rosas: Great selection of games!
Leo van Oudheusden: We were looking for Warhammer 40k models. They had a great selection, everything we were looking for. Citadel paints were not quite as good, they were out of stock on quite a few. Would recommend it if you're into tabletop games.
Josiah Ruiz Esparza: Great shop, great people, they have a lot to offer and work with supporting a lot of local people who make products for games.
Sterling Boone: Reasonably priced great stock lots of things in stock huge selection of dungeons and dragons miniatures really good Warhammer selection paints that you can only find their brushes and people to tell you how to play the games you’d like to learn and boy do they has good deals on used boardgames
Dany G: I went in last week to sell some Pokémon cards, I knew I had some that were worth a pretty penny. Everyone there was super nice and the card expert, John, was amazing and honest.
Clayton Smith: Awesome shop! Fun to swing by down at River Market
Laura Madrid: Very cool gaming store! Sadly, I am not a gamer, but I shop for people who are. They had everything! Card games like the Cards against Humanity series, tarot cards, basic playing cards. They had puzzles, elaborate Pokémon gaming, Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, Hex Guard and Whammer! There was so much more, but I can feel myself turning into character, but I'm not sure what game I would be in! And that is scary to me, lol! Just go and see for yourself it is worth a trip!
Andy Budnick (TroutNinja): Easy to get to and great selection for any hobby gaming from TCGs to board games to miniatures.
Pamela Easley: Nice little lounge, watching the people ski , and tubing
Ashley Jarvis: Really cool store, lots of stuff!
CJ Obermaier: I go for Pokemon night and it's a fun environment. They have a great selection of trading cards and board games.
Cameron Akhtar: I've had good fun at this place. They won't give you much for your cards though lol.
