DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Vicki Cash: Katie F. In the golf department at Zona Ross in Kansas City, MO was so pleasant and assisted us with golf shirts and shorts for my husband. THANK YOU Katie F. and blessings to you and your family!!!
Kenneth Ling: It's not Scheels 😔
Scott Smith: Found the shoes I wanted. Had good help from sales girl.
Amy Konkle: My husband wears a size 15, which has been increasingly difficult to find. I docked a star because we had to go from Liberty to Zona Rosa to find only 2 pairs in stock, but Kelly on the sales floor earned all of my respect because she helped me track down ankle socks in his size. Also not an easy mission, but she was committed! Thanks to her, we won't be walking around Florida with him in crew socks pulled all the way up his shins! 🤣
Jeff Roberg: Huge store
Teddy: Worst customer service out of all the sporting goods stores in Kansas City, will not be returning!
Bob Jeselnik: Had what we wanted. Clean store
Robert Clarkson: They do not have anything that I am interested in
Fernando Porpora: Muchas varias de ropa para deportes
Sidney Gallagher: 3 entrances and only one functioning at all times. 1 not working at all and then another working on a time schedule with only small notes on the door stating it’s either not working or won’t be operating until this time which it was over 2 hours past time it said. Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.
Melissa Diperi: The shoe selection is a step above. We just love this place. There is always a staff member looking to help you!
Joshua Johnson: Do NOT come to this location for Chiefs players signing events. The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.
Erika Duffy: Helpful staff
Anna Mendoza: They had so much of the Chiefs gear all laid out as you come in the door!
Craig Watson: Everyone in the store was so friendly! Loved the atmosphere!
Crailslideyoface: Prices never match at register vs on rack and employees act like you’re inconveniencing them
SUNNY: Love this store.
Karly Taylor: Great deals right now!
Vikas Jha: Wide arrays of options, good clothing collection, contains equipments from kayaks to dumbles to cycling to baseball, golf, you name it. Helpful staff and good service. Just wish they would start giving some discounts this being holiday season and all.
Joyce Cooke: Love this store and they have a great variety to choose from. Unfortunately they didn't have purple for my grand daughter but pink is her next favorite ❤️The store is always clean and the staff is always very helpful
LEANN COOMER: Store was clean & staff was friendly & helpful.

Tennis Set: what do users think?
Michael Fleschman: Always my go to place..Great helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Ward Johnsmeyer: Tennis Set is a great store and has pickleball gear too.
Michael DiMarzio: Daughter busted her frame the day at her school tourney so needed a new one ASAP. It’s been a couple years since buying a new racquet so had some questions. He took the time to answer them all.We were out of there in a couple hours with a brand new frame with strings on it. Bought some shoes as well. Thanks for getting us taken care of!
Jonathan Tobin: Store had a nice selection of racquets and accessories, apparel, shoes. The owner was very helpful and was able to accommodate getting our new purchase stringing done while we were in town. I think others' reviews about unhelpful staff are from how quiet the guy is. If you ask him a question he'll give you an answer but he is not a car salesman that is going to push you to make a purchase. I'll def. be going back for future tennis items.
Jason Riggs: Excellent selection of gear, strings, bags, tennis shoes etc... I always stop in Tennis Set when I’m in town for gear, strings etc...
Christopher Ihde: An excellent place for tennis gear. Would like it if they improved their pickleball selection, but it is called Tennis Set. Excellent service while purchasing a pair of shoes from them.
Farhan S: Wide selection of tennis items. However, overpriced, and rep said racquet restringing was $20-25 for my selection when I actually had to pay $47 on pickup (after 4 days too, apparently a $20-some "service charge")
STEVEN SCHROEDER: God Bless them. I think the reason there's a lackluster performance from employees is because of bad management. It appears as though if the employees smile, they're fired!I suspect the current owners aren't happy with their inheritance from mom and dad. Perhaps the kids would rather be doing something else, such as playing tennis, instead of minding the store.I always try to support even badly run local businesses, but in this case I'll be spending my cash elsewhere for my tennis needs.
Carole O: Like that it's local and convenient for stringing rackets/getting new gear in a pinch. It's just sad that the employees never seem to enjoy being there.
Ty B: Great place. They got my racket ready really quick and let me demo rackets until I found the right fit. Highly recommend!
Benjamin Bailey: Being a tennis aficionado I have to say I love this place. I've been coming to the tennis set for over a number of years. They have quality product. Speaking for myself only I've always had great customer service when I've been there. I look forward to doing more business there when the time comes.
Jacqueline Williams: Drove 40 miles to get to this store to have racquets restrung, handles rewrapped and to purchase a new tennis bag, shoes & some apparel. Had ample supplies, but the salesman acted like he was lowering himself to answer our questions. So we skipped the bag. We’ll be ordering online from now on. Couldn’t be less personable...
kevin hawker: My wife and I drove from Topeka to this tennis store, so that we could inspect many of the racquets we had reviewed on-line. A male staffer gave us indifferent assistance with our questions and displayed a smug attitude. Had we been shownenthusiasm and a genuine interest in helping us decide on racquets, we would have definitelty made “high-end” purchases ($200 or more). Instead, we left, and on returning home, made our purchases on-line. No wonder so many “brick & mortar” stores have not survived!
Wade McGuire: Good selection of Tennis gear and friendly and helpful staff
Alejandro S: Support a local establishment.
Soroush r: Huge selection of tennis shoes and tennis racquets. It’s not crowded so staff are there to help you all the time. i think it’s locally owned too. They know their stuff pretty well. A highly needed store in the tennis-desert of KC!
Jon Sh: Best place to buy tennis gear. Love my new radical pro! Thank you guys!
Bridget Summer: Matt is the best stringer in town.
Scott Phillips: I've been getting my rackets strung here for as long as I can remember and have never had a bad experience. They have worked with me to find a more durable string and also a more optimal string tension. You pay a little more than you would online for gear here, but we're lucky to have a specialty tennis store in KC and I will continue to support it.
Tim Beaman: Very knowledgeable
Thomas Glenn Crawford: if its tennis, they have it...

Foot Locker: what do users think?
Marques Williams: Never received my order got the run around really didn’t help me out never gave my order to FedEx
Tammy Timmons (TT): Alot of staff working seemed like alot of confusion and congestion and drama between staff members and store was messy.
E J: The ladies working were very attentive and helpful. One of the friendliest foot lockers I’ve ever been to.
Big Kenan: Yesterday i bought two Elite basketballs that were marked $30 each the total came to almost $80 and the price sticker was ripped off after i asked anything.Crazy experience
Erin Stelbrink: Always love adding to our household shoe collection!!
Richard Zuniga: Shut it down horrible service never have any shoes
bloodyskins9: Tried calling this place four times just to ask a quick question and evidently nobody can pick up a phone.
Jordan Davidson: They don't carry any men sizes under size 9, and they have a small selection.
Tommy Martinez: they closed at 6:50 Pm & there closing hours is at 8 pm.
Kevin Golubski: Super friendly and helpful
Avi Roop: Was in 20 min before closing, had to step out to help a family member and then they decided to close 15 min early.
MissAnn Montez: I called over the phone and the asst manager was rude and hung up in my face. How professional is that, no customer service. Wish they has a half star
Kalley lamport: Rude annoying peeps
E W: Horrible customer service. The worker seemed more interested in the conversation on her phone than assisting me purchase a pair of shoes. I asked for one in my size, and while this seemed to disrupt her important conversation on her phone she did go check. However after returning with the information that my size was not available that employee disappeared to avoid being disturbed while on her phone. I intended on purchasing several pairs of shoes and had also placed cleaner supplies on the counter. The customer service is probably the worst on the plaza. I'd highly recommend going to a different location.
Rocky Mederos: The staff is always top notch. I personally love this location.
N O: Good customer service
thugg Fizzle'n: Staff is somewhat helpful but you have to approach them because they won't greet white people, not as friendly to white customers ... Very short with answering questions and don't like going to the back multiple times for shoes. Decent selection of Jordans but you need to get there on shipment day cause they only receive limited run of sizes
Rico Ricardo TV: Love it
Aric Reed: No sizes
Austin Moddrell: I watched one of their employees walk out of the door, unlock his car parked out front, turn, and fling his half-full latte across the street. My friend and I were just shocked, and called him out for it. So, of course, he asked me if I wanted to "make something of it".Class act.
Ronni In Belton: I was looking for the Air Force 1's!!

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
bison1203: Lots of people wanting to try on and buy shoes, but no one to assist.
Gregory Smith: Not very friendly, but good selection of products
Michael Schofield: They employee the dumbest ppl on the planet.
Donald Lee: Was shopping for one specific item. The greeter at the door gave exact directions that took me right to the product. Checkout was fast and smooth. Wish I could give six stars.
Rod Combs (RoddyBoy): I will always love this store, as the selection is good and staff is friendly. However, the housekeeping needs substantial improvements. Although organized and stocked well, I don't think this location has dusted their shelves, racks, etc. for weeks/months. It's quite abysmal when I can make notes this easily on the shelves to "Clean me" due to the volume of dust and grime on the equipment. Needs a lot of work.
James Kanary: “It’s a big storeroom” was the response from soccer cleat clerk when I asked if they could find the size 4 youth soccer cleats I was ready to buy two of for my boys. It was categorized incorrectly so the tablet/phone based scanner could not locate the inventory. How about some problem solving before you lose a customer ready to spend $100+? Really disappointing experience. Watched the same clerk dismiss another shopper who asked about the price of a soccer ball with “that’s an expensive ball,” making an assumption that the young man could not afford to spend that much. Expect better from what I thought was a flagship sporting goods store.
Katie H: Ordered some shoes online, got a notification they were ready for pick up. Drove to the store and waited in line to pick up the shoes. Luckily, I opened up the box and checked them before leaving and noted they were used and had been returned. The bottoms and heels were worn and dirty. They told me I would have to go back to the shoe department and check to see if they had any new ones, (which shouldn’t be my problem to fix) so I walked back and then had to wait for someone to help me, finally was able to get someone who could check them. They did not have any other ones so I had to go back to the register to cancel the order, inconvenient and a wasted trip. They shouldn’t resell used shoes for brand new retail price (these were $130).
Thomas Padilla: Very helpful
LaTonia Herriman: Went there yesterday with my husband and went through all the shirts at the register. Payed for all our clothes and went home. While unpacking one of the shirts were missing. A silky red Superbowl championship shirt XXL was missing. It sad because you can't see what the boy, a 26 or 27 bulky white male at the register is doing, he bagged all the clothes behind the register and fast. We tried to call and talk to the manager Chris about the boy Wyatt but he was no help, like we were trying to get something for free after spending 596.47 to be exact. Chris wasn't helpful or professional. He hung up on us, with no resolution at all.I guess we just payed it forward without knowing it. Your so welcome.
Mia Kricsfeld: I came for the super bowl t-shirts and even though there was a lot of people there, they did a good job managing the lines for checkout and getting in.
Richard Harkins WØFH: Not my favorite store. Lots of stock, but unorganized and expensive. I went in looking for shoes, but could not find a single employee to bring a shoe in my size. Left without buying anything.
Amy Ficklin: I found a pair of shoes I really really liked (NB 327 Calia in black) ... but the associates only had the left shoe (it was the floor model • sz 7)?! Why on earth would you toss the (right) mate!? The shoes checked all the boxes regarding style & use... and now I can't find them ANYWHERE online. Completely sad, bc I don't let myself buy new shoes all that often. 😪
Mike Sharon: Very long line at checkout.
Ms H: Everytime I come in this store in racially profiled by the manager Chris meek! Not every black person steals, I purchase my items. This has happened to me on several different occasions in September. He literally towed two employees to come watch me my mother and my children because he thinks we would be stealing October 7. He went outside got someone’s tag information and contacted the police department, and the police came and sat behind that person’s car. I understand that happens at this location a lot however to simply profile every black person that comes in there is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint.
Dustin Vaughn: So hard to get help in the shoe department. Just fire all the associates who work back there and go full Academy (put all the shoes on the floor so we can get it ourselves).
Jay Hawkins: Purchased a pair of Nike for store pickup and I received a pair of used shoes. Upon returning the shoes, the cashiers were stunned and apologetic. However the manager who was called over did not offer an apology nor address me directly. When I advised I simply wanted my money back he just walked away. It was very unprofessional and disappointing.
D Bebber: It’s a huge store and incredibly impressed just in size. I had numerous workers offer to assist me. The one worker who we thought might be able to help us with climbing shoes was gracious and let us know very forthrightly that they no longer carry climbing shoes. The young lady who helped me with my sunglasses was kind, so I’m glad to recommend this place.
pat ryan: Mike Franano in bikes has helped me 3 separate times with outstanding results. From a long overdue check up to a new derailleur to updated tires, Mike has got me back on the road quickly with quality work. Thank you Mike for being so careful & fast during busy times.
Michael Doyle: The store has a limited selection.
Travis Copple: One of the larger stores in the area. Ordering online and picking up in store was fast and efficient.
Brad Loncar: Great store

The North Face Country Club Plaza: what do users think?
carlos bustamante: Excellent service
Michael Pare: Friendly staff, decent selection.
Christopher Taylor-Durr: Exceptional Customer Service!!Thank you!
Nicolle Ortega: Literally disgusted after the horrible experience I had to deal with at this location with an employee. Not sure if he was a regular employee or manager but you can tell this guys has issues with races such as hispanics and black people. You guys have to train your employee better on giving a better customer service, no one is coming to get free items. Got so disgusted by this ignorant child that I decided to leave the location. I will definitely be contacting someone higher to have a conversation about this, since it seems not to be the first issue someone has had at this location, and I’m guessing it is the same person. We deserve respect and a better customer service employees!
Sahajveer Bajwa: Great Products And Simple
Mandi Bethard: Lots of options. Found a parka.
Alex Rosales: There is a "person" called Aaron, idk who's him but i guess a "manager" or something like that, he has a real bad attitude, quiet and super bad customer service...i think management needs to do something real fast, the store is super nice, the employees are nice and Friendly too (Brooke and Tyler)Idk if this guy Aaron has some races with Hispanic or black people, but you can see right away that tbh.Again nothing with the store or other employees, it's just this person that needs to be more friendly and has a better CUSTOMER SERVICE because no matter what, we don't go there to PLAZA LOCATION to ask for FREE clothes or items, we PAY/PAID for those and at same time we basically pay them salaries, so we deserve respect and a better customer service employees!!
Jim Stanford: Limited selection due to smaller size of the store but they have excellent products
Angela Ko: So sad that "The North Face' has gone down hill over the last few years. I have purchase "The North Face" for at least 15 years.. I recently ordered online 4 big kids jackets that cost around $115 each . On the website beware that if you order a size and you return it to the website it will take 3 weeks from the time they receive your return to exchange or get a refund. This is not stated on their website . It does state you can take it into a North face store to exchange, but if you live 80 miles from the closest store that is pointless. I love product , hate the process and service. There are other competitor's out there. I guess it is time to move on . Now I wait 3 weeks for a refund of $400.00.. WOW ..
Sean P: Nice merchandise and helpful staff. Helped me find the sizes I needed. Was knowledgeable on the products
Robert Stambaugh: Very nice place to find superb casual wear.
Michael Hill: This is in a safe and fun place in KC. Lots of shops and parking and restaurants with in walking distance of this shopping area. High-end stores. Good staff at North Face, helpful and professional but not overly friendly.
Suzette Owens: I love shopping here. Great customer service
Katia Milazzo: When you are body shamed because of your size and appearance, you realize how much society will always have impossible standards for women and lack of decency towards other humans. Women should be lifting each other up, not making them feel less than. Guess what? Being rich and skinny doesn’t make you better. You know what else? Shopping in comfy clothes is normal. Walking around in sweats does not make me less. Walking around in heels does not make you better. I walked in and was no where near greeted the same way the other lady was, who was dressed in heels and a nicer outfit. I was asking for help and was brushed off multiple times. North Face, shame on you for letting these employees represent you. Truly disappointed with this location. Do better.
Steven McAllister: Experience left a lot to be desired. Tried to return an item purchased a few days ago and wasn't able to. Dozens of other retailers can look up receipts based on 1) your account or 2) the card you paid with. They couldn't do either. Receipt wasn't emailed or text to me when the purchase was made. I'll stick to online ordering going forward.
Jaspreet Kaur: Excellent customer service!!
Kalim Dowdell: Laura was absolutely amazing. Knew everything about anything we picked out. Definitely someone you want at the front of your store. 10 stars👍🏼
james schaefer: A+ customer service. Highest quality gear.
Connie Hsu: Less crowded than other stores.
Serina B.: Ouch! Way overpriced and a poor selection of men's outerwear.
Katherine Delich: Went in store to exchange an item bought online. The young man that did the exchange at the register was wonderful and super helpful. I am leaving a 3 star rating solely for the unpleasant demeanor and attitude of the red-headed girl at the entrance of the store. Do better!

Moosejaw: what do users think?
Michael Jay: Great toy store. If you're into the outdoors they have a pretty good selection of climbing, camping, and assorted outdoor gear. Friendly and helpful staff, and a fun quirky personality. They are a tad expensive as such places tend to be, but also offer discounts for some local groups which makes it a little more reasonable. They have a little bit of everything, and all of the basics to get you started with climbing. The new location at RoKC down south is pretty nice too.
Bryan Arri: Kyle was super helpful today - I had an exchange to make, and ended up chatting about backpacks with him. The guy was super informative, very kind, and very helpful
Andrew Ball: Great staff and great product. Also Mike is really handsome and smells nice. Next time you’re there get a whiff but don’t make it obvious as it might scare him. Ask for free stickers before you leave!! Oh and buy tons of stuff too.
Alexander Ducate: Good selection. Great prices
Matt Petelin: Kyle is the Man! Thanks for all your help
Charles Gerald: Awesome selection of outdoor gear
James Symmonds: Has big ticket items but if you need to grab any last minute items on your way out of town, you could leave empty handed. Fun and quirky atmosphere though.
Jes Caylor: It's definitely 60:40 on the amount of men to women's clothing, but it's a good selection and the staff is great.
Rhonda Rieck-Rush: Loved their selection, but way too pricey for me.
Jeremiah Novelo: Ive been at the plaza many times, but this time i went and evrytime i go in they have security there to watch,. I understand you need one in a store but why when i go in theres one, anyone can go in but somehow i go and im being watched, or felt like i was being watched.I left the first time it happened today to see if "I" was the problem and i came back half an hour later, and there was nobody but workers there. But get this im in here for 5 minutes no less and they alraedy call security. At this point i think they thought wrong of me, i was wearing pijamas and loose tee, not to mention im also brown. I honestly loved shopping here ehen i was little but now i kinda dont want to be near there. Along with that to what i think the manager with the beard whisperd to security and pointed/ looked at me while doing so. I useually come here to buy swaeters because nowhere else sells the ones i like, but after today i dont want to go ever again, the uneasiness of being watched while shopping sucks. Like ive said ive always shopped at the plaza but today was diffrent forshure.
Joshua Anderson: Unique selection and a friendly staff. Was fun to do pull ups on the rope.
Kalley lamport: Ridiculous on prices if you don't go in there looking nice they won't even greet you. Rich stuck up people
David Riffel: Awesome gear! Get outdoors!
Jeromey Bell: Nice enough store and staff, but $300-$800+ for a winter coat is definitely out of my tax bracket 😉
Keith Jones: The staff pointed me to the selection and was able to get what was there🆒
Victor Ferguson: Great service... Good place to shop for little bit everything Outdoors
Joleen and Tom Arnhold: Cool outdoor store. Wish it was bigger and had a larger selection
Levi Hirsch: Neat rockclimbing gear
Dail Hong: Today’s featured old-time hockey hero is Charlestown Chiefs defenseman Billy Charlebois, who hails from . . . if I can read the card here – Moosejaw, Saskatchewan...I buy my Exofficio underwear. Boxers. So comfy. Dries fast. Carabiners galore. Backpacks too.Experience hiker gear. But its cools.Wish the customer service was worse. The kind boy at that counter gave me a sticker. I'll put it in my pocket and take a look when I get home. Possibly put it on my tool box.
Kc Gunner: Hipster for sure but my lady liked it and they gave us a free sticker so that's a plus!
Kris H: Even though they didn't have the item I wanted the staff was incredibly polite and helpful

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Amanda Sigman: Long wait to check out when an employee went to break leaving 1 checker while a huge line. Will never come back. Worse than walmart.
D: 2 visits in the same week and Steven seemed to be more interested collecting a paycheck for his cell phone usage. Very unapproachable and seemed inconvenienced to assist. On our recent visit, we asked to use hit trax for my boys to try about 5 -7 hits with 3 different sizes To monitor drop in exit velo averages before spending $700+ on bats. While Steven stared at his phone I climbed in there on each bat change to find the different sizes to use which took a moment… he said if the size wasn’t in there to swing then too bad basically…He then walked away. Mark the manager came up and said that we needed to “rap it up”. He said his associate stated we were taking too long….and the cage isn’t made to just use without renting. I said I’m confused, we’re testing sizes. Mark told me to read the sign and it’s not for use unless rented. He said we had been in there for too long. I immediately went off. You want me to rent this cage to verify the $700 + I’m spending on bats is being spent correctly? In his role how would he even possibly think it’s ok to approach a customer in this way? We had been there maybe 5 mins per kid. This includes the time I had to help myself in finding sizes.Check cameras if you need to verify Timing.I’m blown away of Mark’s demeanor when approaching me with this nonsense. I have been in customer service for years and would never blindly approach a customer in that way. I had a few choice words with him about how he handled this encounter in his role…Especially coming from a role at the top of customer service leading a team of others.Unfortunately you have a couple bad apples that don’t seem interested in your customer retention.I am sure some kids come in and “abuse” the use of the hit trax cage but that’s doesn’t mean you disrespect everyone…your team is only as good as your weakest links…these 2 are a wasteful expense on the payroll.
H Hendrix: Great selection and service
Hali Dunn: Selection for women golf didn't have very much, otherwise a fine store
Kristin Moore: The staff in the foot ware department were not friendly. The teenage boy working there rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they had a certain shoe and size in stock. It was a Saturday, but it wasn’t very busy and there was 2 employees working in that department.
David Minnick: Nice store.
Aaron Hoppe: No fishing section
Jim Rusconi: Nice staff
Anthony Garrett: What is the point of a store having exclusive products and not being able to get replacement parts? All of the staff was of great support and gave great effort. All except the manager "Tony". He was of no help. He flat out said he can't and won't get replacement parts and that I should look on Amazon for replacement parts... I had a gift card and cash. I ended up going to Eric's Bike store across town they fixed me right . The ONLY good thing about this store is no longer there. And his name is Harmon Garrett
SUNNY: Nice service. Friendly staff.
James Power: Came for a pair of cleats right before a game, shoes section was a little busy but you have to get someone to go get your Sade in the back. Not a worker to be found and when they did come they went straight to the back, academy sports would never treat customers like this.
Sammy Gorlovetsky: Very welcoming staff and great customer service. The manager who helped me was so friendly and accommodating and made sure I left there happy! Thank you for your kindness and help.
Samantha Moody: First time at this store, it was very clean and organized. The employees was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for crocs for the family. They had a nice selection. It was a great experience.
Wynndolyn Hoyer: Nice clean store but a bit pricey. If you into sports good place to get equipment.
Patti Blake: Everyone helpful and nice. They also price match which was nice.
Andrew Brashers: I couldn’t find what the very particular item I was looking for, so I asked for help and the manager assisted me. She was beyond friendly and searched all over the store with me. She then proceeded to share with me they could ship the item for free to my doorstep. It took 5 minutes for her to place the order and it was done. Very impressed
Jennifer Finical: What retailers fail to understand is that the return experience needs to be as pleasant as the sales experience. My son is 9 and plays in various sports over the years. For the last 6 years I have bought all of his gear and school shoes here. But due to a snotty sales clerk and rude manager when I returned something WITH A RECEIPT AND IN THE PROPER RECEIPT TIME FRAME I will be going to Academy Sports now. So basically that’s the next 9 years of sales they lost, just for being rude over a return that they ended up refunding me for anyways. So I hope it was worth it!! And of course I also posted my experience to social media. 😉
Jay Brown: Great selection, usually can find something on sale in my size also. Store layout is pretty simple to find what you're looking for also.
Ryan Bogard: Great staff and good inventory levels. Wish they ran more coupons or discounts but I guess they don't really need to.
Ryan Parker: I bought a tube, to pull behind a boat, cheaper than Academy. They had several in stock, where A was sold out.So in this aspect, it was a good one.
Bhavik Asher: Enjoy visiting this store for the range of items they carry.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Luke Fraelich: Got what I needed and had a nice convo with someone there.
John Laing: Bad checkout experience. System overcharged 20% over what item was marked. No apology. Barely any words. Reminds me why we have the internet.
Bobbo Buckets: As soon as I walked in a nice man was there to answer my question and point me in the right direction! Sage at the register didn’t waste any time and helped me with my return. Christmas shopping made easy!
B: Came in a month ago to find jujitsu gear, said they do not carry it. Came in a week ago to try to find something NASCAR related for NASCAR this weekend, said they don’t have anything NASCAR related. Just came back in for fishing string for a project, they don’t carry fishing string. Well never even try this again. Waste of time three times
The hulk: This is by far the best experience i have had with management at any store period I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right but her name is Bethany and Jacob I'm telling you the best store managers i have ever ever i have come a cross very comprehensive very kind very helpful I'm out of words to explain this two humans all i can say is may the lord bless them Avery second of their lives and thank you I'm very great full
Bernard Schuster: The staff was nice and they had what I was looking for at an OK price. They had a very good selection of disc golf discs.
ken gainer: Was disappointed
Abe Watt: Awesome place
Stephanie Wheeler: We were looking for a couple certain items, not brand specific. First, we could not find the help we needed, in addition the cashier had better things to do than check us out. It's worse because we were the only shoppers in the store at the time. We will go to Scheels
Kenneth Flynn: This location usually doesn't have what I'm looking for and I favor the Zona Rosa location more. However to my disbelief they had some of the items I wanted and they were on sale. The store us getting better but the customer service is still subpar. Security was by far the nicest person working that day.
Josh Fosso: I am a Nike fan and they just dont have enough at that store pitiful
Greg Glass: Friendly cashier.
Alex Webb: They say they carry stuff in stock then when you drive all the way to the store they say we haven’t sold those in months wel then fix your inventory. DURRR!!!!!
Michael Donley: I was at the Zona Rosa store and the Staff was amazing!! They were extremely polite and very helpful. They made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. They also made sure that we got the best price.
Joe Stutsman: Rude, no help, left without buying!!!!
R B: Had the basics. Hardly any selection compared to Academy Sports. Not bad but if you are looking for fishing or outdoor sports....definitely not the stop. Otherwise they likely will have the basic stuff for more traditional sports.
Christopher Able: Bathrooms don't work. Employees not helpful. Completely waste of space location.
Daniel Castillo: I called ahead of time to see if they had the product that I needed. They told me they did and once I drove the 20 minutes in the rain it took 20 minutes for someone to tell me that they indeed did not carry what I needed. You guys suck.
Randy Smith: Went to the store right as they opened and two different employees helped me with my purchasing.
David Coate: Horrible customer service
Jennifer Spears: Great pick up process!
