Bryan Jory: Joe Zuniga is amazing! He has 26 years of experience, and really knows his stuff. I own a small business, and on my 2019 return, I was frustrated because I knew there were potential savings for that year. He helped me, and was able to save me $9,000 - which no other tax prep service would recognize. I am so grateful to have found him! He lives up to his name!
Kamron Perry: Encountered one of their van drivers on the highway. They must of had a pretty bad day because they were accelerating in the merge lane and cutting cars off and forcing their way into traffic instead of properly merging.Edit: Actually, I never claimed to have used the service. And had I posted a positive review in the same circumstance you'd have no issue I'm sure.Reviews are for the company and your drivers are a public facing part of your company, influencing how it's viewed. For instance, that one driver will prevent me from ever using your company and I will speak as such to friends and family if asked.Maybe, just maybe because something public had been said about it, you'll make an attempt to fix it. Judging by your reply and intention to remove a negative review though, you have no intention of doing so and would rather manipulate your reviews through other means, and sadly, that's become a common practice.

anthony coffey: Joe and his team are somewhat knowledgeable about taxes. But when it comes to customer service, this is where tax hero lacks the most. They have to big of a client list seems like to not return any phone calls or messages. Trying to get an appointment scheduled or a call back with this company is very frustrating. Needless to say, I will be getting my 2018 returns done elsewhere.Update. As of now, joe and his team informed me I owed $34k in federal taxes. After numerous attempts to sit down with joe and his team to clarify this error. All I got was no phone call or messages returned. And after all this, joe still wanted $4k for his services. The guy is a fraud and does not care about clients. Atleast me atleast. Either way, I got my taxes squared away no thanks to the incompetent individuals at tax hero. Desiree Brown: Used Rebecca when they were named KC Tax Guy. She was not up to date on tax laws and regulations and that caused us thousands of $$ in back taxes, penalties and interest.First year or two seemed great until we started getting letters from the City. When we brought the issue to her attention she offered to refund our preparation fees which was not sufficient compared to the penalties we had to pay due to her lack of knowledge and tax laws.Tax payer beware.

PAT-T DUKE: i called this company in the AM. They then call me in the PM only to tell me that I would need to delay filing my Taxes and file an extension up to May. 2022. If I owe taxes they want me estimate and send IRS a guessed amount of taxes owed. Really disappointed with this company. The site should say they can't help anyone right now. March 24, 2022
Dustin: Saw the good Google reviews gave them a call waited a week to have a appointment. Had phone consultation was told a quote and breakdown of services would be emailed to me next day. A week later still no response. I’ve called and emailed with no response. I’ve now wasted 3 weeks of time waiting when I could of been looking for an accountant that actually wanted my business instead of being blown off.
