Anna Brown: My daughter and I had a good time shopping and the security was nice at the door. We had to ask customer service for directions for the items we were looking for and they were helpful but we could not try them on properly their dressing rooms are closed and the checkouts were rather slow so be patients. But bargains galore !

Raven Butler: Great and friendly staff. Great prices. The one draw back is the line to pay can take 15 minute or so to get through. But a great place to shop for nice things on a budget. Just don’t go in if you don’t have time to wait in the line to make the purchase.
Matthew Green: I got followed around by employees because they thought I might steal something because my hat was backwards, I was wearing black, and I wear an earring. It's too bad you can't rate a place zero stars because that's what Burlington would be. Their employees profile and it's clear and they do it in your face and I can't stand it anymore so I won't be going there ever again.

Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.
Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

Both times, the store was very clean and organized.Unfortunately, they are not properly staffed at times. Made a special trip on 4/30 to get a Fossil watch band resized and nobody could help me. Leah Lambart: The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.
Shannon Meyer: This store used to be awesome, now it's just another dying department store. The floor inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Still very clean, but the bare shelves and displays, low selection in anything but the junior department (WHY?). The older shoppers like myself, that have been diehard Macy's patrons for 40+ years have little selection to choose from.

Tamara Smith-Hinchey: went to the Kansas City Store at Country Club Plaza with my biracial daughter. The staff was very disrespectful and staring at her, and following her through the store. They were whispering and looking at her with disgust. My daughter brought it to my attention and I looked up at the ladies. They both stared at me rudely and I looked back with a questioning look. They again looked at my 21 year old with disdain. I loudly stated. “ I guess they do not need our money in here Olivia!” I said this while looking straight at them. We walked to the door and as we were exiting someone asked if they could help us. I replied, “no”. This happened today at approximately 125pm to 130pm. It is very unfortunate to experience this kind of micro-aggression and to be made to feel less than, in one of my most favorite stores that I enjoy. Unfortunately, I was not able to try on the dresses I was eyeing because of racism.Horrible, disappointing experience.

I did a lot of catalog ordering back then so this the first time I ever went into their store...wasn't impressed at... I wanted something in a loafer and They had nothing... How weird is that. They had some shorts and pants out front of the cash register and I couldn't tell if they were women's or men's clothing... What does that say.. And the dark colored ladies pants that were in the women's section looked men's... Ulgy looking... I love their leather loafers without the tassel.. I get it.. Its summer time...but still they didn't even have summer loafers... This store has changed a lot from back in the day when I ordered from their catalog... I wasn't impressed with one thing I saw in there.. Which is sad because I use to absolutely love their clothes...not so much now😭

The lady that choose to not say anything greeted the woman that came in after me. This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if I'm with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places I'm not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.

The lady was from a different department than I needed but she did her best to assist me with my concerns.I'd planned on making a return but was told I wouldn't be able to unless I'd purchased this company's products through Macy's and not directly from the company. I was disappointed because I'd spent time, gas and effort to come into the store. I also, wasn't able to exchange and get the free gift that was being offered at the time.While disappointing it wasn't this lady's fault she was simply stating the store policy, which I can respect. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress.Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.

Disabled Access was not operational on my visit, today, 3-3-2023 on the North side of the Store. Ample parking with limited parking for Disabled patrons. 6-3-2023. Mgb.

Teresa Hill: Unfortunately today I was racially profiled at the Macys Town Center location. I was in the store for about an hour or so. While in there I noticed several different workers watching me. Never offered any assistance just watching. So once I purchased my items and walked out to my car a white police officer, drove pass me and just stared at me? I proceeded to drive away and that same officer followed me for about 5 min. Only to finally go around me after running my car tags I’m sure. So it’s safe to say Macys called them on me, because I was shopping while black is my theory? The parking lot was full of white women, and I obviously got singled out this was no coincidence. Beware people of color!!!This doesn’t deserve this one star trust me..

Maybe the person helping me was that good but he just seemed careless throughout the process of taking measures. Maybe I had high expectations of what getting tailored made clothes should be but certainly expected more attention.Second time around it took a second for people to even acknowledge that we were at the store (on their phone) but even then the demeanor of the people helping was the same.No one built any sort of rapport with the customer at all and it was literally like I was a customer paying a toll in a highway.Onto the next one. Will definitely not be back nor recommend.

At the end of the appointment, Charles answered questions that I had before I left. I hope that Indochino values both of these guys as employees. Highly recommend.

Kirk Kuykendall: Can’t say enough good things about Michael’s. Had an emergency need for a suit and being 6’ 7” and 260 lbs it’s not always easy to find something. Keith Novorr is the grandson of the founder and he found something that fit my needs perfectly and got it tailored for me in less than 24 hours. Everything about this shop from the location to the ambiance to the clothing selection to the people working there is just perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people, better service, or better quality. This establishment has been in business for almost 120 years and now I know why. The next time I need fine clothing this is where I’ll be going. Highly recommended!
Rob Henrichs: I used Michael's for my wedding suits back. Their flexibility was beyond expected. We had several out-of-state groomsmen and one who was even out of country that was able to come in and get the suit tailored to spec the day before the wedding!Beyond the flexibility, their team takes the time to understand what you're looking for and help you find the right options for you.Since my wedding, I have continued to shop at Michael's and they'll certainly have me as a customer for life.
Michael Harre: Used them for a wedding this past weekend. I don’t know that I’ve ever worked with a tux shop that made as many mistakes as these guys. Multiple buttons falling off jackets, giving us all the wrong ties, shirts not measured correctly. I get that mistakes happen but then the fact that they complain about having to fix their own mistakes. If you have other options definitely go elsewhere.

Richard Chapman: A classic tale of getting a messy taco all over my shirt less than an hour before a wedding. The guys here did an amazing job of finding the right shirt and fit, then prepping the shirt so I could wear it out the store. The only tailor I'll go to in KC!
Cheyenne England: We went through Michaels for our wedding suit rentals. They were efficient in getting everyone's sizes and were timely for the arrival of the suites. We did have a hiccup on the fit of the suites but they took care of the problem immediately. We would definitely recommend this place for your suite needs!

eli cloyd: Keith was incredibly helpful. I'm a bigger guy and he sold me exactly what I needed at 4:30 pm for a 9:30 funeral tomorrow. He went above and beyond, pressing it for me as well so I didn't have to buy an iron on short notice. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

Rachel Pesce: I didn’t realize this store closed at 7. I was shopping last minute before leaving for my vacation tomorrow morning. Aiden was super helpful and told me I could still browse even though they closed. I only took a couple more minutes to find my boyfriend a pair of shorts and didn’t feel pressured at all. Thank you!

The tall, light skin guy just seems to be standing around and not contributing to work whatsoever. I was eventually helped by another female associate. Aside from incidents like that, pretty great store.

I went to the store on Sunday, and they couldn’t accept the shirt because I didn’t have the tag… (the girl in the store try to make me exchange that one for a new one, but changed her mind later because the shirt was “stained”, like who cares? if it was already with the threads hanging) I understand the tag part, but you guys also need to take care the quality of your product, I have clothes from cheaper stores, that will last more than that shirt. I lost $50, but you guys will lose 2 clients that were always buying there. Shame on you!
