Ambreen Villanova: I’m a big fan of DSW. I decided to go in to see if they have anything nice for the summer and picked up a pair of shoes I liked. My little one was with and she picked up a toy. We get to the register and the cashier greets us , she’s being super nice until I ask her for a plastic shopping bag. The cashier rang up the items and just stood there not bagging the items. I asked for a bag and she said we are going bagless. I was confused and said well maybe you should put up a sign so customers are aware. She eventually gives me a bag and says you have been warned for next time ! I almost burst out laughing ! I just rolled my eyes , said have a good day and went about my way. Just FYI everyone apparently DSW is going bagless.

Easton: I ordered a pair of shoes online that came scuffed up with no tissue in the shoes or box and dirty/worn on the bottom. I have ordered shoes from DSW dozens of times in the past and have never experienced this. I took them in to the DSW at Zona Rosa and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I explained to the employee at the register the state that the shoes were in when I received them and she called for a manager. I don't know if she thought my story was suspicious, but she never asked any questions or explained why she was calling for the manager. The manager came up and did not make eye contact with me, only said "this is how you received them?" while looking at the shoes and then told the employee to damage them out. There wasn't an apology offered by anyone for the state of the shoes, which is the very least they could have done.

We did not receive several hundred dollars worth of merchandise in the package delivered and was told there was nothing they could do since the weight of the package matched the weight of the merchandise coming out of the warehouse.So incredibly disappointed being liable as a customer for theft prior to it being delivered to my door step.The lack of effort in helping me throughout this situation was so saddening. Just a quick “sorry” was all they had to offer before letting me know there was nothing they could do.I’m never one to write reviews but this is a situation I simply can’t get past.

Peter W: We used to love Nordstrom and their amazing merchandise/customer service. I recently learned a hard lesson on their core values via an experience we had making a return. After purchasing several formal wear items from their online store, I kept the pieces I needed for my tux and created an online return and shipped back the unneeded items via THEIR return label. I physically took the box to USPS and using Nordstrom's return label, i shipped the box fully trusting their return process. Needless to say, $1500 worth of merchandise has now shown "in transit" since early November 2022. We contacted Nordstroms and they declined to help us or process the return even though we used their return label. So essentially, we are out $1500 after fully trusting they would stand behind their return mailing process and any mishaps that happen once the package is handed off to USPS. I feel somewhat certain either an employee from Nordstrom or USPS stole the box and therefore it was never processed for return. All in all, we found out the hard way that Nordstrom customer service isn't actually all that great when it's truly needed for a situation like this. They are nice on the phone but when it comes down to what matters, we didn't get the refund and are out $1500. I would stick with finding the items on Amazon, if you can, because Amazon has stood behind their return process, and I have never had an issue with them "losing" a return.

Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.

Joshua Johnson: Do NOT come to this location for Chiefs players signing events. The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.

After I was holding 10 items one finally asked me if I wanted a dressing room.When my husband asked for a size the response he got was, "I guess I can do that"Bc of this we got online in the dressingroom and ordered the items I liked from Bloomingdale's.The only reason I'm giving two stars is: we did buy one tank that I couldn't find online. A new employee; short tan women was working w glasses help us. She was sweet and friendly. If she had helped us in the beginning we would of had a large purchase vs the $38 tank top.

ET: Small but adorable store. I’ve shopped here for several years but cut way back, presently completely because of the poor quality. The staff are really sweet and helpful. I have purchased a lot of Free People merchandise, but I’ve had some items like dresses and tops end up with really bad pilling, socks pull apart, sweaters literally falling apart and jewelry also falling apart completely, and for the price this should not be happening. Free People doesn’t stand behind their merchandise which was the ultimate downfall for me. Very disappointed. I do miss the wonderful staff.

Nicolle Ortega: Literally disgusted after the horrible experience I had to deal with at this location with an employee. Not sure if he was a regular employee or manager but you can tell this guys has issues with races such as hispanics and black people. You guys have to train your employee better on giving a better customer service, no one is coming to get free items. Got so disgusted by this ignorant child that I decided to leave the location. I will definitely be contacting someone higher to have a conversation about this, since it seems not to be the first issue someone has had at this location, and I’m guessing it is the same person. We deserve respect and a better customer service employees!

Alex Rosales: There is a "person" called Aaron, idk who's him but i guess a "manager" or something like that, he has a real bad attitude, quiet and super bad customer service...i think management needs to do something real fast, the store is super nice, the employees are nice and Friendly too (Brooke and Tyler)Idk if this guy Aaron has some races with Hispanic or black people,but you can see right away that tbh.Again nothing with the store or other employees, it's just this person that needs to be more friendly and has a better CUSTOMER SERVICE because no matter what, we don't go there to PLAZA LOCATION to ask for FREE clothes or items, we PAY/PAID for those and at same time we basically pay them salaries, so we deserve respect and a better customer service employees!!

Angela Ko: So sad that "The North Face' has gone down hill over the last few years. I have purchase "The North Face" for at least 15 years.. I recently ordered online 4 big kids jackets that cost around $115 each . On the website beware that if you order a size and you return it to the website it will take 3 weeks from the time they receive your return to exchange or get a refund. This is not stated on their website . It does state you can take it into a North face store to exchange, but if you live 80 miles from the closest store that is pointless. I love product , hate the process and service. There are other competitor's out there. I guess it is time to move on . Now I wait 3 weeks for a refund of $400.00.. WOW ..

Katia Milazzo: When you are body shamed because of your size and appearance, you realize how much society will always have impossible standards for women and lack of decency towards other humans. Women should be lifting each other up, not making them feel less than. Guess what? Being rich and skinny doesn’t make you better. You know what else? Shopping in comfy clothes is normal. Walking around in sweats does not make me less. Walking around in heels does not make you better. I walked in and was no where near greeted the same way the other lady was, who was dressed in heels and a nicer outfit. I was asking for help and was brushed off multiple times. North Face, shame on you for letting these employees represent you. Truly disappointed with this location. Do better.
Steven McAllister: Experience left a lot to be desired. Tried to return an item purchased a few days ago and wasn't able to. Dozens of other retailers can look up receipts based on 1) your account or 2) the card you paid with. They couldn't do either. Receipt wasn't emailed or text to me when the purchase was made. I'll stick to online ordering going forward.
