Lady G.: I was most definitely racially profiled. I knew what I wanted, so when asked if I needed help - I let them know I was good. Nonetheless- I was watched the whole time. I felt unwanted. I made my purchase anyway, cause I really want it, but due to the harassment I am returning it.

Ambreen Villanova: I’m a big fan of DSW. I decided to go in to see if they have anything nice for the summer and picked up a pair of shoes I liked. My little one was with and she picked up a toy. We get to the register and the cashier greets us , she’s being super nice until I ask her for a plastic shopping bag. The cashier rang up the items and just stood there not bagging the items. I asked for a bag and she said we are going bagless. I was confused and said well maybe you should put up a sign so customers are aware. She eventually gives me a bag and says you have been warned for next time ! I almost burst out laughing ! I just rolled my eyes , said have a good day and went about my way. Just FYI everyone apparently DSW is going bagless.

Easton: I ordered a pair of shoes online that came scuffed up with no tissue in the shoes or box and dirty/worn on the bottom. I have ordered shoes from DSW dozens of times in the past and have never experienced this. I took them in to the DSW at Zona Rosa and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I explained to the employee at the register the state that the shoes were in when I received them and she called for a manager. I don't know if she thought my story was suspicious, but she never asked any questions or explained why she was calling for the manager. The manager came up and did not make eye contact with me, only said "this is how you received them?" while looking at the shoes and then told the employee to damage them out. There wasn't an apology offered by anyone for the state of the shoes, which is the very least they could have done.

Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.
Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

Both times, the store was very clean and organized.Unfortunately, they are not properly staffed at times. Made a special trip on 4/30 to get a Fossil watch band resized and nobody could help me. And yes, I bought it from Macy's.

Leah Lambart: The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.
Shannon Meyer: This store used to be awesome, now it's just another dying department store. The floor inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The older shoppers like myself, that have been diehard Macy's patrons for 40+ years have little selection to choose from.

Teal Hoover (Remmy): I went to this location with a friend to return a bra she had bought but did not fit, they told her that she could not return it even though she had the tags and the receipt in the bad with the item and she had only tried it on once in there store. The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.
Selene Allison: Went to go return a bra because i didn't like how it felt. And they told me they couldn't return it due to sanitary reasons and the tags weren't on it. But the tags recipient and bra were all in the bag. And they let me try it on in the dressing room. Along with other ones. Which the reason I wanted to return it is because of the fact that I grabbed the wrong one that day.

Looking for some shoes, I noticed three sales clerks in the shoe depart while in the store. I thought 1 out of 3 would have asked me if I needed assistance. So I waited for 20 mins, still no service. Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? Dillards at ZR!!!! like I wasn't good enough to ask if I needed service. Being a VIP credit card holder!!!. I will being emailing corporate about this matter. Dillard's in Zona Rosa you missed a $425.00 sale!!! Thank you Overland Park Dillards for you hospitality!!!!!! Your service was on point!!!!!

Ann Svensson: Love the products and the staff is attentive but do not pressure shoppers.
Jamie Kluesner: Madewell's sustainable and fair trade practices brought me into the store. The customer service ensures I'll return. Paige helped me pick out the perfect denim and Julie was a great help finding sizes while I tried on. I'm not comfortable trying on clothes but they made it easy and quick by helping me. Thank you ladies!
Alisha Hammond: The staff on the floor was more interested in having personel conversations than helping costumers finding their correct size. One in particular was way to impressed with herself flipping her hair and adjusting her jacket to help my daughter get her clothing in a dressing room. On top of that, no one asked if she needed any other sizes. The best part of our experience was the two ladies running the register. They were warm and friendly.
Emily Manahan: I came in a few months back looking for some cute outfits to wear on a vacation, and the help I received was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and knowledgable and helped me pick out clothes that make me feel confident and stylish :) I have been in MANY times since then and am met with the same wonderful costumer service and adorable selection of clothes.

She called multiple stores and found exactly the pair I was looking for and had them expedite them to me! Can’t say enough great things about this location.

Went to the Ross store at 8440 north Madison Ave. The service was horrible, Zina the cashier took my items and rolled them in a ball, when I asked her to please fold them the said I did..... so I told her I will fold them myself then I asked for her name she said no and got mad so I asked for a Manger and Ana the manager came up with a funky attitude just like Zina the cashier. First, the manager who was welcoming people, she was angry all the time, has no respect, no manners, and she was very rude and racist, also the store was dirty and when people were shoping then they started cleanning. If people don't like their jobs, why they work, and find another job. I wish that they terminate them, such a horrible people, and they want everything in the store to stay organized, they seems like they don't want you to look and buy because they didn't want to bather themselves and work.
Zach Calderon: Very typical ross, every ross I have ever been into is just like this one, disorganized, not SUPER clean but not disgustingly dirty either. I believe these workers should be paid more, they’d probably put more effort into their job and keep the store looking nicer than its current state. Usually they have pretty okay things, I think ross is one of those stores that’ll be phased out in 15-20 years. There’s a lot of stuff in this store but most of it is just junk, things you’ll buy once and use a few times then never use again, and the clothes selection is eh, feels outdated and more like a thrift store selection than anything else

John F: They have a great selection of men's clothing at reasonable prices. I especially like their dress shirts, which are high-quality and stylish. They have different brands, colors, and sizes to choose from. I always find something that fits me well and looks good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always have new arrivals and clearance items. The check-out was a bit of a wait, but they might have been short-staffed. Marshall's is one of my favorite places to buy dress shirts and other men's clothing in the area!

Michelle Marshall: I have been buying the kurig kcups here. I found they have the b3st price. Starbucks Carmel is $22 for 44 cups vs $10.99 for 10 cups at the grocery store. They have many more premium flavors too. You won't f8nd a better price. I love th3 cute clothes too.
