While there, I tried on a Cinch vest at the Cinch pop up booth. I ended up not buying it that day and I regretted that decision! I searched and searched. Even called Cinch but it wasn’t for sale ANYWHERE! Because of all my searching, an Ad for Nigros popped up on social media and I saw they sold Cinch products so I reached out. Luckily I had an item number but that was it. They found it!!!! Sent me a photo to confirm it was the vest I was looking for and went above and beyond to order ONE just for me and then shipped it to me in Ohio! The customer service was just absolutely amazing! Took em back and it seems they just cut where the stitching was coming off and cut the insole to where i can feel the in side sole. I even bought the same pair of boots while o waited only to hear the guy say "I'll see what I can do". Seems like he was always rushing me too. Any time i asked a question or when i talked about the problems. Slow down Nigro. I've spent too much money here to get treated like that. I literally bought 2 pairs of wranglers bc i felt bad about bringing my boots back to get fixed. 3 pairs of boots, 2 decent belt buckles, 5 pairs of jeans (2 of which ripped on me)... The manager told me due to supply issues they didn't have what I needed for my boots but gave me two sample sized containers of leather conditioner for me to take home. Great service.
