Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.
Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

Both times, the store was very clean and organized.Unfortunately, they are not properly staffed at times. Made a special trip on 4/30 to get a Fossil watch band resized and nobody could help me. And yes, I bought it from Macy's.

Leah Lambart: The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.
Shannon Meyer: This store used to be awesome, now it's just another dying department store. The floor inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The older shoppers like myself, that have been diehard Macy's patrons for 40+ years have little selection to choose from.

I called this store and a customer service rep told me she could walk it out to me, when they do not provide curb side pick up. When I arrived, she met me and it took less then a minute! Made this visit so easy! Thank you!
Chelsey B: Not as big of a selection in store as I remembered. Sold out of the things I wanted or didn't have what I wanted at all. Disappointed in the limited selection of all kinds of merchandise. Also, need a bigger variety of sizes in your lady garments, sleepwear, and other clothing. I would buy more if you had bigger sizes and more variety. As with all other things, I noticed the prices were higher than my last visit.

Teal Hoover (Remmy): I went to this location with a friend to return a bra she had bought but did not fit, they told her that she could not return it even though she had the tags and the receipt in the bad with the item and she had only tried it on once in there store. The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.
Selene Allison: Went to go return a bra because i didn't like how it felt. And they told me they couldn't return it due to sanitary reasons and the tags weren't on it. But the tags recipient and bra were all in the bag. And they let me try it on in the dressing room. Along with other ones. Which the reason I wanted to return it is because of the fact that I grabbed the wrong one that day.

He said he didn't know what I was talking about, because Mom was the one who picked them out and wrapped them from him... Lol so we decided to go shop for Christmas gifts for ourselves, from him.. Carmen Kerr: Here visiting from Bakersfield, Ca. I saw my mother today at a skilled nursing facility in North Kansas City. I decided to stop at Dillard's in Zona Rosa. Looking for some shoes, I noticed three sales clerks in the shoe depart while in the store. I thought 1 out of 3 would have asked me if I needed assistance. So I waited for 20 mins, still no service. Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? Dillards at ZR!!!! like I wasn't good enough to ask if I needed service. Being a VIP credit card holder!!!. I will being emailing corporate about this matter. Dillard's in Zona Rosa you missed a $425.00 sale!!! Thank you Overland Park Dillards for you hospitality!!!!!! Your service was on point!!!!!

Cassie Reid: Let me start with I love the Torrid brand, I have shopped here almost exclusively for ~7 years. However, this store changes everything about why I love Torrid, which is usually the customer service. I am new to the area and have given this store 2 chances. Both times the associates pay little to no attention to customers, discuss private matter infront of customers and every transaction has had errors. Very disappointed in this physical store.

However, the sales reps here are apparently so desperate to sign people up for their Credit card that they will outright lie to customers to get them to sign up.My partner tried to pay with a gift card, and was actively told not to, with TWO sales reps telling her she could use that gift card to pay the credit card, and encouraged her to buy the card. Despite the fact that this sounded obviously incorrect, we were assured this was true. Unsurprisingly, we were correct to be skeptical. I cannot and will not recommend a business that so blatantly lies to their customers for money. You are better off finding a more ethical store.

Peter W: We used to love Nordstrom and their amazing merchandise/customer service. I recently learned a hard lesson on their core values via an experience we had making a return. After purchasing several formal wear items from their online store, I kept the pieces I needed for my tux and created an online return and shipped back the unneeded items via THEIR return label. I physically took the box to USPS and using Nordstrom's return label, i shipped the box fully trusting their return process. Needless to say, $1500 worth of merchandise has now shown "in transit" since early November 2022. We contacted Nordstroms and they declined to help us or process the return even though we used their return label. So essentially, we are out $1500 after fully trusting they would stand behind their return mailing process and any mishaps that happen once the package is handed off to USPS. I feel somewhat certain either an employee from Nordstrom or USPS stole the box and therefore it was never processed for return. All in all, we found out the hard way that Nordstrom customer service isn't actually all that great when it's truly needed for a situation like this. They are nice on the phone but when it comes down to what matters, we didn't get the refund and are out $1500. I would stick with finding the items on Amazon, if you can, because Amazon has stood behind their return process, and I have never had an issue with them "losing" a return.

From the UK, Target is always known to having loads of exclusives for vinyl records, funko pops etc, but I couldn't find many. Some areas were slightly messy too. On the bright side, I found Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I fell in love with whilst visiting! 3.5☆

I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

Kristin Andrades: Kohl's is where I end up after I can't find what I need at other stores. I know they have the largest variety of sizes which is important because sometimes I'm a size 12 in jeans, sometimes I'm a size 14. Sometimes I need short and sometimes regular depending on the way the jeans are made. Kohl's has short and long, mid rise, high waisted, petite and tall, skinny and everything in between. I always find the perfect pair.

John F: I shop at here occasionally when I need some new clothes or shoes. The store is decent, but not great. They have a good selection of products for women, children, and home, but the men's department is lacking. It seems like they never update their styles or brands, and the quality is not very good. The prices are reasonable, but not amazing. Sometimes they have good sales or coupons, but other times they don't. The staff are friendly enough, but they can be slow at the checkout. I often have to wait in long lines to pay for my items. Kohl's is not a bad place to shop, but it's not a very exciting one either. It's just okay.
Lane Florea: Several other items are marked incorrectly. And when you get to the register they just look at you like you're stupid. When asked for a price check they pull an attitude. Today was the first and last day we'll ever set foot in there. Key piece of advice. If you're not going to honor the price, at least give us a discount. And we'll come back next time. Now we'll never come back. Stupid way to run a business

Marsha Wilson: I usually like the Kohl's store in Liberty but yesterday it just seemed like a giant outlet store full of off season clearance items. I was looking for some nice dress clothes to wear to a special event, but all I could find was casual and athletic wear, and a lot of last summer's leftover clothing that is being pulled out apparently to get rid of.The store itself is nice, clean and lightly staffed with friendly people. I guess a week or so after the end of the winter holiday season just isn't the best time to shop unless you're looking for some low priced summer clothes. I should add, I didn't really shop in the rest of the store.I look forward to trying again in the near future.

Mr Mo: Expensive clothes especially when you can find them cheaper elsewhere. Something about the stuff you buy at khols that makes them and the wearer feel special. I like it. A bit pricey but I like it.
Norma Poe: There was a zig zagy line to checkout. No signs as to which way line goes. Rude customers. It's been 30 years since I have been in a Kohl's and it will be another 30 years before I ever think about going back.
