Herrnhut Housing Apartments: what do users think?
Robert Lott III: Great staff, great price.
Josh Forrey: Great
Wessam Maher: Excellent place and friendly staff
Nadine Gustafson: Very reasonable place to stay walking distance to IHOPKC Global Prayer Room wonderful playground, pool, great staff
Derrick Lee: Very clean and lots of room for parking.
Nate Uttley: This place is pretty cool. They have a whole lot of options that are all reasonably priced. Their staff is really friendly and take care of their customers really well! I wish I could live there! Its also super close to the IHOPKC prayer room which is incredible! I highly recommend them for all of those reasons.
Dmitry Doroshenko: I love this place. We are really feel like we are home. Reasonable price, and every single person in the office and the maintenance they are all amazing people of God! Every time we have a problem in apartment and call me names they fix it as soon as possible. Good management! I will definitely recommend this place to leave if you are moving to Kansas City!!! Almost every building is secured from both sides. The only thing we didn't like is that very old and squeaky but we got really used to that very fast.  nice big pool and lots of parking space, during the day we have a security driving around apartment complex making sure that everything is okay. Walking distance from the gas station, few minutes drive to the park and hiking is very close!
양영수: Ihop prayer room에 아주 가까운 아파트
Jesse Taitt: Really great staff. Responsive to maintenance requests. Can’t beat the price!!
Todd Raines: GreatPlace. Great STAFF
Jim Bud Watson: All Christian housing at a reasonable rate
William Toney: Nothing special. Over priced apartments...

University Villa Apartments: what do users think?
nathan anderson: Pool not been open for going on 2 years
Benjamin Baxter: Where do I start? Was promised a washer and dryer. Instead, I got an all in one unit that did not dry anything, and smelled like burning cloth every time I ran the machine. Maintenance came by several times and said there was nothing wrong with it. Not to mention, the lint trap is inaccessible unless you take a part the whole machine. Also, the floors are crooked and sloped in some spots. The door knobs on the closet doors come right off if you pull with the smallest bit of pressure. The pool was open for a grand total of ZERO days in my entire 15 month lease. There was also cops outside our window minimum 2-3 times a month with their lights on, who knows why. There is no insulation in the walls and living near KU Med, be prepared to hear loud sirens 4-5 times a night minimum, as if they are in your room with you.The new management have tried their best to fix it all up, but this place isn’t fixable. Rent was cheap and location is good, but if you want any sort of quality living, do not live here.
Elaina Gurung: I’ve lived here for a little bit now and I’m happy to say that this place is very much okay. The location is convenient for college students and that is pretty nice.My only qualm is that when applying and getting the unit, it said there was an in-unit washer/dryer which made me really excited as many other places have a shared one. However, when I finally got to move-in (and because tours were not allowed at the time) I saw that the unit was a combo washer and dryer. It is very small and does not dry even after two different maintenance people have come to look at it.There is new management now so I’m hoping for maybe a change which would be very nice. There is an empty closet (one of the two coat closets) that is the perfect size for a full washer and full dryer, I think that would be the only thing that would boost it from 4 stars to 5!Also another thing was with prior management I always had a hard time getting a hold of the office because no one picked up the phone. A week prior to moving in, management did not have the keys ready for us and said that they would make sure the building and our unit was unlocked when we got there on our move-in date. This was a bit alarming, but I trusted them. Obviously on our move-in date the building was securely locked and the office was closed so we were locked out of the building which created such a headache. That leads me to another note which would be to have more secure locks outside the buildings and on the units as the locks do not seem too safe.I apologize for the extremely long review, I just wanted to be very through because I feel like a lot of other college students like myself are looking for apartments and some reviews are unhelpful. I would say, this is the best deal you’re going to get!
Madison Boshers: The apartment complex itself has had ups and downs. New management has taken over and we are already seeing lots of improvements (fixing the pool that’s been closed for two years, new roof, new parking lot). Al the maintenance man is super nice and quick at getting to maintenance requests. Very kind and respectful!
Ying Cao: the community and surroundings are clean, quiet, and safe, convenient for shopping, close to post office and hospitals; maintains people and service are excellent . the office people are very friendly.
Jorge Mejía Primera: Nuestra próxima estancia para vivir
Christina Wilken: When I moved in, there was damage to the walls and carpeting, the floors were so dirty they had to be vacuumed three times, the breaker box was painted closed, the vents were clogged, and we were surprised with a washer dryer combo when we were told we would be getting a standing set. They refused to replace the carpets even though it had bald spots, and by the time we moved out we hadn't been able to do our laundry there for two months. The people in the office are often unreliable and unreachable, and even if you go in and speak to them directly, things don't get done or changed. If you can, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I know people who lived here who have much worse stories, it's going to be a gamble if you end up losing hundreds of dollars because of their incompetence.
Savannah Christopher: I really like the location of this place but there have been too many issues. We moved into a unit with a broken washer and had to wait months to get it replaced. The new washer also had issues and then completely broke down in the beginning of May. It’s now July and our lease is almost up. There is no way it’s getting fixed and I believe someone else will move in here just to have to deal with the broken machine as well. Two companies have come in to look at the washer just to tell me the apartment will get back to me. No parts have been ordered and I never hear from management. Management also does not return my calls. You just won’t get what you’re paying for if you move in to this complex. Save your time and money and go elsewhere where they might care.
Carla Marie: Place was well kept and mangemanet much better
Prism Real Estate: Christina is the best! Great units, great rates. Look for your new apartment here.
Chad Dinsmore: Not to keen on this place
Matt G: I’ve lived here for about 5 years. I absolutely love it. The staff are extremely friendly and maintenance gets done extremely quick. The location is great because you’re near Westport, PnL, and 39th st. The community is really nice and the apartments are really affordable.
Logan Sramek: I want to give this place 5 stars because the buildings and location are actually great. Everything has been fine besides the fact that my washer has been broken since I moved in. I moved in 3 months ago (in May) and the washer/dryer has been broken since day 1. Calls and requests seem to not get the job done in terms of a repair.
Lucy Kearney: I lived here for 2 years while I was a nursing student at the Med Center. The location for being a student is so nice and convenient! It's not located in the best area, but I never felt unsafe while living here. Maintenance for the most part is pretty on top of things and the rent is one of the cheapest in the area, the complex is fairly old but overall kept in good shape. But we ran into several problems during our experience. We lived on the top floor and knew because the building was old and the floor we lived on, it was gonna be a challenge keeping it at a comfortable temperature and during the summers we spent a fortune in electricity ($200-$300), which was financially challenging. This location in particular is horrible at answering their phone, which was really frustrating. We ran into mouse problems. Based on mouse traps we found we could only assume they were there from the previous tenants and it's unsure if they ever told management about it, which was really frustrating. It was even more frustrating to find no baseboard behind the fridge, giving mice full access to our apartment. We found this on a Friday night and it was taken care of first thing Monday morning which was great! We had a toilet that would run constantly. We put in a maintenance request and it was fulfilled, but didn't fix the problem. We emailed about the issue 2-3 times after that before it was actually fixed. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue, but with the way we pay for our water, it was not only wasting my money but other tenants as well. The way water is billed, is also horrible. At the end of each month they read the meter total and each unit is billed based on their square footage (which is added onto the rent). So basically, if you were only there for a few days one month, you actually might end up paying more in rent because another tenant may be taking 2-3 showers a day and you're paying for it. You're basically paying an insane amount of money for someone else in your building to use all the water they wanted even if we were trying to conserve. Because of this, we had no idea what our rent was each month to budget accordingly because you were basically relying on other tenants use of water. We also had the hot water heater go out in August and then again in January and both took 4-5 days to fix which was more inconvenient than anything. One benefit that attracted me to this complex was that the door to your apartment is enclosed in a locked building. However, in the building I lived in, the lock was broken and taken out last summer and we were told that it could take at least a month to get it fixed and that has yet to be fixed.I'm sure that a lot of tenants have positive experiences here, but if someone were in the same situation I was moving to KC, I would want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly. This complex has great features, but I can't say I would live here again willingly, we just had too many bumps in the road that made the experience rough.I will say though, Sharon the Property Manager is absolutely fantastic and so incredibly nice! I truly think she loves her job and would do whatever she can to help you.
Alli Donohue: If you want to live with shady neighbors and get charged obscene cleaning fees when you move out. This is the place to live. Run don't walk away from renting here.
StarpowerMindset StarpowerForce: Where are you located I'm grateful to be able to stay
Denise Rhodes: The places seem to be ok to live however some things need attention.
Narinder Singh: Apartments are a bit old but good place to live cheaply. Great for students but okay for families.
Icyy Girl: Soon I will be living here
travis black: Good
Ali Galetti: We lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. Our family just kept growing so we had to leave university villa :( Sharon is the best property manager I’ve ever had. She is always so professional but she always friendly too.The location is perfect. Tucked away right off state line and 39th street. Close to Westport and the plaza and easy highway access

Marcato Apartments: what do users think?
Venkata Kumaran: Nice apartments. The leasing agent was very nice and courteous. Unfortunately we needed assigned and secure parking so it was a deal breaker
Gracy Rosario: The dryer works faster now and dries better. Thanks.
Andee Hindery: The leasing agents are great, made everything super easy. Love the thoughtful setup of the complex.
Katie Jenkins: Toured this place last week and absolutely loved it! The apartments have a luxury feel at an affordable price. The leasing agent Geeney was super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to live here in a few months!
Aaron Denson: really nice place. staff was extremely helpful !
Phantasma Magician Curtis: Nice complex with a dog park, gym, and walkway behind the apartments. Maintenance is just a call away and quickly respond. Fun events for the residents. Very nice.
Taylor: I wouldn’t wish this complex on my worst enemy since the change in ownership to Bridge Property Management- Management is useless (you’re lucky if the team is even on site). Your car will be broken into (management has not prioritized a gated lot). Your packages will be stolen (management has not prioritized a camera or door that shuts to the package parcel). Walls are paper thin and vents are connected; management will do nothing to stop your neighbor from smoking inside 24/7 to the point in which your clothes soak up the scent despite a clear source and numerous complaints. Management allows parking in the only area to turn around and parking that blocks stair access. Animal owners do not pick up waste with no consequence. You can only rely on the nightly trash service that often does not come because, you guessed it, management does not prioritize a different dumpster that prevents residents from leaving 15 trash bags and miscellaneous items (mattresses, furniture, etc.) on the ground preventing use. There are numerous better living options of comparable cost within a mile radius- choose those.
Brad Daugherty: Great experience, nice studios. Staff was friendly during the tour. Given the opportunity I'd love to live there!
Destiney Kocsis: Maintenance response is always as fast as lighting! They are also super helpful and kind.
Kclibra1981: Great job!
Zack: Love it
Candice Chachere: Had an issue with my smoke detectors and someone came out in the middle of the night to check it out. The next morning they came back and replaced them.
Derek Empson: Maintenance came within a day of my request and installed my ceiling fan in a friendly and timely manner.
Carl Anderson: A nice complex. Good amenities, friendly service on the tour.
Maddy Duvall: Wondering what it takes to get someone from the office to answer the phones/call back residents
Drake Rorabaugh: Old staff was great. As of sep 22, management changed and everyone has stopped answering emails or inquiries related to maintenance, upkeep, mail, etc. multiple people are complaining about this openly and nothing is being done. Avoid this place until they fix that. :/Oct/22 Update: The office reached out and have asked me to remove or edit my review, which is why I’m posting an update:They explained that they did not have access to the the email shown on the website for a few weeks (?) and promised a better experience going forward, but the other problems continued to persist unfortunately after this. I really was hoping to change my review following some new practices, but things seem to be sticking as I described previously. Over all there’s seems to be a lack of accountability/responsibility on the upper level both here and remotely. Most of the those I've interacted with kind of deny that it’s any of their problems, leading to no one fixing it. All the others I’ve interacted with have been lovely, seriously if there's one part of the this place that doesn't get the love it deserves, it's maintenance and day to day staff. Head office is completely no where to be found tho.
Jereese Rogers: No patio
Earl Nelson: Great response, very happy with service
Vidit Minda: Punctual, quick and effective
Mirza Alam: Great place
Larron Sews & More Williamson: Had a Fantastic time at our March Madness Trivia. It was on Taco Tuesday last night! The trophies were fantabuuuulous lol. Made by Kevin. And Ivy is Always the light of the event. My neighbors were crazy fun. Thank you Ivy , Meagan and Kevin

3435 Main Street Apartments: what do users think?
Tonya Whiteside (D'vyne Fai'vr): For them to charge so much for rent and you still have to pay for parking. Where's the dog park oh in front of the building !! Where's the nearest homeless shelter oh the parking garage! Stairwell smelled like dog urine all the time. Not to mention the after hour's across the street until 4 am of loud car music and crowds. Guess everything that glitters ISN'T GOLD !!
Syd: Honestly, living with Mac has been kind of a headache to say the least. Yes the apartment building itself is nice, but management is pretty terrible. We have had countless cars get broken into, damaged, and even stolen. We all asked for cameras to be installed in our lots and Mac still hasn’t. Our elevator was broken down for about 3 months. It was only back operational again once we all complained and asked for rent money back. It is operational again, however it has had a shattered panel and been scheduled for maintenance since before even I moved in (which was July). They simply turned it back on and placed a sign saying “Please be gentle, the elevator is scheduled for maintenance”. It has been up for over 4 months now. I don’t even think it’s currently safe to use, and I would honestly be surprised if the call button for emergencies even works. Residents allow their animals to use the restroom on the stairs and elevators, and will also leave trash and old food in the lobby. Mac does nothing to reprimand this behaviour, since the only single camera is in the lobby and they don’t even monitor it. No cameras in the stairwell or hallways. Not the safest area either, I do not feel comfortable going to my car at night when it’s dark out. Also, if you get locked out of your unit with the janky ‘sometime’ automatic locking doors, be prepared to sit in your hallway for over 3 hours since their maintenance man is MIA and they would rather make you wait then send anyone else with a key fob. Lastly, don’t bother paying for a membership for the pool/gym, since it was closed majority of last summer again and again by the health department. Yuck! Living here hasn’t been the worst experience of my life, but it also hasn’t been that enjoyable either. Rent here is high and they’ll charge you for everything they can… it’s best to spend your money elsewhere.
Suryadip Bandyopadhyay: My roommate and I chose to use a long term airbnb instead of doing a 4-month lease here (or at any other apartment), but I just wanted to leave a review to say Mack was super helpful in helping us find apartments.
Josh Wong: The maintenance is great here. Armando is the best.
Annapolis Wherry Build: Armando was quick to respond to our maintenance request and fixed the problem completely. Thanks!!
Cesar Leyva: This review is for the service Armando provides. Armando is always very helpful and quick to fix any maintenance issues I have had. He’s also very nice and easy to talk to. I enjoy having Armando as part of the maintenance crew at 3435 Main.
Trell West: Maintenance (Armando) is great and very helpful.
Michael Carrillo: I just moved in to Interstate Flats and am very happy here. Apartment was in tip top shape. Just one window shade that needed replaced. Armando was great and fixed it promptly. Very impressed with the management and the quick response to my needs so far.
Allison Green: We have had such a great experience here! The staff is always helpful, and our maintenance guy, Armando, is so kind and efficient.
Mackenzie Burroff: Living in the Interstate Flats building has been a dream. One of the best reasons for living here is the fantastic maintenance professional, Armando. He does incredible work and is very respectful and nice. The world needs more Armandos!
Brennen Fletchall: Armando did a fantastic job fixing some things in apartment. He also ALWAYS does a great job keeping the grounds and common area maintained. I see him almost every day. Such a hard worker and nice guy!
Suji Cha: Armando always does an excellent job with the work orders that I submit regarding things that need to be taken a look at in my apartment. He is very prompt, friendly, and always listens carefully when you have questions for him. Thank you Armando for your wonderful work!!
Liz Snow: Armando, one of the handymen at Mac properties, is one of the most optimistic and pleasant people I’ve had the privilege to meet. He has serviced our apartment a few times and each time has been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks Armando!!
Adonis Malespin: Armando was very helpful in everything
R S Link: Be very careful. No effective security. Frequent car break-ins.
Jake DeBeir: Butch H was very nice and helpful in replacing a key!
Patrick Topeka: Terrible apartment complex. During the first 3 months, the elevator has been down once a month. The entire weekend Nov 9, 2018 the elevator was down. Promises were made to fix it that Friday but never delivered. The trash chute has been broken on 2 occasions. Stay away from this complex.
Allen Little with A Little Motivation (A Little Motivation): Great apartment complex to live in and also in a good central location.

UMKC Student Union: what do users think?
Steven Willsie: Great use of space, go roos!
Brad Uhlenhake: Open, comfortable
Donald Ramirez: This is a great college. I came here as an academic advisor go explore transfer options and programs. This institution is committed to student service and retention. They have exceptional programs friendly to the working adult as well as traditional student. The campus investment into the Bloch program as well as the technology center is amazing. This is a great campus.
Zanderz McCluer: Really big. Awesome gaming area with pool tables, ping pong, and a piano. Nice food selection and the bookstore as well
Dwight Acoff: Got done what I needed to do.
Geo-T Pav: Great place to visit and spend time getting together with friends. Roo up!
Nathan unruh: My experience here has been absolutely stupendous.
Whimsical Phantom: Its better to study here than any of the libraries. There is free parking close to the building and it stays open until 1100pm and has a chick fa la. Unlike the libraries that close at 1000pm and have no free parking that is closer than 1000 feet.
Tiffany O'Donnell: Peaceful
Dr. Cheryl Cooper: Parking is awful. It's wose than KC Power and Light District. Don't come to this campus if you have any physical limitations.
Dok DeVue: Nice Building
Zaliya Kennedy: Best coffee
Mehmed Musa Atik: Well designed. Great space for events and activities.
Sandra Jones: Seems like a good place for students to hang out. I was just passing through.
Joe Morrione: I love this place
Vinay Santhosham: Student Refreshment center.
Khadimul Islam Shuvo: Nice and clean place
Jeffrey Parrish: The Student Union is a good, modern, central building at UMKC to hang out with friends and make new friends, grab a bite to eat, get books and UMKC gear. There are a variety of student activity offices located here. The top deck has one of the best views on campus.
Nischal Thapa: It is a fantastic place
Will: Great student resources
Life with Nicole Peterson: UMKC is a great university.

Summit on Quality Hill Apartments: what do users think?
Ryan Harrington: Way too expensive for the quality. Only good thing was the location if you enjoy downtown life, but still have great accessibility to outside areas.
Diane Jardine Bruce: It was so quick after I filed my service request that the technician was here in the apartment to fix my dryer. Professional, kind, and considerate! And it got fixed perfectly! Couldn't be happier
Collin Higley: Had previously left a one star review and it looks like they had it scrubbed. The only plus about living here is the I-35 access. The cons far outweigh that pro. I've lived here for over two years in two different buildings. 1st unit was great, moved for a better floor plan, and it's been a nightmare since. Shoddy materials and construction have led to flooding and getting barged in on naked in the bath tub by someone that can't communicate with the residents at all due to a language barrier. Led to being out of the unit several days for them to "fix" the issue multiple times that continued to leak into the hall. The security features are trash. Key fobs are junk, constantly have to replace batteries, and have had a new fob that still doesn't work as it should. Garages get broken into because they have no handle on their stuff. They threaten the residents about having video cameras everywhere which is false. Doors are easily ripped open by intruders. Doors don't lock when they should and then get broken completely shut. The gate that's supposed to be secure is hardly ever working, mostly just slams in the wind. Got unruly neighbors that management refuses to take any real action about. I can't recommend living somewhere else enough.
Elizabeth: Clint the maintenance technician is the best!
Michelle Clark: The service/maintenance staff is amazing and really fast and helpful. Kevin Larson came over within a couple hours after I requested service on the app and he fixed my disposal in less than five minutes! Game changer when your service requests are handled so quickly and people are so friendly and helpful!
Josh Boehm: I loved living here at Summit for 2.5 years. My apartment was very nice and spacious, management was diligent and considerate, and the facilities were always nice and kept up. I don’t have any complaints and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great downtown living experience!
Aaron Smith: I've lived here for 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the building and staff. Whenever problems arise, management is quick to react. Rent price is competitive with the market. Additionally, the amenities are excellent - an incredible new coffee maker was just added in the commons area.
Allyson Braggs: I love this community. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and the property. Whenever I have had any issues they are handled fast and properly. The office staff learn your name and smile and really try to get to know you personally. They have also handled COVID well. Masks are required of course, they keep everything super clean, and since everyone is ordering online all the time the lockers have been upgraded - so I never have to worry about my packages. I even transferred apartments this year - and they made that process SUPER simple for me and they were so helpful. I am definitely staying here as long as I can.
Susie Lippert: We love the area but our floor smells horrific. The building mgmt has checked and said it is someone smoking but it has been going on for probably a year now and everything in my apartment smells. I don't have time to move right now but I will be moving as soon as I can.I dont think it is the managements fault and they have acknowledged the problem but I have never experienced this even in buildings that allow smoking.Make sure you walk the building and floor you will be living in before you sign a lease. .
joel barrett: We love living here. We're on our 3rd lease, so it's clear we really like living here. The property managers listen, care, and respond quickly and professionally to any issues or needs. The facilities are well-maintained and the amenities are fantastic. Summit on Quality Hill has been a great place for us to call home!
Emily Taylor: Josh was awesome! I was surprised how fast he responded to the service request. Very professional and very helpful!
Paige McLean: Thank you to the new amazing cleaning person. The common area hallways and entryways look great again. I can definitely tell a difference. Thank you!!!
Erika Klotz: My business partner, Scott, lived here. Honestly, the reason for the star review is the management. The quality started out great, but then went downhill. They charged him all sorts of bogus fees upon move out when he is one of the cleanest tenants, always on time with payments, and never had noise complaints.Everything else with the complex is good, but when it comes to treating tenants like people, don't expect it from this group. And to me, liking your management is a serious consideration.
Paul Cannon: The staff here is amazing! They are professional and very friendly. Today I had talked with one of the great staff about a question regarding my lease. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all you guys do!
Brandon Love: Apartment floods? Well tough luck. Horrible staffing situation, management needs to be gutted and replaced ASAP.Edit: they removed all reviews on FB when I left mine, what multi million dollar company does that?
Corey Halderman: I lived at this complex for 2 years. I moved in May 15, 2017 and was told the pool would be open by Memorial Day. The pool did open until Labor Day that year. I still enjoyed my time the first year despite the pool not being open the entire summer. I moved apartments within the complex my second year. I lived in building 5 on the top floor and got experience a sprinkler line bursting in the middle of winter that flooded half the building. A contractor told me it would likely happen again next year. When I told the leasing office I was moving out the agent got snotty with me and they stopped helping me. One example is my key to my apartment and garage didn’t work for a couple days and I had to go to the leasing office multiple times to correct it before it was finally fixed. I moved out and only got $17 out of my deposit of $550 because they had to replace the carpet and clean the apartment. I left the apartment in near spotless condition and even vacuumed the carpet in the bedroom which cost $362 to replace. Keep in mind I was the original resident in this apartment. I would highly advise if you’re going to spend this kind of money to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is by far one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had.
Natalie Holden: I love my spacious and beautiful apartment! The patios are wonderful and I am looking forward to enjoying the pool this summer. Management and maintenance are extremely helpful and friendly—Bryan and Blake always respond to address any questions or issues very quickly!
Traci Meeds: Here's a little background ... I have been a home owner for almost 25 years. Last year, I decided to scale back and rent an apartment. I looked at so many apartments. I had quite a list of 'requirements' that had to be met. Summit on Quality Hill not only met all my requirements, but exceeded them! Bryan helped me with my lease and he has been my 'go to' person ever since, answering even some of my silliest questions about apartment renting. Not only are the front office staff fabulous to work with, but our maintenance crew (especially Josh!) is amazing! They work tirelessly to maintain the complex (this was a brutal year for them with this winter's snowfall, but sidewalks and parking lots were always cleared). This is truly a nice little community within the heart of the city. The office hosts fun events [usually something every month], like wine tasting, pool parties, dog park happy hour, etc. If the dog park isn't your cup of tea, just wait a month and attend the next event! And if I don't know anyone at an event, I can always count on Bryan to be there! If you're a renter, don't miss this great community!
Madison Shae: Summit on Quality Hill is amazing! The staff is even better. Bryan has made the signing process so easy and smooth. I would recommend him to anyone if you are looking at Summit! He definitely needs to be the new manager :)
Lisa Keller: I’ve lived at Summit for a little over 1.5 years now, and I’m heartbroken to say I have to leave (work is transferring me out of town)! This location is incredible, and I’ve walked to work every day since I’ve moved here. It’s also within walking distance to the Power & Light District, or a quick drive (or Uber) to Westport or the Plaza. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues I’ve had, and the amenities are great for the price. I’ve always felt safe walking around the area, too. The leasing office staff know me by name and are always so helpful! Honestly, the worst part about living here is trying to find something even remotely comparable in my new city. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place in Kansas City!
Will Munny: No parking people always are illegally parked in the street Any day or night I drive past.
