However, just a couple hours later the very helpful staff called me to let me know they could get them to me sooner. In fact they did an overnight delivery! So happy! Really appreciate the extra effort!! They had gone back and re examined the days orders and found a way to get my size to me quicker. Not too many places do that!

morgan varney: I went with my dad to pick up his suit for his retirement party. It was immediately visible that the staff was a bit disorganized. My dad had been here before and was helped by Steve, who he said was actually very helpful. I did not catch her name, but the seamstress who helped my dad with alterations for his coat was helpful and very kind! Otherwise, the staff’s overall organization could definitely be improved.

He even provided us additional cufflink and stud sets to make sure that all our wedding party looked uniform and handsome on our special day! 10/10 recommend working with the team at Zona Rosa for any rental or purchasing needs.

He spoke of wanting to “slap” mothers he’s worked with, and spoke even further and more inappropriately of my groomsmen. Any question we asked was answered very rudely and I would say he came off angry and very hostile. I felt extremely uncomfortable when talking to him for less than 10 minutes. Because of Steve we will not ever be back. However, the other staff, for example David, was fantastic and I feel bad that they have to deal with someone so negative.

Kirk Kuykendall: Can’t say enough good things about Michael’s. Had an emergency need for a suit and being 6’ 7” and 260 lbs it’s not always easy to find something. Keith Novorr is the grandson of the founder and he found something that fit my needs perfectly and got it tailored for me in less than 24 hours. Everything about this shop from the location to the ambiance to the clothing selection to the people working there is just perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people, better service, or better quality. This establishment has been in business for almost 120 years and now I know why. The next time I need fine clothing this is where I’ll be going. Highly recommended!

We had several out-of-state groomsmen and one who was even out of country that was able to come in and get the suit tailored to spec the day before the wedding!Beyond the flexibility, their team takes the time to understand what you're looking for and help you find the right options for you.Since my wedding, I have continued to shop at Michael's and they'll certainly have me as a customer for life.

Multiple buttons falling off jackets, giving us all the wrong ties, shirts not measured correctly. I get that mistakes happen but then the fact that they complain about having to fix their own mistakes. If you have other options definitely go elsewhere.

Tamara Smith-Hinchey: went to the Kansas City Store at Country Club Plaza with my biracial daughter. The staff was very disrespectful and staring at her, and following her through the store. They were whispering and looking at her with disgust. My daughter brought it to my attention and I looked up at the ladies. They both stared at me rudely and I looked back with a questioning look. They again looked at my 21 year old with disdain. I loudly stated. “ I guess they do not need our money in here Olivia!” I said this while looking straight at them. We walked to the door and as we were exiting someone asked if they could help us. I replied, “no”. This happened today at approximately 125pm to 130pm. It is very unfortunate to experience this kind of micro-aggression and to be made to feel less than, in one of my most favorite stores that I enjoy. Unfortunately, I was not able to try on the dresses I was eyeing because of racism.Horrible, disappointing experience.

Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.

Marilyn Solsky: This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.

I told him, no this is incorrect.My boyfriend steps in, mind you he is deaf so sound is not apparent to him. Tells him he doesnt trust him with the money, please get the manager.The manager steps in and goes “are we yelling?.” I go “no one is yelling.”, her response “please don’t yell at my sales associates.” , mind you- no one was yelling & my boyfriend is deaf holding a dog.I then explain to her what happened, she interrupted me to say “let me talk to my sales associate first.” which then that associate tried to say he gave me the money ($61 which I never got) and then tries to play it like we were trying to get more money when we never got the correct change to begin with.We left with the correct change and a sad place it my heart because I will no longer be shopping here as a plaza resident.I would give 0 stars if I could, this used to be the best place to shop since I was younger. Now it’s gone down hill, need new managers who assist & employees who know how to count accurately + have customer service.

Leslie Pyle: It was a very unpleasant experience. There was no music playing and the associates were slapping hangers loudly on the racks and it was really annoying. Also, the fitting rooms were closed. H&M sizes things weirdly so I have to try things on there.

carlo clark: Dressing rooms doesn't have anywhere to sit your own clothes. Dressing rooms have more dust than square footage. I felt dirty after leaving the Dressing rooms.LORD forbid you drop anything on the floor.
Jose Vazquez: Not a bad selection. First floor is women's and then there's an upstairs for men, with a small infant section. As big as the store is you'd expect a greater variety. None the less it's a nice place with great valued clothing.
Niki V.: I really need the Country Club Plaza location to get their store hours figured out. Or at least the signage needs to match the store hours online. This is getting very annoying at this point.

I tried it on, it didn’t fit, I returned it within the 30 day timeframe and they told me it looked worn so they wouldn’t accept it. *I had folded them because I knew I would be returning them. They don’t have changing rooms, so if I can’t try something on in store, and they won’t accept the return, then I don’t know what I’m expected to do. I liked H&M before, but I will have to find another store. Even though I’m sure they don’t care.

Chris Godfrey: Even though I didn't buy anything, the sales staff was friendly and informative. Felt like an old school Macy's experience.

The lady was from a different department than I needed but she did her best to assist me with my concerns.I'd planned on making a return but was told I wouldn't be able to unless I'd purchased this company's products through Macy's and not directly from the company. I was disappointed because I'd spent time, gas and effort to come into the store. I also, wasn't able to exchange and get the free gift that was being offered at the time.While disappointing it wasn't this lady's fault she was simply stating the store policy, which I can respect. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress.Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.

Mary Grace Boreen: Macy's located at 119th in Town Center, Overland Park, remains an upscale store to shop for clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes and undergarments. Clearance sales in most every department. Friendly staff. Few sales associates throughout the entire store. Clean and open aisles, not crowded. Disabled Access was not operational on my visit, today, 3-3-2023 on the North side of the Store. Ample parking with limited parking for Disabled patrons. 6-3-2023. Mgb.

Teresa Hill: Unfortunately today I was racially profiled at the Macys Town Center location. I was in the store for about an hour or so. While in there I noticed several different workers watching me. Never offered any assistance just watching. So once I purchased my items and walked out to my car a white police officer, drove pass me and just stared at me? I proceeded to drive away and that same officer followed me for about 5 min. Only to finally go around me after running my car tags I’m sure. So it’s safe to say Macys called them on me, because I was shopping while black is my theory? The parking lot was full of white women, and I obviously got singled out this was no coincidence. Beware people of color!!!This doesn’t deserve this one star trust me..
Carolyn Austin: Found the shoes I wanted and a sales clerk found them in my size. She was immediately available. Macy's has always been one of my favorite places to shop.

Rachel Pesce: I didn’t realize this store closed at 7. I was shopping last minute before leaving for my vacation tomorrow morning. Aiden was super helpful and told me I could still browse even though they closed. I only took a couple more minutes to find my boyfriend a pair of shorts and didn’t feel pressured at all. Thank you!
Kacper Basinski: The store is always well maintained, and for the most all the employees super polite and helpful. Might need to ensure some of them are involving themselves more... The tall, light skin guy just seems to be standing around and not contributing to work whatsoever. I was eventually helped by another female associate. Aside from incidents like that, pretty great store.

W B: I bought a shirt on Friday, when I was getting ready to leave, the shirt ripped off, I left with the shirt in that condition because it was my only option. I went to the store on Sunday, and they couldn’t accept the shirt because I didn’t have the tag… (the girl in the store try to make me exchange that one for a new one, but changed her mind later because the shirt was “stained”, like who cares? if it was already with the threads hanging) I understand the tag part, but you guys also need to take care the quality of your product, I have clothes from cheaper stores, that will last more than that shirt. I lost $50, but you guys will lose 2 clients that were always buying there. Shame on you!
