Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.

My visit today entailed their watchmaker looking over an inherited vintage Hamilton, my new-to-me vintage Zenith, and an inherited pocket watch from 1919. He gave me the rundown on each watch and helped me select two new watch bands for the Hamilton and Zenith. I can’t recommend this shop to enough people. Thank you for being awesome, and I look forward to my next visit.

Matt Kross: Judging from the other reviews, it appears KC Watch is quite good at basic watch services - batteries and band replacement, maybe a crystal swap.They are not, however, equipped or able to actually repair mechanical watches. They kept my mechanical watch, which has widely available documentation and repair parts available, for three weeks and then told me they can't do anything. When I dropped the watch off, I was not given a chance to speak with the actual repair staff, just the front counter staff. They never check their emails, and the phone often rings for minutes before being answered.They were not able to refer me elsewhere, and told me to just "look around".The wait times in store are pretty long - I waited a total of an hour just to drop the watch off. There is only one person working the counter at a time, and no way to say "I'm just dropping off", so you're stuck waiting behind old men who just want to tell stories about their watches while picking out a new band for it - something they could easily do without staff assistance, but here we are.I really wanted to like this store, but the overall experience was not a pleasant one. I'm sure they are wonderful at batteries and bands, so by all means, use them for that. Just don't expect actual watch repair.

He was a hard-working blue collar man and the watch was one of his prized possessions. I took it to a local jeweler and they gladly charged me $20 to look at it and tell me that it was fully functional, I just needed to wear it to get the battery charged in this Kinetic model. Turns out that was not correct. I took it to another jeweler who offered to send it off to Seiko, but recommended KC Watch as a better option.When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and I explained my issue. The friendly woman at the counter explained how the watch worked and assured me that they could get it running for me. She quoted me a price and told me to come back in a week.Today was the day I picked the watch up. It works, it was cleaned-up, and the price was exactly what was quoted.Next time I'm looking to buy a watch, or if I need watch repair, this will be my first stop!

Roy: After the thoughtful response from the store's manager, I am editing my previous review to say, simply, prices for routine watch repair, adjustments, battery replacements, are too high, in my opinion.I recently went here to have the battery replaced in a Swiss Army watch, and to have a link removed from the stainless steel bracelet. I was charged $50. I feel like this was way too much for those services.I think this now, because days later I took the same watch to another watch store to have the second hand reattached, and to make another adjustment to the bracelet. That charge was closer to $10--a fifth the price for, arguably, a more complex service.I can only speak to Kay's watch repair service, not their jewelry business, but if this is their business model, then I won't return, for any reason, and unless you're at the mall already and it's handy, and you're willing to spend more, that is my recommendation to others.

I’m not necessarily a watch person but even I enjoyed looking through their selection. John is very knowledgeable, was very helpful throughout the process and never seemed inconvenienced when answering all of my questions. We would definitely shop there again and absolutely recommend Cool Vintage Watches.

Teal Hoover (Remmy): I went to this location with a friend to return a bra she had bought but did not fit, they told her that she could not return it even though she had the tags and the receipt in the bad with the item and she had only tried it on once in there store. The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.

Selene Allison: Went to go return a bra because i didn't like how it felt. And they told me they couldn't return it due to sanitary reasons and the tags weren't on it. But the tags recipient and bra were all in the bag. And they let me try it on in the dressing room. Along with other ones. Which the reason I wanted to return it is because of the fact that I grabbed the wrong one that day.

Carmen Kerr: Here visiting from Bakersfield, Ca. I saw my mother today at a skilled nursing facility in North Kansas City. I decided to stop at Dillard's in Zona Rosa. Looking for some shoes, I noticed three sales clerks in the shoe depart while in the store. I thought 1 out of 3 would have asked me if I needed assistance. So I waited for 20 mins, still no service. Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? Dillards at ZR!!!! like I wasn't good enough to ask if I needed service. Being a VIP credit card holder!!!. I will being emailing corporate about this matter. Dillard's in Zona Rosa you missed a $425.00 sale!!! Thank you Overland Park Dillards for you hospitality!!!!!! Your service was on point!!!!!

I also, wasn't able to exchange and get the free gift that was being offered at the time.While disappointing it wasn't this lady's fault she was simply stating the store policy, which I can respect. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress.Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.

Clearance sales in most every department. Friendly staff. Few sales associates throughout the entire store. Clean and open aisles, not crowded. Disabled Access was not operational on my visit, today, 3-3-2023 on the North side of the Store. Ample parking with limited parking for Disabled patrons. 6-3-2023. Mgb.

Teresa Hill: Unfortunately today I was racially profiled at the Macys Town Center location. I was in the store for about an hour or so. While in there I noticed several different workers watching me. Never offered any assistance just watching. So once I purchased my items and walked out to my car a white police officer, drove pass me and just stared at me? I proceeded to drive away and that same officer followed me for about 5 min. Only to finally go around me after running my car tags I’m sure. So it’s safe to say Macys called them on me, because I was shopping while black is my theory? The parking lot was full of white women, and I obviously got singled out this was no coincidence. Beware people of color!!!This doesn’t deserve this one star trust me..
