Alexandra Steele: I had such a lovely experience with Glenn the GM. He was very attentive and gave me all the time I needed and really made my whole experience feel VIP! I ended up buying 3 pieces over the course of two visits. When I left, he told me to stop by and see him whenever I was in the area :) This kind of open and welcoming vibe just isn’t the norm anymore and it was great to connect with a fellow human. I highly recommend you VISIT the store vs shopping online just for the awesome buying experience!

I recently ordered online 4 big kids jackets that cost around $115 each . On the website beware that if you order a size and you return it to the website it will take 3 weeks from the time they receive your return to exchange or get a refund. This is not stated on their website . It does state you can take it into a North face store to exchange, but if you live 80 miles from the closest store that is pointless. I love product , hate the process and service. There are other competitor's out there. I guess it is time to move on . Now I wait 3 weeks for a refund of $400.00.. WOW ..

Walking around in sweats does not make me less. Walking around in heels does not make you better. I walked in and was no where near greeted the same way the other lady was, who was dressed in heels and a nicer outfit. I was asking for help and was brushed off multiple times. North Face, shame on you for letting these employees represent you. Truly disappointed with this location. Do better.

Dozens of other retailers can look up receipts based on 1) your account or 2) the card you paid with. They couldn't do either. Receipt wasn't emailed or text to me when the purchase was made. I had several bags when I entered the store - he took them off my hands immediately so I could shop around comfortably. Bae Logsdon: Came in on 11/07/2021. Friendly staff. They complimented the Coach purses my mother and I were carrying. The new bags though, they look poorly designed and not very appealing. They were trying to sell gloves and ear mitts at $150 each. Nothing on them said they were Coach. They only had one small "C" on them. That doesn't say Coach, that says easy knock off. Their perfume needs a new fragrance. The current fragrance is the same one they had last year at this time.

Carina Devera: If you have a stroller or handicap this place does not comply with regulations. I visited the store two days ago, and on the first level the elevator does not work. My partner had to carry the stroller done the first set of stairs. Second level elevator does work. But I can’t imagine someone who was in a wheelchair being able to shop due to this issue. Please fix it, the neglect is not a good look on the store .

Laura Fromm: I received a gift over the holidays that came in a different color than advertised. I returned it, marking that I would like a gift card in return. I was planning to simply rebuy the comforter in a different color. Urban received the package and never processed the return, so I called a few weeks later and they noticed this error and said it would process, then Urban mistakenly returned it in the form of credit to the original purchaser. This was a gift to me, so now the person who gifted it awkwardly contacted me asking why it was returned. I called urban outfitters back and they said they would not give me a gift card as they cannot reverse this payment. Seeing as the error is on them I would’ve expected better customer service and that they would still either resend the original item or give me a gift card. if I’ve ever had an error with another company they have always made it right… figure I would share this experience as if I would’ve known I would’ve selected an item from a different store. It’s been frustrating to say the least

Asia: Is this location closing or something? I came in to look for a jewellery dish which you'd usually find on the lower level...that level was dang near empty! Some of their items had dust on them as if they'd been sitting for awhile. I know the pandemic might've played a part in the place looking like it did but I think it's time for some new merchandise. Kathy Nguyen: I think it’s important to have the dressing rooms available anytime you go into a clothing store. Understandably with COVID-19 I can understand why some clothing stores do have their dressing rooms closed however the urban outfitters website specifically says that the dressing rooms are open. This is my second time wasting 40 minutes to drive to urban outfitters only for them to tell me that their dressing rooms are closed. I tried to call ahead, probably 20 times, with no response before driving there. To my surprise the sales associate told me that the dressing rooms are closed today because they didn’t have enough people working. She also proceeded to tell me that the phones weren’t answered because they were on their lunch break. Oh for 2 hours??? Ok. Maybe have a social media account that posts whether certain services are open or not. Sales associate was lazy and in empathetic. The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that Kelsey is a good worker.

Peter W: We used to love Nordstrom and their amazing merchandise/customer service. I recently learned a hard lesson on their core values via an experience we had making a return. After purchasing several formal wear items from their online store, I kept the pieces I needed for my tux and created an online return and shipped back the unneeded items via THEIR return label. I physically took the box to USPS and using Nordstrom's return label, i shipped the box fully trusting their return process. Needless to say, $1500 worth of merchandise has now shown "in transit" since early November 2022. We contacted Nordstroms and they declined to help us or process the return even though we used their return label. So essentially, we are out $1500 after fully trusting they would stand behind their return mailing process and any mishaps that happen once the package is handed off to USPS. I feel somewhat certain either an employee from Nordstrom or USPS stole the box and therefore it was never processed for return. All in all, we found out the hard way that Nordstrom customer service isn't actually all that great when it's truly needed for a situation like this. They are nice on the phone but when it comes down to what matters, we didn't get the refund and are out $1500. I would stick with finding the items on Amazon, if you can, because Amazon has stood behind their return process, and I have never had an issue with them "losing" a return.

Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.

Michael Jay: Great toy store. If you're into the outdoors they have a pretty good selection of climbing, camping, and assorted outdoor gear. Friendly and helpful staff, and a fun quirky personality. They are a tad expensive as such places tend to be, but also offer discounts for some local groups which makes it a little more reasonable. They have a little bit of everything, and all of the basics to get you started with climbing.The new location at RoKC down south is pretty nice too.

Jeremiah Novelo: Ive been at the plaza many times, but this time i went and evrytime i go in they have security there to watch,. I understand you need one in a store but why when i go in theres one, anyone can go in but somehow i go and im being watched, or felt like i was being watched.I left the first time it happened today to see if "I" was the problem and i came back half an hour later,and there was nobody but workers there. But get this im in here for 5 minutes no less and they alraedy call security. At this point i think they thought wrong of me, i was wearing pijamas and loose tee, not to mention im also brown. I honestly loved shopping here ehen i was little but now i kinda dont want to be near there. Along with that to what i think the manager with the beard whisperd to security and pointed/ looked at me while doing so. I useually come here to buy swaeters because nowhere else sells the ones i like, but after today i dont want to go ever again, the uneasiness of being watched while shopping sucks. Like ive said ive always shopped at the plaza but today was diffrent forshure.

Also not an easy mission, but she was committed! Thanks to her, we won't be walking around Florida with him in crew socks pulled all the way up his shins! 🤣

Sidney Gallagher: 3 entrances and only one functioning at all times. 1 not working at all and then another working on a time schedule with only small notes on the door stating it’s either not working or won’t be operating until this time which it was over 2 hours past time it said. Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.

Joshua Johnson: Do NOT come to this location for Chiefs players signing events. The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.

Verenise Salcedo: I was a customer today, excited to get out the house on my day off & do some shopping. I went in to the store with my 1 year old in the stroller & with my husband. I was walking around looking at everything so I can decide what to buy. I was standing by the womens wallet section & there was a security guard close by. & an employee, which I am sure was the manager there says to the security guard to keep an eye on me. & points to me. She then gets close to me, & I really thought she was just being a nice person, she says in a very friendly, but suspicious way “oh who do we got there” referring to my baby in the stroller. I uncovered him bc the car seat was halfway covered with the blanket & I smile at her. I continued to look around, & finally went to pay for my wallet. I hadn’t really caught on to what she had said or did until I mentioned it to my husband after leaving the store. & he said that he seen when she pointed at me & said that to the security guard. It really upset me because, I was doing the same thing that every other person there was doing. Looking around, being a customer but she only pointed me out. & what upset me the most is that I really thought she just wanted to see my son but used that as an excuse to see if I was stealing & putting things in the car seat. I have NEVER been in that type of situation. & I felt so embarrassed & angry when I realized what she actually did.

True Bookworm: I had to update my review due to the past experience that I had with Rosy this week at this location. My previous review was based on numerous negative experiences. However, this experience was a breath of fresh air. I believe strongly in receiving good customer service (especially when it comes to spending hundreds of dollars). Rosy at this Coach Outlet location was amazing. My husband treated me to a couple of purses. Rosy was patient, kind and professional. She walked around chatting with us and helped pick out certain colors that would match certain shoes. Thank you Rosy for providing such a positive customer service experience.
